The administration staff and other residents are friendly. The activities directors are very good and provide interesting and entertaining things for us to participate in. The food is good, The premises are being repainted inside and refurbished to update the appearance.

Rooms are very limited on space when sharing the room. There is limited space to enter the closet. The food service is good and healthy meals are given. However afternoon snacks are not consistent. Staff is very helpful and show concern and safty for the residents.

That they do respite care and Mom was allowed to have her sewing machine there. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend The Gardens of Sun City to other families.

I would recommend Pacifica Senior Living as a nice place for a loved one to stay. [name removed] at Pacifica has been a Godsend for our family. She addresses any concerns I have right away and is very good at coming up with solutions. The staff is extremely friendly and has made my Aunt feel like they are there for her. The facility itself is beautiful and feels more like a nice hotel and less like a hospital which was important to us. There are no funny hospital smells like at other places. All in all we have been pleased with the care that my Aunt has been receiving’ however, it is always important to follow up with your loved one and be in contact as much as possible so you can advocate for them when needed.

We like the place a lot. Biggest issue is my mom is on the 4th floor and the elevator breaks down frequently. She cannot walk the stairs. Would love to maybe get a studio someday to help with cost. We had looked into moving my mom to a different floor. But we were told it would cost about <fee removed> dollars to move to the same cost apartment. I thought it was not fair to charge since the move would have been due to the elevator breaking down fairly frequently.

Over all, the quality of care is the best. They are all so friendly and supportive for the residents and their families. Even though my mom thinks the food is awful, the staff is wonderful!

The Legacy staff has been very supportive and helpful to my mom moving into her new space. The environment is clean and well kept. There are many social events to keep everyone engaged and make them feel like a family. The food selections are great my mom especially likes the soups , ice cream that is home made and dessert. I really appreciate how everyone works together for the over all good of everyone.

The staff members that work at Summerfield of Redlands are very nice, but they are just very understaffed. However, based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.

With 13 months stay so far our experience is good except for her adjustment to the new environment. I picked this community because of a referral from A Place for Mom.

Cypress Court is in a good location, close to family. They are responsive and seem trustworthy. The facility isn't newest and fanciest, but it works fine. I think they could improve the food, but the seniors seem OK with it.

I have been happy about the care they provide. I have had to remind them of certain things regarding hygiene more than once. (making sure she is brushing her teeth, making sure she has socks and shoes on) Outside of that they have been great and my mom is very happy there.

Executive Director is very kind. The former nurse, [name removed], was wonderful. The new nurse (can't recall her name) is a little on the cranky side, and quick to have residents transferred to the ER siting "odd behavior/possible stroke" when she doesn't feel like dealing with them. This has happened twice in her short tenure. They switched pharmacies without my knowledge and then she was bad-mouthing me for not having his meds sent. They were going to the old pharmacy because I had not been notified of the change. The food seems pretty bland and standard. Sandwiches for lunch and dinner. But most of the staff is extremely kind and loving towards my dad. It is a very difficult job they do and I am grateful for them.

What we like the most about Ocean Hills is having a community, friends and activities Yes, we would recommend this community to others. The independent living is nice and the option of assisted and memory care in the same location is great and comforting for her and the family.

It was an easy transition. Communication could have been better at the beginning. Lifestream has something for all levels of care. I would recommend.

I have only had a few meals there with my loved one and I wasn't that impressed with the food. It may still be too soon to judge. It is very nicely situated in a green area and has paths for [name removed] to walk both outside and in. She's in a one bedroom with a modest walk-in closet many of the other places didn't have that perhaps most important of all they were willing to take her in assisted-living versus insisting on immediate memory care. So far the staff has been extremely kind and helpful and understanding.

My mother is there because it's a small community. She would be overwhelmed and unhappy in a larger place. Because she is mobile and doesn't take medication, I think she gets overlooked. They don't encourage her to get out of her room. They need more and consistent activities. My biggest pet peeve is all her missing stuff. I won't allow them to do her laundry anymore. They have lost 4 sets of sheets, 6 sets of towels, 1/2 her clothes, her winter jacket and even her laundry basket! Would recommend because from what I hear from other people, the same things happen at other places. Summerfield is more intimate and because it's smaller the caregivers know everyone's personalities. That is more important to me than laundry issues. If I had to choose again, I would still pick Summerfield. They do listen to our issues and I do see some improvement. I think a lot of their issues are due to understaffing, qualified and caring help is hard to find.

Palm Vista is going well right now, but the only set back is they are not equip with security measures to have someone with a dementia diagnosis in assisted living they have to be in memory care. However, the care staff is friendly and positive and we would recommend this community to other families.

I think the staff are wonderful and really care for my father. I believe they are disorganized so things fall through the cracks. I would give a score of 4 overall and 5 for 2-6, as there doesn't seem to be a fitting place for administration management. Would recommend. Father is very happy there because of the caring staff

What our family likes the most about The Village at Heritage Park is just having piece of mind that they can call for assistance at any time. Very friendly staff that checks in on the multiple times per day. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I have a high standard, but when I was looking for a Memory Care facility for my husband I visited 7 or 8 communities, considering everything, Serra Sol was one of the better ones. For specific and better care for our loved one, I will go there in person and do it myself. All the activities are one fits all type, not to the individual needs and level of understanding. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far with Serra Sol
