My Mother used to live here. The facility is newer looking, but once you get past the lobby it has a certain coldness to it. The hallways are long and don’t have railings so it’s like walking down a hotel corridor. Their food isn’t that great, in fact there were lots of complaints about it. But the people that worked there were very friendly and did a good job of trying to promote community. I think that was their best feature. The building has been remodeled a couple of times so the cleanliness was really good and looked nice. Ultimately my Mother’s needs changed and that’s why we moved her, but I would recommend this place to others.

My Mom has been here for about a month and a half and things seem to be going well enough. It’s been a bit of a transition, but the staff has been very patient and anytime I have any questions or concerns they’re able to address those in a good amount of time. There’s really good communication back and forth. The dining area always smells wonderful and the menu looks like it has some pretty good options. The facility will take the residents out once a week to do some site seeing or take them to the store and they have a monthly calendar filled with planned events that everyone can participate in.

Overall, Brookdale Springfield Briarwood is a good community. They do everything generally well. Some Personnel could use more training, Finances, billing, and invoicing could use more organization, and the food is just ok. Overall though, the activities there are great. My mother enjoys the card making and coloring, but they also have Arts, crafts, games, and live music. The facility is also very clean. Overall, I would recommend it to others.

This is my first year and I didn't know what to expect but everyone is very supportive.

I had recently taken a tour of this community and I have no complaints about how things had went. The property was beautiful and very well maintained for all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for us in the end decision but it is worth taking a look at for anyone interested.

Powell Valley Assisted Living & Memory Care was a very nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another community due to the price was too high for our budget.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community . All of the staff where kind and helpful to me and made sure to be on time to our appointment as well as provide us with a lot of great information. They answered any questions I had for them in detail and remained professional throughout the visit. It was just not the right price for me in the end decision.

The experience has been good for the most part. My mom is in the Assisted Living and on a floor that is not wheelchair friendly. I wasn't aware until moving her into the community but she is getting use to it. Her apartment is nice and the bathroom has glass tile accents. She has nice counters and floors, with 2 patios off the room. She is much happier. A Place For Mom was a great service and I was impressed.

Very warm and welcoming. Residents and employees seem very happy. Wish the one bedrooms were a bit bigger. Disappointing that there is not a laundry facility on each floor.

I really like the positive atmosphere that I walk into at the Brookdale Eugene. The staff is all very accommodating and friendly. The only thing that concerns me a little bit is that they are short staffed. It's nothing terrible, but it is something I hope gets fixed soon. Other than that, the place is clean for the most part, and my loved one is being well taken care of.

I have no complaints about the tour I took of this community. The staff was on time for our appointment and was very kind giving us lots of helpful information and answering any questions my loved one and I had for them. My mother just preferred a smaller community then what they had.

We had a very short limited experience with the community. It was clean and the people were friendly. We didn't have any major complaints. We only really got about a weeks worth of experience, and it was expensive for us, but still a nice place, and I would recommend it.

the care has been good and I am happy with it. The meals are suitable but not quite what my husband likes. It is definitely a clean community. They offer activities for the residents. They have a small library but it does not seem to have interests for my husband so I provide him with books. The caregivers help him get dressed. The community has a light and airy feeling.

My tour of this community was a pretty pleasant one. The tour went well, they have a nice staff here. Everybody was kind and friendly. The community was nice and clean. Our questions were answered, they were informative as well. It was a good tour, but this just wasn't the place for my mother and her needs.

It was not easy to choose the right community,it was stressful. A place for mom really eased out minds and helped us find this wonderful community. They are very kind at this community and someone is always there whenever we need some help. Our room is nice and the community looks great. The staff is wonderful and very sweet. We like the food and love the activities. We recommend it.

Spendy but the truth is they all are. Nice people. Some staff excellent, others average. Constant check ins sometimes annoying but necessary for certain people. Would like trips out to go to entertainment for those able to enjoy them. No regrets as yet.

This facility is pretty nice. The apartments are nice and they are a decent size and the maintenance staff keeps the place pretty well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. A nice place, but the food could be better.

Things are going well. The only thing was when we moved in, the toilet wasn't clean and the linoleum was grouted. They are working on fixing that. Other than those issues, the staff is nice and things are going well.
