The MorningStar Senior Living of Pasadena is clean and new and beautiful. The staff are very competent and friendly and truly seem to "love" my mom. My mother is responding positively to the interaction with others in ways I did not expect It has been a great move for her!

5 stars for everything. The staff treated my family like their family. I always felt welcome and informed. This was an awesome place for my mom and dad to get to be together the last 6 months of their lives. I will always be grateful to them for the quality of care and love they gave us. I would DEFINITELY recommend MorningStar at Jordan to others who are looking.

Friendly staff, and they know my name. The food is good. Clean. Repairs made promptly. Lots of activities, bingo has prizes. Great crafts. I'm happy here. I'm in independent living so I can't speak for asst. living. Highly recommend!

We were able to have options for relocating Ma. The MorningStar Senior Living staff have been instrumental in bringing Ma into activities and finding the correct place for her. She needed more eyes on her than assisted living can give, so she was moved to memory care. She's safer, happier, and active again.

The staff was very attentive to each person there. It was very clean, the food was good, the atmosphere was very nice and peaceful for visitors as well. The personal attention they give each resident is incredible. We were very lucky to have found a place like this for my Dad. When he was passing, staff came by to say goodbye.

This is easy, all of the categories 1-8 get 5 stars. I was extremely happy with MorningStar of Fountain Hills as a place for Mom to spend the last year of her life. [name removed], their activities director, was an absolutely amazing person with a huge heart and lots of appropriate activities for the residents. All of the staff was great. The facility was neatly kept and food was excellent.

It is so nice. Visited 3 or 4 places. One, nice but needed upgrade badly. Other food awful! 4th one right in town, small, noisy too busy. We were sold on Morningstar. Transportation is super too. Light & airy & quiet, flat to walk around. Long but needed to tell you.

We are blessed to be able to afford MorningStar at Albuquerque...we are happy that [name removed] is safe and cared for there. The staff are wonderful...and they do not have a lot of turnover...they always notify us when [name removed] needs things and are gentle and caring even when they don't know we are visiting I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

The room my father is in has carpets that have a strong musty smell, since day 1. I mentioned it but they haven't done anything. I think they don't do extra unless pushed. Everyone is super friendly! Honestly the nicest people. My father is in independent, I can't really rate the quality of care fully. But the staff seem very supportive and helpful when he falls, etc. The food is very good but sometimes the service is really slow. A few times they haven't even taken the order for 30-45 minutes. And you can imagine how the residents feel about that. Activities are really good, there are always things going on and it's been great. Value (for independent, can't comment on assisted) - all the activities and food are really good, and from my comparison they aren't charging that much more than the cheaper places that have a lot of state complaints.

Our family had an in person tour with MorningStar Senior Living and we really liked it. It was actually my first choice of the properties we toured at the time, but Mom did not like the open closet/walkway into bathroom. The tour was great, but it was too much for her and she had to keep stopping to rest, giving her the impression she would not be able to maneuver the hallways. Then someone at church told her it was a bad neighborhood, and that was the last straw for her.

We toured MorningStar Senior Living of Arvada when searching for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. We loved this facility! However, they had a wait list and were priced higher than some of the other facilities that we looked at.

She would like help setting up her DVR. She loves to go to restaurants and would love a casino event. She feels she is getting a fair price for the excellent services. Thank you for making your facility a professional and caring experience for my friend!

I have visited MorningStar of Fountain Hills several times over the past few years. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating and Such a joy to see the happy smiling faces on the residents. I have had breakfast several times and food is delicious. They seem to always have something fun and exciting for the residents to attend. The place is just beautiful and I love visiting.

I have a friend who lives in this facility and she is so happy to be there! She said she looked at a bunch of places before deciding on MorningStar and she is so glad because she cannot imagine living anywhere else. She says the residents are wonderful to spend time with and the staff are so good to everyone, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and loving. The facility is so clean and kept up so well and this is very important to her. Food is great and there is so much to do, she said she is always very busy with the activities they have. She would never consider living anywhere else now that she has been there for a while. If I needed or wanted to live in a place like this, I would certainly join her in Arizona at MorningStar!

Very deserving organization above all others that I have ever come in contact with or toured, the awards that have been previously won speaks well for how they operate. I am honored to know and see the Love that is shared within Morning Star Assisted Living, it is True that Love Lives Here. It is a joy and comfort to know family members are in the best of care.

My loved one is a resident at MorningStar Assisted Living and Memory Care of Boulder. It's been a great experience! We couldn't have asked for a better helper, [name removed] is very very helpful and we love MorningStar. I highly recommend this facility and so does my loved one who is residing here. My only concern is that 3 days after we placed my loved one, they changed ownership- so that is a concern regarding the continued care and cost. We will wait and see!

We were greeted immediately and our tour was informative and helpful. The facility itself is absolutely GORGEOUs, but VERY expensive and out of our price range. Unfortunately we were unable to afford them.

MorningStar gets 5 stars for everything. The staff are very responsive to all needs and any requests for services. They are thoughtful and conscientious, great with teamwork, competent, and very friendly and caring towards the residents and their family. I would absolutely recommend MorningStar of Santa Fe! They have a positive, pleasant atmosphere created by the respective staffs and their directors. The location of Morning Star along with its excellent staff, beautiful spaces, restaurant-style dining, & apartment washer/dryer sealed the deal.

Our family had an in person tour with MorningStar Senior Living community and we thought the community and the tour experience was great but it was just going to be too large for our loved one

[name removed] was excellent in following up with me on phone calls once a month helping me find places for my parents. Very supportive and caring. As far as MorningStar Senior Living of Boise, my dad is thrilled so far the food is excellent. The people are friendly facility is clean and kept up so far we have no complaints.
