Manors of the Valley

I toured this community for my parents, and their needs. Everything went well, but I didn't think this was the right fit for my parents. The staff I met was kind, and friendly. The community had a modern style, and that wasn't not my parents taste. The room they showed us was nice, and had big windows. Everyone was very kind to my family, and I. The experience went very well.

My parents almost made the move into this community. However right before they made the move they informed us my parents needed more care than they originally had planned on. If my parents moved into this community it would had cost me extra for their higher level of care. After our experiences in the community my parents are currently at, this is a community we will be visiting. The director was very kind, and informative. She is great with her follow, and still checks on my parents, and I. They have a lovely outdoor setting, and I feel that my parents would enjoy that. This is a nice community with kind people.

This community would have not worked out for my mother because the location was not right for our family but they have a great facility. I recently had an aunt that lived here and she was treated lovely by all the staff and received great quality of care. They have a clean property and lots of great amenities for all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for my mom due to where it was located.

I have no complaints of how things are going for me so far at this community. I absolutely love it and could have not picked a better place for me to live. The staff have all been wonderful to me and have welcomed with open arms into my new living environment. I enjoy the meals they provide us as well as the different activities they have going on throughout the week. Overall I am satisfied and would defiantly recommend it to anyone.

My mom is fine being here and doing better. The meals and care has been very suitable with no issues. She enjoys and has fun with the activities that are planned out. I would recommend this place for those need.

I liked the 2 bedroom apt. there was an adaquate amt of storage space. A great little kitchen and the master bath had a walk in shower with built in wide bench. the dining room was nice .We did not have any meals there.

This is a nice communiity and we like that the community is clean. The variety of meals are the offer that she does enjoy.the variety of healthy meals. We would recommend this commumity to other families for good care and a value.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my wife since her move to this community. There were a few issues at first, but things have gotten better since then. She is adjusting well to the community, and I'am satisfied with her move here. The community is nice, they do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. The staff is friendly, and kind. This is a community I would recommend overall, it is working out well for us.

I was not pleased with my tour. It was too institutional looking and I was looking for a more home atmosphere. They were professional and able answer all my questions about the community.

I have been very happy with the facility, services and kind staff of Whitehall Manor. It is warm, comfortable and extremely clean. The staff is very helpful and seem to care about the well being of these tenants. I am hopeful that my mother will find ways to enjoy this place and this time of her life. I live close by and have been to visit my mother every day. I have not seen or heard anything that has changed my very positive impression of Whitehall Manor.

I toured this community. I was not comfortable with this The menu was nice and appealing. The community is clean and maintained. They do have a lot of activities. We did not find that the other residents to be happy on the tour. We suggest other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

I tour this community. The staff was very nice and caring. They had a good menu and it would offer a nice variety each day. They would not have been able to monitor my mom within the community and that was something that we were looking for. We like that this community is clean and maintained. I would recommend families to see this for good care.

They gave me a good tour but in the best interest for us it was not as cozy as we wanted. It also would be a disadvantage to visit on a weekly basis. I felt they were not the best priced either. I really enjoyed the positive staff and for them taking the time to show us around the community.

The facility is great, we are very happy with the staff. They are very attentive and genuinely care about my mother. They work together and handle situations very well. The meals are good and varied, The only thing I wish they could improve on is her bathroom sometimes smells like urine, but I know they keep everything else clean.

The community was really nice and we enjoyed the tour. The staff seemed friendly and answered all of my questions and took us around. I did see the residents and they looked happy. I just felt that this was not the right place for my husband.

My Father feels that SVM provided good space and care for the cost. He states that compared to the previous facility, SVM feels more like home.

Stephanie was wonderful...I like the price points of the program. For our dad a single room would be the only way. I think they ought to consider some flooring upgrades to the rooms and a splash of pain. This is a contender..

This was a nice clean community. The people we met were nice. We would have chosen this community, however they did not have the accommodations we were looking for available. This community is also a little farther away from the family than the one we chose.
