I moved my Mom in to the Arbors at Dracut in June. The staff has been wonderful. The food is amazing! The staff is kind, caring and seem to love their jobs. My mom is happier than I have seen her in a long time. I would highly recommend this community.

I like knowing that my father is doing good with the care of the nice. He likes the menu of the meals that are offered. The community is clean and he likes the enviroment. The staff offer him to participate with the other residents. We would recommend this community for the excellent care for other families.

Bright and clean, lively atmosphere with lots of residents coming and going - hopping on a mini-bus as we arrived, attending WII Bowling inside, and constantly on the go in twos or threes through the halls as we toured - we had an overall impression that it's a beehive of activity, and we were only there an hour! Conveniently located in Chicopee and they seem to take full advantage of the nearness of community concerts, local restaurants, and shopping. A beautiful, modern facility.

The tour person was fantastic. The rooms were nice. They offered more activities, and they were more reasonably prices.

We like the place and feel it is the right place for my loved one. There have been a couple of times for the staff took longer to get back to me than I had anticipated. The community was able to walk us through the integration of our loved one into the community. Also, let us know the timeline that it would take for our loved one to adjust to the community. The staff are responsive to my loved one's care needs. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

The Ivy community as a warm and welcoming atmosphere to it, the place is pleasant and has no fowl smells. The food is decent and delivered and served mostly on time. Everyone has been pleasant to work with, and we think the value for cost is pretty good and right on par.

We chose this facility because it was in her hometown and we liked the common rooms and individual room sizes, and the lovely courtyard where they have picnic tables and residents can do some gardening. The staff I met were also very friendly. They have 2 sizes of rooms so you are able to choose based on your needs. The bathrooms are very large. They do have a respite room here also which is very nicely furnished. So if someone is thinking about moving in, you are able to try it out for 30 days. Or if your family member you are staying with leaves town and you need a place to stay, it is a great option. They also have memory care on the second floor. I would recommend this community.

There is always an ebb and flow to these facilities. Sometimes they are fantastic and other times lacking in general. What stands out most is the personal care my mother gets from staff. I would recommend the Arbors

Moved here with wife 8 months ago. I’m independent, she dementia with Lewy body We live on th fourth floor. Overall satisfaction. Sometimes the food is cold or not very tasty. Memories care is ok but need more qualified staff and more one-on-one activities.

The upper floor is extremely hot in the winter. There are not individual controls that are working in the rooms. As in any facility some staff members go above and beyond their duties. The facility itself is great for appearance. They could use more staff on the weekends and at night.

My cousin lives there and during her time there she become nearly blind. The staff have been wonderful in meeting her needs as they have increased. She is very happy there. Has a nice little apartment and has made a number friends. The weak point is the food as they do not seem to do. Good job accommodating a diabetes diet.

Very friendly staff. Extremely caring. Everyone, residents included, is always smiling.

Staff is very welcoming and pleasant. They also encourage residents to get involved in the activities. And they have a great number and variety of activities, including shopping trips, parties, and outings to interesting places. They recently switched to a new nursing service named [name removed], and there have been some glitches and communication issues. But things do seem to be improving steadily.

The heating system is either on or off. Once the building g switches to heat, AC cannot be used. I find The Arbors very hot when I visit my mother. Wearing sleeveless in the winter is a must.

The staff are friendly and seem to take good care of the residents. I have heard complaints about the food. They have recently changed their Chef so it might be better. I don't have first hand experience on the food and I don't fully believe my father because he complains about any food that's not European.

I'd say the staff is friendly and helpful and definitely seem to have the residents best interests in mind. It is a little more expensive than some other places in the area, but more than worth the difference, particularly with individual rooms.

The onboarding could be improved. We had to iron out a few things over the first few weeks that I believe should have been dealt with on day one or two: laundry, hair washing regimen, communication on family visits. The staff have been great. Housekeeping great. The meals are excellent. I would recommend this facility to others.

Overall The Arbors at Taunton is a very good place. It is kept clean and neat. The staff is welcoming and I/she feel safe with her living there. They have been great to get her involved in activities and always appreciating of her helping other tenants. Sticker shock on any of these facilities is overwhelming. But, she is safe there and isn't looking to leave or say anything negative about it. Everyone is different and has different needs. This location suits her and her abilities for now. I would suggest it be looked at pending the potential tenants needs. I can't say anything bad about them. Always room for improvement. They are great to deal with.

The staff at The Arbors at Taunton are super friendly and they are constantly having events for the residents and invite family to come join as well. I think more effort could be made with cleaning. There are some stained fabrics on chairs and carpets that should probably be replaced. But they do seem to focus on the care and the well being of the residents. I would recommend them as their prices are fair in comparison.
