Questions about operation of 2nd shift and weekend when management is not around. On the whole, staff is very efficient with residents, kitchen is clean as are the restrooms. I'm very fond of management as they act on many questions/complaints

Older facility, affordable and conveniently located. Staff very willing to negotiate care plan.

Nice property and friendly staffs. Rooms were a nice size and would fit my Mom's needs.

I took a tour of this facility and it seemed good. The staff was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable but the building itself was on a busy street, which is something I wasn’t a fan of. They also had different times for eating, so not everyone ate at the same time. They had plenty of activities and everything seemed to be pretty clean. Ultimately, it came down to the location of the building and the fact that it just didn’t fit our specific needs.

Things are going okay for me here. The staff needs a little more control but every place needs that so I can’t complain. The food is really good and it’s really nutritious. They have a few activities and they keep everything clean. It’s really a beautiful place, I’m really happy. I think overall they’re doing very well.

I wanted to tour here and wasn’t able to when Hurricane Harvey hit but I wanted to say that the lady that had offered to give me a tour (whose name I can’t remember, unfortunately) was very nice. Despite the fact that they had already evacuated their residents, she was willing to give me a tour so I could see what everything looked like. Unfortunately, before I was able to take that tour, they flooded. But she was so kind and even offered to help me find a different place for my dad to go.

The views from the rooms where not that great. The feel was more hotel than residence.

Mom seems to be doing fine here. She has settled in and has adjusted as well as she can. She is doing activities that she can. The staff is been really good here very friendly and caring and very helpful when needed. The community is always clean and well maintained. I would recommend anyone to stop by and take a tour of the community.

My loved one has recently made the move into this community and so far I have no complaints of how things had been going for him. He has had a few health problems but other than that the experience has been pleasant for him. The staff have done a great job at staying organized in his care plan and are always attentive to his needs. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone interested.

My brother likes living here. He is starting to enjoy his somewhat independence. I think if he were more aware of activities and events going on he would attempt to join in, however, the only place that they are posted is in the common area and if you don't tend to visit there you wouldn't know. The staff is nice very helpful they do have an escort service to help residents if needed go to the dining area which my brother uses. He loves the food.

What a positive experience here. I can't I don't know of another community that gave us such a warm and welcoming attitude. My father had mentioned after 3 days of being there the staff knew him by name. The staff makes the effort to not only to get to know you personally but they make sure that they introduce you to other new residents to make them feel welcome and at home. The staff makes sure personally that you are aware of the activities going on and encourage you to join in. The food is good

Even though my husband it is not where my husband wants to be he would rather be home this was the right choice for him. He is getting the care and attention that he is in need of. I am very pleased with the staff they are kind and attentive to his needs. The residence itself is very nice clean and maintained well. The outside is lovely. The furnishings give off a homey feel.

My mother is doing pretty well since her move to this community. This is a nice community, and so far everything working out well. She is doing well, and I do feel she is in good hands. They have a good staff. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. I would recommend this community to my family, and friends.

Unfortunately my mother in law was not able to make the move into this community, due to her medical issues. However we were very excited for her to move to this community, but we did find another community that suited our needs better. Overall this is a lovely community, the staff is kind, and friendly. It wasn't the right for us, but it is a really nice facility.

I toured Atria Cypresswood. It was a good experience to tour, the facility was very clean and everyone there was very friendly.

We toured this community. We did not like the rooms that were dark and did not have the feeling that we were looking for. They have only certain times for the residents to be able to have a meal and that is not what we were looking for. They might consider making a few small changes where the community is not dark. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a family member.

When I toured Brookdale Clairemont, The person that took us around was friendly and informative. The thing we did not like was that the facility was very dark, it was not inviting.

The bathroom is horrible, way too small, tub was ancient., and no fan in the bathroom. There was only one elevator. It's an old building and needs an update. The heater broke down twice, sounded like it was going to explode no compensation for the 5 days it went out. The parking was dangerous and it was not the best area. The price was quite high for all that you got. Cleaning once a week, sheet change and once it did not happen. I would not recommend them. They have let staff go left and right. Now the place is so short staffed and it looks like a real mess. The workers were kind, caring, efficient and sweet. There were far more negatives than positive.

This community looked wonderful when we visited. The staff were nice and knowledgable. They offer daily activities and you are allowed pets. This community was just a little to expensive for us.

I was very impressed with my tour of this community. Everything looked great. You could tell they do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility. It was too expensive for my budget, but my tour went well.
