The staff here truly go above and beyond for my grandfather and our family. They feel like family. They truly care for and respect all residents. They understand individual needs and approaches the care with utmost professionalism while also individualizing care to each resident. They know my grandfather’s quirks and meet him where he is. They are kind and funny and keep my grandfather happy.

My parents have been here for about a month and their are very much enjoying it. The staff is fantastic-friendly, responsive and helpful. The meals care delicious and nutrition, I feel confident in the care they are receiving and that they are been well cared for and safe.

The staff of Morningside House of St. Charles really care about the residents. We are grateful for the care our mothers receives. The activities director does a great job with scheduling activities and events, always including family members.

The staff is warm and really cares. From the beginning they wanted us to feel comfortable and welcomed. My mom has daily activities and has made friends. I love how bright and clean the place is and her room is spacious.

Caring staff, beautiful facility

I am happy to write a review for Morningside House of St. Charles because it is a warm and friendly community. It is well staffed and efficiently run. The residents were eager to welcome my 95 year old mother when she arrived. They openly tried to make her feel comfortable coming into the facility. The staff is professional but also warm and caring. I am so pleased that I was referred to this facility. I toured six and I chose this one. It is always clean and they don't isolate the residents with Dementia from the other residents. They keep them involved with each other. I would highly recommend Morhingside House of St Charles.

My search for a community for my 89-year-old mom started out frustrating. However, after visiting several communities, I fell in love with Morningside House of Laurel. God was at work here, bringing the right people to help me find a perfect community for my mother. Morningside House of Laurel has excellent leadership, and the staff ensures residents receive the best care and attention. The community reminds me of the famous fairy tale "Goldilocks and the Three Bears": not too hot or cold, but just right!

The staff treated my father as if he was one of their own. They went above and beyond for my entire family during the most difficult time of our life. I would highly recommend Morningside to anyone who is looking for the kindest, caring and understanding people. Everyone we came in contact with had a ready hug and shoulder to cry on when needed. We honestly felt like family!

My parents are 92 & 94 in independent living. They have had great care with everything whether it’s cleaning, medical, or just checking on them. The activities are fun for the residents who participate and the food is delicious. When I call from CA they have been extremely helpful. I wish more seniors were interested but with the costs high, it is difficult for most.

Overall we have been very pleased about her care and her surroundings. Based on the experience we have had so far with Morningside House of St. Charles, we would recommend this community to other families. Thank you for helping us find a place for her.
