I found this community by accident the place I was supposed to move into wasn't ready. So someone told me about Osprey and I checked it out and it was a great move. They feed you 3x a day the food service is good. I live in the independent part and they come in weekly to clean and to do the linens. You have an option for them to do all of your laundry for the month. Maintenance is slow at getting to my request and it's at 80% still. The caregivers are nice. The management is overall good.I attend some of the activities like an auction, I call it lima bean auction. They offer a good bus service on Monday's and Tuesday's they will take you to the doctor and on Friday's they take you shopping. I would recommend this community.

This facility surprised me. It was a very nice home. Talked to lots of residences and staff. All were happy and enjoyed living or working there. This home is a little cheaper than mb estates. They also use elderlife financial. It’s going to be hard to make a decision.

[Removed] was very attentive to our unique situation regarding a potential need for short term nursing care and a longer term assisted living situation. The smaller environment, on-site skilled nursing/rehab, and lake views/courtyard were a plus. Very helpful

Smaller, softer environment. My mother-in-law became very comfortable on her first visit. Nice clean and very airy environment. Close to our home, she selected it!

When touring a few communities my friend was impressed with the staff here. They were the best fit for him. The atmosphere is real nice with more older people. They are independent or need some assistance. He has been fine since he moved in and settling in just fine. He likes the community and the staff are really nice and welcoming. I really like them too. They are all very helpful and easy to work with. If I have any questions, it is real easy to talk with the director, marketing person, or any staff. I would recommend them.

So far everything has been awesome. The business office, [Removed], set everything up and every promise he made has been fulfilled; when I moved [Removed] in the staff could not have been more helpful. You should be proud of this staff.

I have told as many people about this as I can! It's like my Mom is in a New York fashion apartment! The thoughtfulness of a Full Size refrigerator in the apartment gives them so much dignity. They may not use it all, but to have what you had in your home before you moved means the world. I was so depressed seeing so many assisted livings with just a room and dorm fridge for people to live out the rest of their life. No one wants to stay in a college dorm forever and neither do our parents. I'm grateful for the care she is getting at The Manor. There were some tweeks that needed sorting out but they finally were and with much grace.

I like this community. The staff here are nice. The community is clean and maintained. They offer good meals, but she is happy that she is able to cook in her own apartment. They offer her to participate in a lot of activities and trips away from the community. We would recommend this community for the care and good value for other families for a nice community for them to reside in.

Brookdale Lutz is really a lovely community. It is surrounded by trees in a wooded neighborhood. It is a smaller laid-back quiet environment. My mother in law she really likes the food. They do not offer a lot for people who eat a strictly vegan diet. So far she has participated in some of the activities that they offer, and she is going to attend an exercise class tomorrow. They do provide transportation for excursions out and about which she has also engaged in. We thought it was a nice touch when they appointed her an ambassador to help her become more familiar with her surrounding and what was available to her. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

I couldn't ask for a better place for my dad. The staff are so friendly, very accommodating and really care about the residents. This is a smaller place so it is more personable. My dad enjoys being a part of the activities he enjoys the trivia games and the music and he really likes the walks around the pond located there. He likes coming to the dining area and they even accommodate me when I come to eat with him as I am a vegetarian. I am very pleased with the care my dd is getting.

Our experience here has been great. My mother feels right at home. She is visited by a staff member at least 47 per day, she goes to the dining room 3x per day plus enjoys many activities. This is so much better than living alone in her own home and I rest so much better knowing she is well cared for.

We are very pleased with the care our mother receives at this community. She is happy, active, looked after, making friends, and feeling special. What a turn-around from her past couple of years. We are so happy to see her enjoying life. Everyone has been so wonderful.

We loved everything about this place. It was the perfect size for mom. Everyone from the staff to the residents was always smiling and everyone seemed to be happy. The inside was very well decorated nice colors and furniture through out the whole building was nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable there very homey. The only reason why we didn't choose this community was the location. They have a sister property that was closer to me and was very similar to this one so we chose that option

Moving mom here was truly a blessing.I am so pleased with the care she is getting. The staff is amazing so kind and compassionate respectful to not only the residents and their families but each other as well. Mom feels right at home she plays bingo when it is offered She is eating well likes the food. Compared to other communities this was the best place it is clean and updated and it's close to my home.

We toured this community for the care for my mom. I like the environment that was clean. The staff was attentive to the questions on the care that is offered. We liked the menu and the activities. We would recommend others to this caring community for a tour for care.

We were in this community for a short period. The staff was nice and caring. The community is clean and maintained. My mom needed additional care that was not available in this community. We did like the menu and the list of activities.

The Inverness at Spartanburg is a very clean and well kept smaller community. That is why we choose this community for the more one on one care for our loved one. She is blind so it is great that the friendly staff go out of their way to take good care of her needs. They are always available to address any questions or concerns. The staff is very welcoming to family members when we come to visit. She says the food is good, I have not dined there with her yet. They provide activities, and they provide entertainment to come in for the residents. They recently started church services which she really enjoys. The community has a very nice courtyard with seating that the staff takes her on walks to take in the fresh air. I would definitely recommend The Inverness at Spartanburg to friends and family members.

My mother in law is doing wonderful since her move at this community. When we first moved her into this community, we moved her in the memory care unit of the facility. However the community suggesting that she lives in Assisted Living portion, because her level care was not quite there yet. Since her move into the assisted living portion everything has been working out great. They provide nice meals, and good activities for the residents. We know she is safe, and in good hands. This is a community I would recommend to my family, and friends.
