The staff here are wonderful and the building is always so cheery and bright. The activities they have are super cute and help keep my mom engaged and active. I feel so good about the care my mom is receiving and I wouldn't want her anywhere else!

We visited a family member over the holidays at Morningside House of Exton and had a wonderful experience. The community was warm, welcoming and beautifully cared for. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made our holiday visit even more special. It was comforting to see our loved one so well cared for. Highly appreciative of the great work being done here.

My mom recently moved into Morningside House of Collegeville. She needs a lot of support and in turn so have I. The management team was so quick to meet with my family to come up with a plan to help my mom acclimate the best she could. All of the staff have been so friendly to my mom and our family. It has been an emotional journey for me and I am not sure if I could do it without the team there.

Morningside House of Friendship has truly been a gift to our family. When my mother’s mobility declined and her dementia progressed, I reached a point where I could no longer give her the level of care she needed at home. It was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. I wanted her to be safe, supported, and treated with the same tenderness I would give her myself. From the moment she arrived at Morningside, I knew we had made the right choice. The staff is simply extraordinary. They care for my mother with such patience, compassion, and genuine affection that it feels like an extension of our own family. They take care of my mother and care for my mother like family. They keep me informed of her emotions and her physical well being. She has everything there that she needs.

I searched many places and couldn’t find one that checked all the blocks until I came upon Morningside House of Towamencin for my husband. It checked out with everything I wanted for my husband. The staff, dining, cleaness, activities, personal attention. His apartment. I just love it and so grateful he is here.

Morningside Friendship is a true home for it's residents. Everyone is family and treated with love, respect, care and joy. I love visiting and seeing all the smiles. These people truly love people. It's just terrific.

Took great care of my grandfather - all the staff are friendly and welcoming. I know my family was happy he was safe and able to get stronger. The managers there are great and are always available and on the floors not in the offices.

My father in law resided at Morningside for a brief time. I wish we had placed him sooner as it was a wonderful experience. The staff and other residents welcomed him with open arms and made him feel like part of the family! Would highly recommend

My father did a respite stay at Morningside when he needed a little extra tlc. The staff there were wonderful and we could not have been happier! My dad felt heard and very cared for. We will definitely be back if ever needed!

I was picking up a resident to go to church on Sunday. he is always ready to go. I love talking to him and he always says thank you. his name is [name removed]. He is a member of the Glen Burnie united methodist church. He is sweet I love how the staff care for everyone.

I recently toured this facility for my father. It was decorated beautifully for the Christmas holiday. The staff and environment is very warm and inviting. Everything looked well maintained and was clean. The residents look happy and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this facility.

I've been to a few events hosted by the facility. The love, care and devotion to their residents is top notch and unwavering. They genuinely care about their residents and go the extra mile all the time. The environment is always warm, welcoming and clean. Top notch if you ask me

Most of the staff are full time employed . They are friendly and concerned about the patient . The varieties of activities are endless. Staff invites the patient to participate even if just to watch. Rooms are good size. Most have a kitchenette with a refrigerator . Rooms are cleaned weekly. Meals are served through the day. Meals may be eaten in his room or in the dining room. Patients are encouraged to eat a balanced diet.

A beautiful community with caregivers who have longevity which is rare & a fantastic leadership team! I have worked with the team here and they always ensure their residents receive the best care. Their activities department is also wonderful!

My mother has been here for 2.5 years, first under Sunrise and now with Morningside. I have to say that dealing with the corporate level management during the transition was rough. They were unhelpful, they didn't answer questions and they strung people along. A couple of executive directors later, we've landed with [name removed], who is nothing short of spectacular. She's put together an amazing staff of caring human beings who prioritize their residents above all else. A few worth mentioning are [name removed](health and wellness), [name removed](PC care director), front desk concierge [name removed], and caregivers [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and others. My mother is happy here, she is well cared for, she feels seen and heard and she has all of her needs met promptly. While I'm still not thrilled with the corporate team, the facility and staff on the ground where my mother is are amazing. Thanks for taking take of my Mom and me!

[name removed] and the rest of the staff at Morningside house went above and beyond to answer all of our questions in very specific detail. We made multiple visits to their site and even though our loved one chose not to move at this time, when that time comes, Morningside House will be our choice.

Lovely place. Just short staffed as far as aides go. Aides rely on the private aides too much for incidentals. PT. AND OT people are not seeing patients often enough. Activity director is ok but should be a little more timely in changing activities and making them fun for all.; food is excellent. Nice facility

The staff are very friendly. Activities are available and encouraged. I would definitely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

1. 5 My husband absolutely loves it there. 2.4 I had an issue with his room not being cleaned in over a week. I brought it to the staffs attention...and it has been spotless ever since. 3. 5 all staff members know all resident names and frequent family visitors. 4. 5 care is excellent although they are short staffed at times. 5. 5 Administrative staff offices are at the main entrance and they welcome any comments at any time. 6. 5 Food is better in the main dining room. My husband is in memory care and although he can order anything from the full menu, they generally give memory care residents 2 options to keep choices easy. 7. 5 There is always something going on. My husband is very able bodied and conversational so he is frequently included in activities that the personal care residents do. There are just a couple memory care residents that are able and have this privilege. 8. 4 to 5. All of these facilities are pricey. They are very quick to increase the level of care charge and once My husband got acclimated and improved some behaviors, they are not as quick to lower level of care charge...although they did do it. All in all, it's a lovely place and my husband is happy there. It is located close to my home and his siblings homes which was a major concern for me.
