They had so many different amenities for the residents to take advantage of, it was just a vibrant lively atmosphere. However, our loved ones health was progressively getting worse and we just did not think it would be the best fit for them

I found communication between myself and the upper stuff to be a little slow, there was a gap of time in answers and when things would get done. But other than that, our experience with Morningstar was great and I would recommend to others looking as long as you are able to afford it.

Our experience was outstanding, they were so wonderful to our loved one. They put their residents first always, and would always check-in on our loved one. They kept up constant communication with our family even if it was late in the evening. Their number one thing though was the genuine care they showed the residents, you could really tell they loved their people

This community was a really hard sell. I seen one staff member the whole time I was there in the memory care unit. Maintenance was also not on top of things, rooms were not up to base and carpet was nasty. It was a really good tour and really thorough.

I thought they were fantastic. It felt like a high class, white glove, 5 star hotel. The facility was beautiful. The staff were very responsive and caring. My mother-in-law needed a lot of extra, above and beyond care, and they did everything they could to help her. She ate the food every day and seemed pleased with it. I was very happy with them.

There are a lot of friendly people and friendly staff here. It's a great place to live. It's just a positive environment. They have plenty of activities, things like costume contests, live music, and lots of different events. And the food is delicious.
