Manors of the Valley

I don't shop online so I enjoy the mall, library, YMCA, restaurants, for a car owner - many garages. Many medical services. Police protection. Bad or negative side - traffic getting worse, but so many places face the same problem. Comfortable and safe living at the Whitehall Manor.

Very efficient during the pandemic. Very food medicine care and personal care. A full activities plan for everyone. Clean building.

The facility is lovely - new! New dining areas and community areas. The rooms are spacious and kept up very clean: bingo, games, trivia, music, brightens the days. The activities director works hard to provide with fun things to do. Great holiday parties too! The aides are caring and lend a hand when short of help at times.

The Staff was great here, Pond in the front, large living area, in the "basement" outside "strip" for walking. All the art projects are out.

It seems like a good place, although with more of an institutional feel because it's in a renovated school building. It could be what I am looking for but I will continue my search.

We were greeted and well informed about the Manor upon our first tour. Saucon Valley Manor was very well maintained, orgainized facility with friendly staffers. The only consistent downfall to this facility is lack of a front line receptionist after hours accepting phone calls. Unfortunately my mom passed after 11/2 months residing there due to progressive Alzheimer Disease. We are still waiting on a response as to why additional funds where withheld.

This is a good facility with good resources. The staff were helpful and the monthly charges are reasonable. Because it's retrofitted from a school, I found the layout a little confusing. This isn't the fault of Saucon Manor, it's just the best they would work it.

My mother was a resident at the above community. She had good care and she felt very much at home there. The staff were caring and provided the care needed to help her feel safe and loved. I absolutely would recommend to others.

I found this Center to be very pleasant. The staff were very friendly. All residents that I saw appeared very happy. Two dining areas available. One on the first floor another on the second floor for residents with rooms there. The hallways are well lit and hand rails are on the walls. An RN and LPN are on the staff with scheduled visits by other medical professionals.

Very nice facility, bright and cheery. Care level sounds like it would be better than at our current location.

The people were very nice and it looks nice since it it brand new. However, the workers didn't say hi or acknowledge my presence when I was touring so i didn't get a great feeling.

For the time that my aunt was here, she was happy and liked it. However, as time went on I decided that my aunt was going to need more extensive care than what they were able to provide. The staff was very nice and helpful here very attentive. My aunt was on a special soft mechanical diet so she wasn't very happy with that. The community was always clean and well maintained.

I toured the Whitehall Manor and the staff was very friendly and informative regarding the care they would provide. It was a clean community, but I was looking for something more uplifting for my wife.

Everybody in this community was very kind, and friendly to my family, and I. This is a huge community. They had a very nice indoor courtyard. The staff we met was polite, and my questions were answered. It was a good experience, but I did not feel this was the right fit for my parents, and their needs.

I toured this community for my parents, and their needs. Everything went well, but I didn't think this was the right fit for my parents. The staff I met was kind, and friendly. The community had a modern style, and that wasn't not my parents taste. The room they showed us was nice, and had big windows. Everyone was very kind to my family, and I. The experience went very well.

My parents almost made the move into this community. However right before they made the move they informed us my parents needed more care than they originally had planned on. If my parents moved into this community it would had cost me extra for their higher level of care. After our experiences in the community my parents are currently at, this is a community we will be visiting. The director was very kind, and informative. She is great with her follow, and still checks on my parents, and I. They have a lovely outdoor setting, and I feel that my parents would enjoy that. This is a nice community with kind people.

This community would have not worked out for my mother because the location was not right for our family but they have a great facility. I recently had an aunt that lived here and she was treated lovely by all the staff and received great quality of care. They have a clean property and lots of great amenities for all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for my mom due to where it was located.

I have no complaints of how things are going for me so far at this community. I absolutely love it and could have not picked a better place for me to live. The staff have all been wonderful to me and have welcomed with open arms into my new living environment. I enjoy the meals they provide us as well as the different activities they have going on throughout the week. Overall I am satisfied and would defiantly recommend it to anyone.
