Based on the experience we have had so far, Sundial Assisted Living so far has seem to be a good fit for my mother. She has met some really nice people there. The staff members are friendly and respectful. Our loved one seems to like the food. Thus, we are satisfied with the selection we made.

Summerfield of Redlands is a beautiful facility, and the staff work very hard to meet the residents' needs.

My loved one has asked several times for bathroom sink to be fixed. It doesn't hold water for 30 seconds and my loved one does a lot of sponge bathing. Also, the toilet paper holder hasn't been fixed. Now I don't live there, but I know my loved one doesn't strip their bed anymore because my loved one says, "they don't know how to make it. First-person put bottom sheet over the top. I asked my loved one to show them how they wanted it made. Kind of teach them. (no reply). Last week whoever cleaned the shower flipped the shower curtain and liner over the rod didn't flip it back over. When my loved one did it, several of the hooks came off, my loved one had a very difficult time fixing it, as they are very weak. Staff is kind, my loved one doesn't eat or use dining room. It probably is a good value for the money, if you can get your bed made, and things fixed. My loved one had to go down stairs before to see if they had a delivery. And a case of food was there, rather than delivered to their room. Please don't let my loved on know I've mentioned this, but these are their words. And they should come from my loved one. My loved one likes the entertainment. And still shy about activities. I don't think it's a reflection on A Place for Mom. They were wonderful finding the place. And the family like's Heritage Woods. Just not the things mentioned and would very much appreciate having these things improved, but that's not your fault or place.

We chose Legacy of Highwoods Preserve mostly due to the facilities proximity to me. So far we have had excellent care, staff are friendly, there is a nurse on premise, great activities, and it is very clean. On the meals, there are very little fresh fruits served. I would recommend Legacy to other families.

They were all very friendly from the beginning. It was very well warranted, I would continue to recommend Pacifica Senior Living Country Crest to anyone.

We picked this community, because It was smaller and only has a max of 35 people. The residents have the option to be in smaller groups. They have a TV room, and two eating areas. Things seem to be going okay. It's a great place for any one loved one who is less social. I would recommend to other families.

Friendly staff and good food.

This community was our second choice but we just didn't get the homey feeling we wanted and were looking for. [name removed] who gave us the tour was super nice and she was able to answer any questions that I had.

I feel that the staff is a real team, they help each other out. The level of experience and expertise of the care staff & med techs has greatly improved

The staff have all been really nice. We picked this community because, the staff was really nice, I liked the cleanliness, decor, the way it's fixed up. I also like the activites room and the fact that my loved one has their own room. It would be nice if they did more, wellness checks on the residents. They make the move in process so easy, the people were friendly, the activities lady was really lovely, and pushes the residents to get invloved. Overall, it's expensive but has been a good experience.

We are very pleased with Vineyard. We picked this community because, it was close to our house and there is no requirement for the COVID-19 vaccine.

They are really working hard to try to improve communication with families as well as the activities that are provided for the residents. They do not have enough staffing for what they are trying to do. There has been a lot of staff turnover and right before we moved in there was new management that took over. We have heard they do not have as much staff as before. People that had been there for a while also said there has been a big increase in the pricing.

We picked this community, because, it was the nicest option that was the most affordable. We also, likes the rooms, and it had the nicest rooms. My loved one has gotten more stable, since living there.

I toured this facility. It was very clean, but not as updated as some of the other facilities. The set up wasn't quite what we wanted. It was ok, just not the best fit for us.

The manager was very nice and we liked the community. However, they were building a new part of the community, and I didn't see a lot of activities that the residents were participating in during the tour.

We had an ok tour experience at Summerfield of Fresno. The person who gave us the tour was very sweet and the chef also came out and talked to us and he was really nice. There were about 20-30 residents here and I just felt that my loved one would not get the best care due to the staff to resident ratio - we wanted a very small place. I do really like that they focused only on memory care here, but it was just not the right fit for us.
