Meridian Senior Living

Pinnacle of Plymouth Meeting is a beautiful facility & the care has been great. The staff are friendly & professional and give me updates frequently. I moved my Dad from another facility to Pinnacle and I am glad that I did.

We think The Meridian at Brandon is a wonderful facility. If we were ready to move to a retirement and assisted living we would also choose The Meridian. As at any facility, the more mobility one has the more one can enjoy all the amenities. When at the facility we find many of the residents engaging with us and with our loved one (LO). There are several areas to engage in activities rather than using the same room for most activities. We wished we had moved our LO 6-12 months ago.

Five stars isn’t nearly enough for this Team!! My family and I are so blessed to have my mom in their care. It has been an emotional roller coaster and this community has taken our mother under their wings and our stress level has dissipated. Always a positive experience seeing all the smiles and laughter. The food is excellent. I can’t say enough. Thank you all!!

Hello I want to take a minute to let you know that the staff and care team that works at Gentry park of Orlando and so kind and patient. My mom lives there and and we have had nothing but a great experience. the team that helped move her in was so patient with us and helpful as we gather everything they needed. Once she moved in the care staff had gone above and beyond to help her transition to her new home. Overall the experience has been amazing and caring.

They were friendly, courteous, understanding and showed empathy toward my sister. Very respectful. He's a diamond in the ruff.

I cannot speak to the care and staff, but I enjoyed the Harbor Village sales woman very much. She was great with my wife and I and our daughter who came along and had some hard questions. It was obvious that money needs to be put into the community- it is a little outdated and rough around the edges. The exterior needs work as well. The apartments are the largest I've seen anywhere for assisted living and there is so much light that comes in from the big windows. The residents we met were very nice and seemed happy. The pricing was affordable, especially for assisted living. I think it was the most affordable assisted living place that we saw.

I took a tour of Harbor Village for my parents for the future (they are just thinking right now). The community definitely needs some updates and TLC (new carpets, fresher decor), but the people we met were great and the atmosphere was homey. The Sales person was honest and empathetic and very knowledgeable about Harbor Village and senior care/living in general. Harbor Village is on the top of our list for when the time comes.

we have found the staff more than accommodating and friendly. My Mom is very happy there. I love that they have exercises almost every day and my Mom likes to do them. It is very close to where she used to live so easy for visitors to come.

Very warm and cozy home feeling and all staff care so much.I loved my stay .Everything was wonderful ! Clean,organized, felt so safe and cared for..beautiful meals , activities daily.safe environment, friendly and loving staff.

With the thought of thinking that I might move in the future the experience was a very pleasant meet and greet. Sales and Marketing Director did an excellent job showing me around and answering all my questions.

It is my honor to write a review for Homestead Senior Living Center, where my Uncle has resided since Homestead's opening. My Uncle has unique needs given significant a hearing loss (aided with cochlear implant) and the staff, through the years, have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure accessibility for him so that his disability does not present a barrier to engagement in the residence. Through the pandemic, Homestead made a commitment to keeping staff and clients safe and communicated effectively and consistently with the families so that we were aware of the ever changing "playing field" that the pandemic presented. Though we could not be close to our loved one during htat time, it was wonderful knowing that consistency of care and love for my Uncle was provided in our absence. When concerns arise, Homestead is able to communicate quickly with our family so that we may support in making informed decisions.

The amenities are many well run, nursing and care very good. Food excellent. Beautiful rooms and certain calmness prevails Administrator business mgr. Maintenance and nursing and housekeeping 5 stars.

My parents are residents at Harbor Village Senior Living in South Burlington, VT. They began their residency last March and we've all been so thrilled with the care and services they receive. The staff and residents were so welcoming to them and they're all very friendly. Whenever we walk down the hall or enter a room for an event/activity or meal we are always met with smiles, waves and hellos! My parents enjoy the convenience of living in a spacious two bedroom apartment with the option to have their meals prepared and delivered or eating in the dinning hall. My Dad requires assisted living but my Mom is still independent. The fact that their can be tailored to each of their needs is wonderful. And we, their family, have the peace of mind that they are not alone in their old house but have attentive and concerned staff caring for them. We couldn't wish for more or better for our parents!

This is my home now, I have all the room I need. My apartment is comfortable. I have a courtyard with flowers to look out my patio door. I am very happy here.

My husband and I moved in here 9 month ago. He was suddenly being discharged from the nursing home. I was in desperate need of help as I couldn't care for him at home due own age (92 &94). Everyone has been so helpful and loving we felt at home immediately was a great move.

I have been here a year and a half and been very pleased with all aspects of the service. The only concern at times is my laundry, especially folding and how things are returned.

My father in law, & both of my brother’s parents in law revived excellent care at Harborview & Allenbrook (now called Allenharbor) at various times over the last 22 years. We had an excellent tour & orientation there this past Friday with [name removed], who was wonderfully warm, helpful & informative. ?? The assisted living availability & pricing are quite favorable right now, & I highly recommend that anyone with an immediate need, or planning ahead, consider checking out this alternative.
