I moved into the Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting about 2 months ago and so far I've been very satisfied. Every staff member greets you by name and tries to create a welcoming experience for each resident. They work to tailor each person's day toward what works best for you rather than what works best for them. The residents also go out of their way to learn each person's name and you can imagine what a great environment that creates as far as feeling welcome and at home. The facility is beautiful and has many amenities that you do not normally see at similar type locations including a movie theater, a spectacular game room, many distinctive common areas both inside and outside, and a gorgeous dining area. I'm on the younger side for these type places as I am only 58 with cancer but I would recommend this location for anyone my age or older who's looking for a great place to live in a truly welcoming environment.

I attended an event at Smithfield Woods on behalf of my practice. I was impressed with the quality of the food and atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the event space was clean and decorated tastefully.

What started out as a respite stay for my sister turned into a permanent residence for her and her husband. All of the employees at The Landings have gone above and beyond for our family. She and her husband have experienced several unexpected medical surprises and surgeries that the employees have handled with kindness and professionalism. The environment is homey and I always feel welcomed by all. Don’t hesitate to stop by and discover this gem nestled in Oregon!

I would like to see my apartment renovated, just like some of the other apartments. New flooring and painted cabinets.

My father has been living at Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting Senior Living, and our family couldn’t be happier with the care he’s receiving. The staff is incredibly attentive and treats him with genuine respect and kindness. He’s been enjoying the activities and making new friends, which has brought him so much joy.

I am a high school student who volunteers at Smithfield Woods. This building is so warm & welcoming. The staff, residents & family members all contribute to making it feel like home. The activities and events they put together for their residents are top tier, and I have seen first hand how much work goes into making them happen successfully. I don't currently have a family member here but a lot of residents feel like my grandma & grandpas, and I appreciate them more than they know.

My mother, who recently passed, spent the last 2 years of her life living at the Meridian at Boca Raton. The Meridian was an excellent choice and I am forever grateful for all they did to provide such a positive, safe, and enriching home for her. My mom loved her spacious and well designed apartment, enjoyed the food (especially the extravagant holiday meals) along with the flexibility of food choices, and quickly made friends there. As a daughter who lives far away, I really appreciated the respectful and helpful manner of the staff when I called with questions or concerns. The frequent pictures on facebook really helped me feel a part of my mother's community. Most importantly, the staff always treated my mother with respect and kindness personalizing her care to meet her individual habits and needs. Everyone at the Meridian at Boca Raton strives to create a positive & friendly living facility and goes way beyond expectations to make each day special for their residents.

We looked many months ago at The Country House and thought that it wouldn’t fit my Aunts needs and they went above and beyond to point us in the appropriate direction. A few months later we returned because we loved the location, the pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. We met with [name removed] who worked with us and helped us find solutions to the needs that my aunt required. She has now been there for a few months and is very happy. The staff is friendly and accommodating and all the extras offered daily are a bonus. I’d highly recommend taking a look if you are searching for assisted living facilities.

Hidden gem in Montgomery County for seniors! Pinnacle is welcoming and always active; the pub is an engaging spot indeed. The activities calendar is very vibrant and always creative. A farmers marker FOR the residents that they brought TO the community ; genius! The dining room is bright and food is certainly top notch! The aspects that are most important to the residents, are most important to the staff . Highly recommend.

The Pinnacle is one of the best, if not the best facility around. As a visitor and a nurse, I find myself strategically looking for quality in a facility. The Pinnacle is clean and fresh with a welcoming feel about it every time I visit. The clients tell me how they love the choice they made for their new home. Everyone is so very friendly there. There is no question to big or small to ask any staff member. If they don’t know, they will guide you to who does know. Upon entering, the receptionist always has a smile and positive words to say. The staff is excellent. From the CNA’s, to the kitchen staff, to the nurses , activities and administration are all graded with an A+. If you tried the rest, you need to try the best. Go with the Pinnacle for your loved one. You will not regret it.

I have visited this facility many times. The new owner and management team are amazing. The staff go above and beyond. The festivities are wonderful. So much work goes into every event and the care of the residents. Every need is met

Top of the line place for seniors to call home. Beautiful facilities, superior level of service. We are relaxed and confident that our loved ones are well taken care of when we can't be there. Friendly, personal atmosphere.

The Pinnacle's Memory Care Director and staff are compassionate and caring in all interactions with residents and family. It is obvious how much they care with the time and effort spent for each resident. The professionalism is unmatched, and it's truly a pleasure working with this department.

The wonderful people at the Meridian from the housekeepers up to management and everyone in between treat my husband as family. This is such a great place to be. We are so thankful that we found it! The nursing staff is knowledgeable, it’s a comfort to me to know he is well cared for. They have wonderful activities, you’re never bored. The chef is excellent always provides delicious meals, on top of that we have never had so many outstanding soups each day. The maintenance people are always there if need be. Housekeeping keeps everything neat as a pin. I can go on and on, but just let me say Best place to be!

Very friendly, always ready to answer questions. Very clean facility. The food and the chef are the best. No complaints ever and she loves it there. Watched it being built and moved in three months after it opened.

Claremont Place feels like home away from home. Residents are addressed by their names with caring and love. My love one feels safe and cared for and that matters most to family. Activities are stimulating and special events are thoughtfully planned. There is always a smile for everyone!

I was looking for my parents, and the support of A Place for Mom and the staff at The Country House was extremely critical for our family to have informed informed to make the best decision during such a difficult moment for all our siblings. We are happy to have the opportunity to work with such supportive services.

The Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting is a wonderful place to live. I have been a resident myself for over two years and enjoy it very much. We have great food, watch movies every night, and the people are very nice.
