We had a deposit at 3 local retirement communities before choosing Amavida. It's like living in a resort. Tennis, pickleball, golf putting. Balcony and pool. The Landscaping is exceptional. Location excellent, backs up to Lake Park with access. Close to Lee City Health hospitals and physicians, near RSW Airport. Staff is very attentive. Month-to-month rental, no buying charges.

Making a decision to consider a CCR a 'forever home' is fraught with diverse considerations. Among them are: will we be happy there?; is it too early in our lives?; will we make new friends?; is it cost effective?; will the food and services measure up?; will there be satisfying volunteer, recreational and social opportunities/; will there be a sense of community? And, at the present time, will Covid responses be appropriate to provide a safe environment? To address these questions, we visited five CCRC campuses - two in Florida and three in New England. We kept coming back to the culture of Stoneridge, as well as the quality and warmth of the staff. Ultimately, we spent four days at Stoneridge to personally experience the community. Those days made a lasting impression. The result has been our happy transition to our Stoneridge apartment, where we have found positive answers to all of our questions. We couldn't be more satisfied with our new invigorating, yet comfortable life.

I've been here for 1 year now, never lived in an Independent Living. The staff is great. I went through some problems; they helped me through it with love and patience.

We have only been able to visit this community a couple times because of COVID, but everything seems to be good. This is a very high level memory care facility and the staff members have been fantastic with relaying information.

I did a virtual tour with [name removed] and it was great. The community looked clean. I loved the decor, and the rooms looked welcoming. I can't wait to put a deposit down once I talk to Mom!

My mom has been at Parkwood for a few weeks now. I cannot say enough about the great care she's been getting. The team communicates with me on the regular basis and make sure I get updates on her care.

My grandma was recently at Parkwood for rehab. After just a few days we noticed a huge Improvement!!!! Rehab has been amazing for her. The staff is very kind and her needs were always met. If we were ever to need a rehab again, we will come back you Parkwood!

This is a very pet friendly Community. My mother would only consider places that allow dogs and we are so lucky that Clarendale of Addison does. Everyone greets both my mom and her dog whenever they see them in the hall. The staff is very warm and friendly and take great care of the residents. My mom and I give them five stars - and so does her dog!

I would like to comment on our director. She is fair, honest, and she has an insight that gives one the feeling they are in the presence of a roman empress, but she does not put on airs.

My mother, [name removed], moved into the clarendale in July after eight weeks of hospitalization. We were so happy to find such a wonderful facility that offer the care she was going to need moving forward. We have found all the staff members, no matter their role to be incredibly kind and helpful and also flexible and working with outside caregivers. She has enjoyed her interactions with the caregivers and other staff and they have I'm great at getting her connected through activities. Since my mother has moved into the Clarendale, I have felt tremendous peace of mind knowing that if she falls or has a problem the staff is there to help her. They graciously assist her with daily needs in communication with us frequently. Although she has her own space and room, she is never truly alone which helps my family and my mother have peace of mind.

I've only lived here seven weeks. My first two weeks I was room bound. So 5 weeks of getting around husband very enlightening. So many faces, all happy and friendly. I made a good decision to move in Clarendale from my home in Sun City West!!

Moving our elderly 94 year old Father into The Delaney In Richmond Texas , only 20 mins from Houston was the best decision our family could have ever made ! There location is accessible to Westpark expressway & other main highways. Their leasing personnel Susan & her staff are so professional & knowledgeable made our Father feel so welcome! They even have a a professional move in Coordinator “[name removed]” was so wonderful !He managed the moving company, maintenance crew so Efficiently everything was set up before our Fathers arrival was amazing ! He even Integrated his TV to their cable system taking so much pressure off of our family! We highly recommend to any family looking for A home with a new vision of Elderly Care not like traditional care from their competitors! This is a wonderful organization would recommend to any of our friends & family !

We have always been very welcomed here at Clarendale by the staff and residents. The staff is very accommodating to all of our needs. The residents are very friendly and welcome newcomers with open arms. It's a great central location for shopping, recreation, Golf, and great local restaurants. Come join the party!

I find everyone to be friendly and helpful, especially with my puppy. Everyone that lives here seems to be very happy. I've lived here a short time but I have no complaints.

The staff is unbelievable and has done wonders to keep us involved during the pandemic. The way they stepped up so quickly to keep us safe told us they cared. My husband and I had high expectations when we moved in a year ago and they've more than exceeded them. We feel blessed to be part of this community.
