Staff very friendly and understanding. Great walking paths for exercise / fresh air.

My mom received good care at Huntington Terrace.

We liked the feel of it and my mom liked it best. I would recommend it.It is my only experience with a place so I have nothing to compare it to.

They're very friendly and the facility is very clean and nice. It's been an overall great experience. I didn't understand when we first interviewed that none of their staff is licensed health professionals except maybe the Director. So that would be my only suggestion is making sure people know that it's only assisted living and that any skilled nursing care needs to be outsource

ALL of the staff is great!! They are very friendly & accommodating. They all seem to know my husband by name. He seems to like the food. This was the only place we looked at! Had only a a couple days to move my husband from hospital he was in! Was 30 minute drive each way so that would work. Also they have a lockdown dementia area which we had to have for him. Have been happy with our choice.

We would recommend it. We picked it because it was close to family, economical and a nice facility.

My loved one is currently a resident at Chancellor Gardens. Overall, things have been very good. I would recommend this facility to others.

For the most part, the staff is friendly and helpful. However, I believe at times they are short staffed. Specifically during the overnights. The Director of Activities is inclusive and high energy. She is very good about trying to include all of the residents in the various activities. The concierge in the lobby are fantastic. Very friendly and welcoming. It is very nice to have an on site medical assistant, but sometimes they are difficult to get ahold of when you have questions. However, overall, I feel that my loved one is safe and being cared for.

It's a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Plus the location was good.

Everyone is very nice, kind, and helpful. Always available. Seem compassionate. They make you feel welcome! I think the activities need to have more variety and maybe more people would want to participate.

Our Father is safe here and his family all enjoy visiting. The courtyard, in good weather, is fabulous. He did the ratings. As far as the food goes, he says there should be more steak! I say more home-made deserts! LOL. I think the food overall is good here.

The staff was generally really great. Mostly great. Occasional missed medications and some staff didn't know how to properly lift her. For the average person, the food looked great. But not enough simple food for picky pallets. my mom lost a lot of weight and I had to go feed her lunch every day since they didn't have anything she'd eat. We cannot comment on the activities as our loved one as not participate in them

The staff at Emerald Valley are generally friendly and accommodating. Communication with the family is difficult at times. It is sometimes difficult to speak to individuals in charge when you need questions resolved, you have to be persistent. The meals are sometimes better than other times depending on who is in the kitchen. All in all, the facility is very good and the care is very good due to the facility not having over 80 people living there. This is a big plus to living at Emerald Valley.

When it comes to the activities they do offer many activities but our loved one has yet to join in on them.

My brother only spend six days at the Cottonwood Creek community. It just wasn't the right fit for him, we needed a higher level of care than what they were able to provide for him. However, based on our experience we would recommend the community to other families.

Our family had an in person tour with San Clemente Villas and the tour was great but the facility is a bit older and just to large looking for my mother. Staff seemed very nice and they have a beautiful entrance.

Our family had an in person tour with The Reserve at Thousand Oaks and overall we thought the tour experience as well as the community was really good

There could be more staffing at Savanna House, that could be an improvement, but this community still outshined any other facility we had toured. For the value maybe just put the 10% expected increase yearly

It's built around a courtyard with large windows letting the light in. Residents are able to walk the full circle around the interior without getting lost. We picked this community, because it was 100% memory care. Also, the sales person, [name removed], was super nice and informative.
