I like that there's a lot of activities to keep my dad busy and social. However, the dining area needs to hire quality staff for serving and cooking. The chef that was there when my dad first moved there left, and they haven't got the kitchen back to the level that it was before. Unfortunately, my dad pays all that money, but he ends up ordering in a lot because the food there is just horrible

The staff at Huntington Terrace has been very responsive. My sister is young for the facility, 68. They all have gone out of their way to make her happy. I would recommend Huntington Terrace to others.

My uncle is currently there in the assisted-living section. The place is beautiful. Food is great. Staff is super friendly. There was some confusion during the moving in process with paperwork and communication back from Citrus place. It might’ve had to do with new staff other than that. It’s a wonderful place.

It is very pleasant here! The grounds are kept nicely-very+ to do here. I am enjoying living here!

My kids’ dad has acclimated nicely to his new home. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. He enjoys the meals. The staff is attentive to his needs, however a little better communication at shift changes would better accommodate special requests. Overall, we’re happy with the choice of The Montera.

What I appreciated most was their assistance with getting Hospice care the last few weeks of her stay. They really added to my peace of mind and my mother's attention. While the staff they hired were generally very good, there was a constant turnover, and absenteeism which resulted in inconsistent services such as cleaning, laundry, care. I had to constantly monitor , request or take care of my mother's care plan on a regular basis.

We picked this community because of the friendly atmosphere.

I would say it's a decent facility, the dining room isn't managed well and they are inconsistent with taking care of service issues like toilet seats, lights etc

I would say it is a nice place but it is a little pricey depending on one's needs. I do think they need more caregivers on staff than what they have. If you need special assistance it does come with a price, I think that is too high. All in all it is a good place but I don't believe it is for everyone. Ask a lot of questions on your needs or loved ones needs and don't take anything for granted. Always do your research.

The directors are so friendly and committed to making sure that each resident's needs are taken care of in a timely manner. The residents themselves make you feel very welcome. It is as though you are family. The people that sit at the front desk are a huge help in making sure all questions are answered and never act as if you are a bother.

I am liking the Wellington. The food is very, very good and I like the company. My housekeeper keeps my place ice and tidy. A lot of perks here!

My loved one is currently a resident at Almond Heights Senior Living. The facility has had some recent challenges on staff retention. Many on staff are wonderful and truly care for the residents. I would recommend the facility to others.

The staff is great. Attentive and very helpful. The facility is very clean and pretty. The two bedroom apartments are spacious enough. Seems to have ample amenities offered for residents.

We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly, informative, and easy to work with. They immediately made us feel like part of the family. We toured several assisted-living/memory care facilities and found Sky Ridge to be one of the cleanest facilities and they offered lots of day trips and activities for their assisted living residents, which was very important for us. Housekeeping seems to be pretty good, we've only had a small issue in the memory care side as we were not aware that we had to supply the toilet paper and our loved ones went without toilet paper for a little while, which was kind of frustrating. The food is okay but if I were to have any complaints, it would be the food. I don't feel they have a huge variety and they only offer water and juice at the meals. My loved ones would appreciate a wide variety such as sodas, coffees, etc..

They are very friendly and helpful.

After almost 7 years my friendships have remained, actually grown. This is a place that is a family. Staff, workers, and residents are all like family and it has a home atmosphere.

Very impressed with the staff, med techs, caregivers, resident servers, front desk concerns. The food is a major concern ranging from tolerable to incredible.

Short on staff on care and transportation and kitchen dining help.

I have been here 5 months. At tour, I was a little hit on "live in". Now I truly am delighted to be in this community. It's quite an adjustment. They're good to me, intellectually advantaged, and nice for old age!

They were friendly. The place overall was very nice. My mother was in hospice and was only there 2 1/2 months.
