I enjoy the friendly staff and residents.

It was a very short experience but to know fault of the communities. . During his stay we had a great experience, the staff were helpful, kind and really took great care of him up until his passing. They helped answer all the questions and concerns we had and really gave us some relief. It is a fantastic facility, we are so appreciative of everything they did for us. We like how the memory care side still allowed the residents from freedom inside and outside of the community - weather permitting.

My father is thriving since he has moved in here and this is a great place for your loved one to be. They have activities like trips, card games, bingo, happy hour, people that come in to give speeches, and movie night every night. There is always something for the residents to pick from to do at the community. The staff are very accommodating and listened to the residents and take feedback and then act on it. For example there was an activity that my father liked and they did not have it on the schedule. They added it to the schedule and a lot of residents joined my loved one in the activity also.

I have already bragged about this community. The staff go out of their way to help you with anything and everything. I can not say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff are. They were with us every step of the way and went above and beyond with their job. They have knitting, social events, puzzles, bingo, a birthday party every month and more for the residents to do to stay busy. This community is filled with activities and there is always something going on. I cant say anything wrong about this place.

This is a good and smaller community with a good location. The people are good and friendly. They have a fresh rotating menu for the residents. Some of the activities available are bridge, walks, exercises, talks, field trips, and more for the residents to participate in.

Our family had an in person tour and this community is very appealing from the outside.

This community has been very good to our loved one, and at times they can be very challenging and the staff members have just been phenomenal. We have seen the meals, they look and smell great. They are served in a very nice well put together dining hall where everyone is well dressed. There is nothing cafeteria about it. The memory care is an all inclusive price which is very nice, there are no surprises so the monthly costs are very reasonable.

It's very affordable for what we get. It's a very happy place. Dad loves his room with its big, funny, giant windows. The activities seem to be really fun. I know they have a big, fancy Valentine's night coming up soon. He tells me he really likes the food. And we are just thrilled with Landings overall.

It's been a very positive experience for our loved one. The staff has been outstanding and really go out of their way to accommodate the needs of the residents. They provide excellent care. The facility itself is beautiful and always very clean. Our grandchildren and great-grandchildren even enjoyed the facility - they went into the game room and had a good time. They're very accommodating to visitors. Our loved one says the food is outstanding. He raves about it, and has been very impressed with it from day one. He had PT and OT when he first got there, and they were outstanding. He's mentioned coffee and donuts in the mornings where you can get together with other residents. They have Friday happy hours. We looked around at other facilities, and based on the market, we feel it's a good value at The Pinnacle.

Good community, not the right fit for my loved one.

This community was too big for what we were looking for for my loved one. It was a nice community it was just too big.

Excellent place to work

We chose The Country House because of the price as well as the quality of care provided. The staff have all been very nice and the residents always seem to be happy. It has been great and I would recommend to others looking.

The community that I went to first caught my attention so much that it made it hard when viewing other communities. This community did not seem to be better than my number one. The tour was great and they were very informative but I just had to go with my first choice.

I find that the management and staff is very friendly and attentive. They're easy to reach. I don't have to chase anybody, and I usually get questions answered easily. In memory care, they're very understanding and very cooperative. I have no complaints with the care so far. It's been a good experience.

We have to assume the meals are good our loved one never complained about the meal service. Our first impression right away was with the personality of the staff members. They went out of their way for us in regard to our loved one. They were such a huge help, we were very happy and we wold suggest others looking into Landings.

We loved MerryWood on Park. The tour was great and the facility itself was beautiful. The apartments were not set up well and there was not much storage space.

My Dad, Vermont's oldest WWII veteran, moved to Harbor Village Senior Communities in 2009 (f/n/a Pillsbury Senior Living), shortly after my Mom passed. As an outgoing and friendly person, he soon settled into meeting the other residents and embraced many of the interesting and stimulating activities offered. Soon, I was needing to schedule our visits around HIS schedule! That's when we knew he would be OK in this next chapter of his life. Dad has seen many changes at his residence since he moved in. Dad takes things in stride, understanding the challenges that management and staff alike have met over the years. He, and his family appreciate the hard work and care that is taken to see that his days are happy, joyful and safe. His daughter So Burlington VT
