The staff and housekeeping services both needed improvement. Helpful information for other families: I would say plan ahead, due to paper work and doctors orders, meds needed.

Very good place, they tried to accommodate my mother. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience so far .

What sticks out most about Sky Ridge Senior Living is the facility is clean, well run, and they have good personnel. I would recommend this facility to other families looking.

Staff was very friendly and attentive upon arrival. However since moving in, they are very understaffed, causing follow through issues for promised services.

We really liked Almond Heights. If it were closer, we probably would have picked it. The facility was fresh and new. The rooms were nice, and I really liked the room layout. It looked liked there was a variety of seniors living there, young to old.

For example: his toilet handle broke more than a week ago and it still hasn't been fixed.

My loved one is in memory care. I think they do a good job with the activities they provide and involving the residents. They also do a good job of keeping it clean. The food is really good as well. I would recommend Chancellor Gardens to others.

Citrus Place has been very supportive in trying to get my mom settled in and be able to handle the transition, which can be very, very difficult. I really like the way the staff handles the residents on a personal level. The memory care staff are very dedicated people. They're excellent at keeping me informed with what's goin on. There could probably be more of them to address all of the needs that happen at one time. But overall, I'm very, very happy with the decision to have my mom there.

This wasn't a good option for independent living. Also, the parking at Huntington Terrace wasn't great.

I picked this community because, it was clean, and smelled better thna others. It was a freindly place, although the meals are not so great.

The facility access was great; staff was very good; meals/dining was problematic (good food, but lousy visitor 'reservation' policy that basically kept friends/family away, and monthly "holiday meals" (with reserved seatings) caused my loved one and us a lot of stress). The value for the money, they're pricey, even compared to other MBK properties. The housekeeping wasn't thorough - there were always dust bunnies under the bed, and their mopping often left sticky, dried mop water patches on the floor. Thermostats are mounted too low to see unless you're in a wheelchair (my loved one almost fell over every time they tried checking/adjusting it); we asked them to raise it, but they never did. Frequent issues with their transportation rules/scheduling made it a not-really-there benefit (they only schedule departures, and that's on-the-hour, to multiple destinations. You arrive super early, about on time, or late, depending on how you schedule the ride. They also don't SCHEDULE return trips: you have to call when you're ready, then be prepared to wait, sometimes over an hour, for pick-up. That's unacceptable!

I thought the facility was perfect for an outgoing person. You have so many activities, it would be like living in your own little village. It wasn't for my dad, he needed more one on one care.

I have lived at Almond Heights assisted living for 14 months and have found it to be a comfortable place. The people on staff are quite good & caring, but not always enough of them (however that is the case in most places in todays market.) The food is acceptable with reasonable amounts of choices. The building is attractive and is kept in good condition. Since I'm quite elderly, and live alone, I would say it meets my needs and feels like home.

I like it very much much, and so does my family member who lives there. I feel relieved and have peace of mind.

I felt the memory care at Huntington Terrace was dark and didn't feel homey It was a nice place and staff were great, just ultimately not the right fit for us.

I thought the rooms were really nice, and they offered many options. I thought it was pricey though. And their sales person, [name removed], was quite pushy. I received phone calls from her for weeks on end after our tour. She also pressured me to believe my mother didn't need assisted living when she absolutely did. Rather than helping us find what was best for my mom, she was just trying to sell us a space there. Which was sad, because I liked it otherwise.

We liked Crystal Terrace of Klamath Falls, it was just way too big for my mom. They had multiple levels and I knew with a larger place like that she would never want to leave her room. I compare it to colleges, some facilities are smaller like a community college and some are the size of D1 campuses. For us we needed that smaller community.

They just raised the rates on us by $500 a month! What a hardship to people on a fixed income! My loved one is getting great care, but I would tell others just to be warned that after 6 months they can expect a huge rate increase to stay.

The community was overpriced for what we got out of it. Bathing, dressing, and medication management were some of the services the community was able to provide. The staff communication with the family was okay. The staff was always busy. My loved one had to go to the hospital and I never received a call, it would have been nice to know this, instead of finding out after my loved one returned. All the staff thought another staff member called me about this situation.

We had a really nice tour experience with Mountlake Terrace Plaza. For us it just came down to the location and we wanted a place that was a little bit closer to us. The staff were great with their follow up with us after the tour as well.
