I toured this community with my mother-in-law and we loved it so much. They have so many amazing services and amenities, and the place is huge! The room sizes were great and we felt like the prices were reasonable.

NIce secure setting for residents with many activities. Staff is caring and kind plus always helpful. Highly recommend to all. Mom has lived in both Assisted Living and Memory Care so have full experience.

I recently brought my Dad here because he wasn't getting the proper attention and care at his last facility. From day one of my Dad being here I knew immediately this place was home. The communication is so great here, I receive messages from everyone here letting me know how my Dad is doing and if they need anything to provide the proper care for him they let me know right away. My Dad recently turned 100 years old and the activities Director [name removed]went out of her way to plan a party for him and invited the Mayor to issue a certificate for him becoming a Centenarian. She got him his favorite cake, decorated the place and we invited close family members and made it a big surprise! They have gone above and beyond to make my Dad and I feel so welcome here and they are always so caring. And Claremont Place always smells and looks so clean!

The care for our senior is excellent!! Additionally, the staff from the top to the attendants who are one on one with the seniors are very friendly & strive to correct any issue as well as scheduling outside services ..... manicure, haircuts, pedicures. All in all an excellent facility for your senior when you can't provide the 24 hour care they need.

Everyone is extremely friendly. The staff is very quick to respond to any concerns. Amenities offered are good. Room sizes are about average and perfect for the needs. My dad does wish there were more males there. Big thing for me was it was the closest, cheapest, and did not look depressing. It was a place where I actually did not dread visiting my dad. It really feels more like a hotel than a rest home.

Had a taste & tour and loved everything about it. The building is beautiful. The people and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The lunch was great. Activities looked fun. Top of my list for when I'm ready.

Moved my Mom here from California in March of 2019 due to declining health. The staff at Smithfield Woods is a family. They take amazing care of your loved ones, and the doors are always open for family visits. My 3 grandsons loved when they had live music on Saturdays and would dance with Nana and the other residents. I only wish my Mom could have had more time there

A beautiful place, staff members were pleasant. All questions were answered. Professional and helpful staff. This a place I would love to live in if I needed special care. A beautiful location, clean, and safe.

Daily, I feel relieved to know that my beloved elder is in the care of Esplanade. There's a real sense that the staff there cares about her and is attentive to her needs, both physical and emotional. For that I am very grateful.

Staff are kind, caring, and willing to help with any situation. Clean facility, great activities, alot of oppurtunity for socialization. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a loved one.

Both my parents are at the Esplanade of Woodmere. They are very happy there. The staff, from the Front desk, Nurses, Maintenance, Aides, Kitchen help, administration etc. are all very attentive and friendly to them and to us when we visit. They have a great apartment. The food is good, they have wonderful activities through the day. We know my parents are well taken care of and safe. We don't have to worry about them. We visit them whenever we want. The staff keeps in touch with us at all times.

I just moved my mother in from out of state. The entire process was seamless, much easier and faster than I ever hoped for. From the day I toured to the day I moved her in everyone has been super friendly and helpful. I have been visiting daily, cant find any complaints. A couple of small wrinkles that were addressed and taken care of immediately. I feel really good about my hard decision.

My daughter and I have visited quite a few nursing home in the area to visit and ring to the residents...Your is hands down our favorite the warmest staff that truly care for the residents of sincere smiles. Thank You.

The food was pretty poor at the beginning. They replaced the food service m manager and the food has greatly improved.

All categories are great, except cost - it costs too much. The staff is excellent. My dad is happy at Claremont Place.

I toured for my father, unfortunately he's not ready yet. But this will definitely be the place we come to when he's ready.

There is no place like Hidden Springs of McKinney! It is nothing like a nursing home. Very active seniors.

From the minute you walk in it is very welcoming. Staff is friendly and everyone walks around with a smile. I enjoyed our time with my family member and the dinner was delish. Location is good as they are off 417

Merrywood on Park is a great place. The apartments are spacious and clean. The staff is very responsive to all issues. Everyone is super friendly and helpful—employees and fellow residents. My dad enjoys happy hour every evening. He is able to have his cat there with him. They even screened in his porch so the cat could go “outside.” The food is amazing with a lot of different options. There are many activities both on and off campus. The location is perfect—right by Park Road Shopping Center/Myers Park.

My dad is 100 years old and quite independent and self sufficient. His transition was easy peesy, in September. A few glitches and delays with Verizon but they worked diligently to get the job done. The administration is exceptionally responsive, eager to satisfy. This is a welcoming environment from staff and residents. The building is clean and well maintained. Apartment space is great, kitchen and bathroom areas ample. Location a plus.Tons of activities. Coordination with housekeeping, laundry and trash collection needs more organization. My dad and I highly recommend the Pinnacle. I have read other reviews and can say we have not experienced anything negative worthy of posting. A wonderful environment so different from the typical. assisted living facility. Kudos to the front desk staff.
