The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They treat me and my parents like family, even though my mom can be very difficult at times. They are also very helpful when home healthcare or physical therapist visit. Housekeeping is good. They have even cleaned the carpet when needed. Communication with the family is excellent. Coordinators, nurse, aides all communicate with us as well as text messages, reminders, and monthly calendar flyers as well as a huge monthly calendar posted in the common room. The moving process went very well. We were encouraged to bring as much familiar décor as possible. It was difficult for us to decide personally, but they have accommodated as we have made changes. The meal quality is very good and well balanced. Unfortunately, my parents are junk food lovers I highly recommend Ashely Square. They care.

We are pleased with variety of activities offered to residents. Most meals are tasty! All residents are upbeat and friendly. Friendliness and professionalism of staff. Configuration of studio apartment appealed to my mom.

Lovely place to feel welcomed and comfortable. My Mom is very happy and the staff is great. My mom has been living here for the past few months, and they offer a wide range of care services, so there are options for every level of care.

We had searched several assisted living facilities for our 83 yr old aunt. Legacy of Little River was the right choice for her as she wanted activities, a sunny spacious room and meals provided. We found legacy’s 7 aspects of care was perfect to keep her physically, mentally and socially active. It is convenient to main roads and the ability to visit her and bring her out to appointments is a happy fit for everyone. The staff is friendly and respectful to the residents and .their visitors.

[name removed] was only there a very short time, and he passed away. I did not have a chance to ask him how the food was, and he never joined any activities The facilities and staff their were all wonderful. They did everything they could to keep Lee comfortable and the family as well.

The staff is very friendly. I am so grateful they take such good care of her. It seems the staff especially admin is always trying to figure out ways to make her more comfortable and that she is getting everything she needs It seems to me when I've been there the portions aren't a lot....and the meals don't look very appetizing....but the patients eat it. The girl who does the activities seems to work very hard in planning and engaging. A lot better than some I've seen. My brother in law is at [removed] in the Assisted Living area...he pays a LOT and it doesn't come close to the care, cleanliness, food, or anything that my sister gets at Seven Hills. They are now owned by the same company. The people at Seven Hills should go and train the people at [removed]. I sleep at night knowing my sister is taken care of.

Facility is very good - one level was key component for us. Staff exceptional in friendliness and compassion. I would recommend Legacy of North Myrtle Beach to others looking.

What our family likes the most about the Arbor Ridge at Stanleyville community is the helpfulness and friendliness of staff, it is well organized, well run and our loved one likes the food.

Kerner Ridge is such a wonderful place! First, it is a very clean community and the staff made it such a warm, loving, professional place. There are so many activities for the residents to participate in. Yes, based on our experience so far, I would highly recommend Kerner Ridge.

I’m waiting for my home to sell to move into Highland's Square. I have went several times to see what rooms are available. I am so excited to make Highlands my home. My doggie loves the Highlands too. He is just as excited as me.

Dalton Square is a great place for my mom. The staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping cleans and wash clothes once a week, which helps but also keeps germs down. Dalton Square is always keeping me updated through email. The move in process was good. My mom has gained 18 pounds since moving to Dalton Square in May. That should say the food is good. I would recommend the facility and I have and the person's grandmother moved in at the first of November.

Being realistic about caretaking, 47 older to very old folks, I think they do a very good job. Not perfect but very good. I would recommend The Legacy of Lexington to others.

Our experience with Mebane Ridge was great. All of the staff, took very good care of our mother until mom's very end. The staff also guided us, when hospice needed to come in. Mebane Ridge was always very clean, always smelled nice, and the staff and administration was always very friendly. The location was good for us and the facility was a place, where we thought mom would be well taken care of and happy.

What has made the Mallard Ridge community such a great experience so far are the staff members they have working there. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Carolina reserve of Durham is a must see community in Durham. This community is very welcoming, clean, and an overall amazing senior living community. Highly recommend! The nurse, the marketing team, director and care staff are top notch

Great caring staff!

I have a warm, spacious and comfortable room. The staff is patient, helpful, alert and sincere. I feel safe in my environment and well cared for. There is a significant amount of activities geared towards a man my age, which is 73.

I went by to tour the community for my mom, but wasn’t able to schedule an appointment. The executive director was immediately able to accommodate and show me around the community when the marketing director was out of the office. He was so helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. This was my first community I toured and was so impressed with the cleanliness and caring staff while working with the residents. Anyone would be lucky to love their loved ones into this community.
