What an excellent loving facility. This was the most wonderful place, my husband could ever go to for his final days. They did everything possible to make him comfortable. There aren't enough words to explain the love and kindness we received.

I am very happy with the memory care villas, especially with recent changes in management. My mom seems to be safe and happy, which is the most important thing for me. I would still like to see a bit more consistency in staffing rather than so much moving around. I’m convinced that this is continues to stem from a management issue rather than staff simply leaving for more money. Please do everything you can to keep the great employees you have and ensure that they are happy. The daytime staff members are so caring and attentive with my mom.

Our family had an in person tour and The Fountains community was gorgeous, it was so beautiful. Unfortunately they did not have space available for our loved one and we needed to move them in immediately. If we ever had to move our loved one we will put moving them into The Fountains.

My mom is extremely happy there. My dad is less happy, but that's more to do with being a homebody who didn't want to give up his house. It's funny, the staff seems to cater more to him than they do to my mom. He's a little healthier and participates in more of the activities. The one thing I've not been happy with is billing. They've been up-front with it, but the statements are vague, and I have to keep asking for clarification. The line item will just say "personal services," and the amount has been different each month. Because the bill comes from corporate, I've had to contact them each time to let me know what's going on. And I feel like I'm just a number to their corporate staff. The local administrative staff I've been satisfied with. At the moment, they're having some staffing issues, but the permanent staff seem to really care about the residents, so that's been good. When my parents first moved in, Brookdale was offering a promotional rate that we got to lock in, so I realize now that we got a good deal. But it was definitely a sticker shock at first.

We chose Hitchcock Place because of the level of care that they provided, it was higher than some others we looked into. The room sizes are very good. The meals are chef prepared and residents get a menu, but there is not a large selection. Overall everything is going good and we would recommend to others looking.

My mother was totally against moving into Assisted Living, however she needed more support than I could give her in my home. So she agreed to at least look at options. I involved her in the search process and it was my mom who identified Mebane Ridge as the place she wanted to live. She was very impressed with the staff she met prior to moving in and has only been more impressed since. She requires minimal assistance, but has help whenever she needs it. She has a lovely spacious room which is now decorated exactly the way she wants it. Best of all the staff have been very kind and caring, she calls them "her kids". Please note, NOT one resident has become infected with Covid, quite the accomplishment! The only area of some disappointment is the food. The quality has improved, but my mother finds the meals hit or miss. She is a simple eater and finds most of the meals are very large and too spicy for her.

We chose Pinewood Place because I was able to do an in person tour and the staff were extremely friendly here. The room sizes here are big, it is like a nice hotel room. The staff really care about the residents here, it is not just a job for them they it above and beyond that. I would highly recommend to others looking.

The staff members have just be a 10 out of 10, they treat our loved one incredibly well. Chandler Place is more then what we could of ever expected. The meals and dining service is great our loved one really seems to enjoy them and is satisfied. Sometimes if she does not want to go down to lunch or dinner, within 10 minutes of them serving meals the staff will come up and check on her just to make sure everything is okay. The activities from what we have seen on our visits and from what our loved one tells us, there are a lot of things happening. They ave arts and crafts, bingo, on larger holidays they will have cookouts. There are church services on Sunday's, there is a bus service that will take them to different stores. Also, they will take the residents out to the park to have a picnic.

We were able to tour in person even though it was during covid time. I really liked the facility and the people were freiendly and welcoming.

We were not able to tour in person due to covid, so we sat outside the facility and the staff members logged in on zoom with us and showed us around the facility. They were all very welcoming and did a great tour. I like that this facility was all on one floor so it would be easy for your loved one to get around if they have any mobility issues.

Cousin and I saw [name removed] on [date removed]. Got info and toured facility. Got to see 3 bedroom types. 40 room facility. Said 25 currently there

The way they have their food set up, allows the quality to stand out. There is an allotment of a food allowance for each month. The fees on the menu are what the residents would have to pay. A lot of their dinners started at $15. The rooms didn't have nice views for the residents that we toured.

We did a virtual tour with Northstar Place because of covid. The location was great and the facility was very nice. The staff members were all friendly, so it was comparable to the one we chose. I just knew people at the other location we were looking at so we went with that one.

The Community is kept really neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. The food is good and they have lots of activities available if your loved one would like to participate. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Dalton Place because of the administrative staff, they had appropriate follow up etc. We felt that we had a good sense of what it was going to be like after moving her here, they painted a good picture so we did not have a lot fear going into it. The rooms vary, they do have different sizes depending on what you are willing to pay. They are very good at treating the individual as an individual, for example my dad is a night owl and they accommodate him for food since he will eat after it has been served. It is a smaller facility which means less exposure to mass germs and it allows staff to personalize the care. Overall I would recommend to others looking.

We are the biggest supporters of this community, if we had a book we could fill it up with all the positive things to say about Preston House. This place is beyond good, do not look anywhere else, this is an oasis for your loved one. The care was absolutely spectacular, and these staff members had to of been handed picked because we have no idea where they came from. They are some of the most caring, loving, and respectful individuals we have ever encountered. They were more then willing to be king, generous, words cannot explain how wonderful this place was. Our loved one had many many problems and issues regarding his health and they handled his care with ease. They were always there for him if he needed something, and were more then accommodating to our family. Anytime we came to visit they welcomed us with open arms. From day one the food was fabulous we could not believe how good it was. Being a nurse myself i could not believe how clean and well kept this community was. There were never any fowl smells, no red flags or anything out of place. . The social director is amazing and always had games going on for the residents. Everything was top notch, we can confidently say we are so proud of this community

So far our family has been very pleased with the Dublin Place. Right now our loved one is more on the independent side of things, but the staff has always been extremely attentive to all of her needs. We feel certain she is well cared for. They note all of her health updates and call us on a regular basis to share with us any changes.

We were very satisfied with our experience at Hitchcock place. We chose the facility because of the fact that they have an RN on staff there full time and they had availability when we we needed it. The room sizes here were good for what he needed. Their RN went above and beyond trying to assist with our father and I would recommend them to other families.

The Mebane Ridge Family lovingly cared for my Mom for two years. Mom loved living there. She so enjoyed the activities, the people, and the lovely grounds. Was everything done perfectly all the time no but whenever something wasn’t right great effort was made to fix it. Thank you to all of the folks there for loving Mom so well especially during this crazy Covid adventure.

Overall it is a great community for my loved one. My loved one has adaptive well. The community has accepted them into their community. They have music, Wii bowling, and daily devotions are some of the activities that the community has available.
