An unexpected journey for our family, but our entire experience over the last four months with the very caring staff at Morningside House has been very positive and reassuring…From our first meeting with [name removed], who was so very kind-hearted, understanding, informative, and made certain that the transition process for our dear parents into Morningside House was as smooth as possible for them, and for us children. Every administrative and staff member at Morningside House has been so pleasant, kind, patient, and helpful…And each of them do everything with the most beautiful smiles and kindest hearts! Each resident is encouraged to participate in the many fun activities, and it’s especially joyful when musicians visit Morning House to entertain! You can see the big smiles of each resident, and feel their joy and happiness…And the residents singing along with the entertainers is so precious, fun, and uplifting! So Many Heartfelt Thanks to All the Wonderful Staff at Morningside House!

My 96-year-old Mom has been at Morningside for 3 weeks and we have been extremely happy with the staff, location, and care that Mom has received. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked through the front door!! There are many activities for those who want to join in. My husband and I have joined in on the Thursday night Bingo (to sit with Mom and help her feel comfortable meeting new people). We play and have fun with the other participants and now they tell us that we are their lucky charms!!! Visiting often and participating with family members is welcomed there and we definitely take advantage of that opportunity!!

My mother went into assisted living [date removed]. She was hesitant at 95 going away from family. They found a resident who was about my mother physical and mental state to be here buddy and show her around. They have remained best friends for 18 months.

Care takers are very good at their job and are very friendly.

Generally speaking, not bad. The service is good.

So far its good. I can see the changes Morningside is making and the changes are good. The staff is great and takes really good care of me.

Many helping hands. People/Staff always go the extra step to make me feel at home.

I can't complain. No one ever walks by without saying hello.

Morningside is very professional. Very accommodating and supportive of us residents. Their doors are always open if we need anything best decision I made.

Our mother has been at Morningside in Collegeville for 1 year. We are extremely happy and more importantly our mom is happy. The facility is beautiful and there are activities all day long that she can participate in. She has met many friends and the staff are kind and helpful.

After visiting many memory care facilities we decided on Morningside House because of the staff that we met on a second visit on our own after hours We have been very happy with the decision so far. The management team excel in communication, which is so important when your loved one has advanced dementia . The facility itself is warn and inviting , offering many different areas to sit with your loved one making visiting a pleasant experience . It is spotless . There are many creative activities for those in assisted living . Some of the caregivers have been there for many years and they are priceless. We have been here almost three months and are hoping for continued loving care .

[name removed] at Morningside was kind, understanding, and extremely helpful in getting my 97yr young mother placed with them. All the staff is absolutely wonderful and very insightful. We don't have to worry about mom like we did prior to her placement there. She is beginning to interact with staff and actually recognizes some of them by face. Slowly, they are getting her out of her shell! Their activities are engaging and all the staff gets involved in the bigger events. They actually know their residents name and their quirks and the residents are treated with respect and dignity!

This facility has really done a fantastic job from early negotiations to getting the client moved in and comfortable. Everyone is very polite, attentive, and caring. The facility is top notch and spotless. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my friend to be in. A big thanks also to A Place For Mom with all the assistance they provided me in the early phases. Gods angles do really exist !!!!

Morningside of exton has been nothing short of amazing. The nurses and care takers are all so compassionate and patient. My dad had to be moved with two days notice and they were so accommodating and immediately built a relationship with him upon his arrival. The staff has truly become family. The nurses are all amazing. They are knowledgeable and update me often. To finally know my dad is somewhere safe where he is not only cared for, but loved, is the best feeling.

My brother-in-law just moved in yesterday so a review of his care I can't provide, but our experience in coming to the decision to put him at Mourningside House at St. Charles can be mentioned. The Sales representative, was my first contact with them and I liked her from the beginning. She was always there to answer all our questions. She is very personable and genuinely caring. I hope the rest of the staff will be that way to as my brother-in-law begins this new stage of his life at Morningside House at St. Charles.

Visited Morningside House last week. Very warm welcoming feel to the place! [name removed] was our guide and she, too, is warm and welcoming. Facilities were impressive. Residents we saw were busy and engaged. Nice and clean. Nice dining area, menu looked like a variety of good options. [name removed] engaged my mom, which was lovely. Many forget or don’t bother addressing her. We walked away with the feeling that this would be a great choice for mom! Kudos to [name removed]!

The staff here truly go above and beyond for my grandfather and our family. They feel like family. They truly care for and respect all residents. They understand individual needs and approaches the care with utmost professionalism while also individualizing care to each resident. They know my grandfather’s quirks and meet him where he is. They are kind and funny and keep my grandfather happy.

My parents have been here for about a month and their are very much enjoying it. The staff is fantastic-friendly, responsive and helpful. The meals care delicious and nutrition, I feel confident in the care they are receiving and that they are been well cared for and safe.

My experience with Morningside as been very positive. The facility is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.
