Merrill Gardens

This community is working out well for my father, and his needs. I know he is safe, and in good hands. I would give the staff the highest ratings. They are kind when I visit, and have been very helpful whenever needed. They do a good with cleanliness around the community. The meals are so-so, but there a good activities available. This is a community I would recommend to my family, and friends.

We like this community for care. The staff are nice and helpful and always attentive. The menu needs to have better varieties on the dairy. They do offer the residents to participate in the activities. The community comes highly recommended to others

Our Mom LOVES Merrill Gardens. It is wonderful that she can have her dog Benji with her. She loves sitting on her back patio full of plants and flowers. Her independence is very important to her. My sister and I feel that we made the best decision EVER, moving Mom to Merrill Gardens where she is thriving, feels very safe and is happy :)

This was a clean and friendly environment with almost everything on one floor. Mom does not like elevators!!!!

I set my mother up at the courtyards in the assisted living area. I am very pleased with all aspects of this facility. My mother also has told me how nice and helpful everybody is. This includes the staff and the residents. The food is very good quality and variety. The place is kept very clean. There seems to be a large selection of daily activities for residents to get involved with. It was very hard for me to let go and put my mother into an assisted living community. Because of all the positive things I have seen, I have been able to relax and have full confidence in Courtyards at Berne village, New Bern . Thank you goes out to all the staff.

I like the community very much and it is very nice too. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else but here. I like the way it is set up and it is spacious all around. I liked the feeling when I toured and I knew a few people here. I would recommend the community.

We like the care at this for my mom. We like the staff and the attentiveness. The menu is wonderful. My mom is offered to do the activities with the other residents. We like the location for the family that lives close by. We would recommend this community for many positive reasons. We are happy knowing that mom is in great community.

Merrill Gardens at Auburn is a nice and clean facility. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my mom's needs. She likes the food that they offer. They do offer activities that my mom likes and participates in, such as Bingo and she enjoys the singing. They have a nice courtyard there for them to be able to sit or walk around and enjoy the outdoors. I feel she is in a safe and secure environment.

We toured the beautiful community and was very happy with the cleanliness. The staff were very nice and were able to answer the questions on the care that is offered. We liked the dining area and the menu of the meals with healthy choices. The activities are offered to those who want to participate. We really like the community for my father but the cost was higher than expected. We do recommend this beautiful community to other families.

The move in went very well and I am changing apartments to a larger one. I am happy with everything from the meals to the residents. There is diversity here with a good atmosphere. I like that they have indoor parking, it will make a difference when the weather changes.

This place was a win for my mom. She loves being here she is doing very well. The food is wonderful in fact that is one of the major reasons why I chose this place and the location as to where it is to my house. The community is brand new everything is clean and updated the staff is friendly and encouraging. The communication between myself and the staff is great. I honestly have no complaint and would highly recommend them.

When searching for the right community I wanted to be close to my daughter. Volterra at Solivita Marketplace was in the right location and it is a good fit for me.

by far our favorite. Independent living apartments are beautiful, full kitchen including dishwasher, and laundry in the apartment. up to 2 bdrm, more spacious than other places we've visited. No buy-in, 30 day lease. Would have to move to assisted living if needed. Assisted living apts are very nice as well, separate living and bedroom. No kitchen or laundry in room for assisted. Didn't meet a lot of residents, don't know about compatibility with Mom.

This is a great community, and my father is doing very well since his move. It has made huge difference in him. I'am very satisfied with all they have done for us. I know he is safe, and in good hands. They have a good, outgoing staff here at this community. There is a lot of social activities available for the residents. They offer tons of services for the residents. I have nothing but compliments for this community, and I would absolutely recommend this community.

We are so happy to have this as our mom's new forever home. The staff and nurses are wonderful. Very caring and professional.

I had the opportunity to tour at Sheldon Park recently. The atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly, it felt like walking into a friends home. Everyone was so friendly, it was very clean and nicely decorated. All the Residents that we came across were happy to talk to us and raved about the activity program. They have activities 7 days a week and a large variety in order to cater to as many Residents as possible. The staff were very good with the Residents and I enjoyed the tour very much.

The care here at this community at is outstanding. We like the caring staff who keep us informed on any changes. The community has a nice atmosphere and is very clean. I feel good knowing that the menu of healthy meals is available. The activities that are offered are very helpful to my mom and that is something we like. We would highly recommend this community for the care of a loved one.
