They are understaffed due to the pandemic. The staff are good at caring for my loved one. The management was good at accommodating any reasonable requests and very caring. The community works well with hospice care. They get to know all the resident's first name.

My mom has lived at south port for some time and we couldn’t be happier. Not only do they take good care of her, she has blossomed because of the staff. Everyone from dining to the directors are dedicated to the residents thriving. Mom has made friends, goes on outings and attends activities. She even made a wreath (my mother never crafted). We owe a debt of gratitude to everyone at south port.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Tour was very thorough, all areas clean and living area spacious with a good view.

They're going through some renovations right now, so things are cluttered up temporarily But they're good at pretty much all they do. They provide a safe environment, and I like the convenience of close proximity to medical services in the area. I like that we can pick up our loved one and bring her home with us to visit if we want to. I love the staff and have had zero problems with them. The food is okay overall. If only they would stop putting so many onions on everything, then she would love it. Our one problem has been they told us the price would be the same for a year, and that wasn't the case. It went up after three months, which was kind of disappointing.

I am a resident at Regency Oaks and love it here. I feel it was a very smart decision to move here. It is a great place for seniors who wish to stay social and busy. Our food is good with many choices. The grounds are beautiful and are kept in immaculate condition.

I had a virtual tour with The Heritage and the sales director walked me through the facility and was able to answer my questions and I was able to see the facility.

I feel so blessed to have had my parents stay at South Port Square. The staff became like family to me. I was in Ohio and could only get there twice a year. When my dad was dying they treated him like a king and made his passing as peaceful as possible. I highly recommend it! It was a God send for me to know how well cared for my parents were.

I have been in business for many years as a CEO spearheading a larger team, where customer relations were paramount. In all my experience South Port Square is the top of the list, with an incredible staff and campus, where it is always people first for care, comfort and service. It feels like a family.

We chose Gable Pines for our loved ones because of the overall feel of the facility. We felt it was a good value for the money and that it would be a safe and enjoyable environment for my parents. They are short staffed, but in general it is a very good facility and we would definitely recommend them.

Friendly staff ,clean environment , I have received outstanding service, compassion and developed a business friendship with [name removed] she is a 10 Star employee and should be highly valued she's been a great help keeping me in the loop about my mother's health issues for at least 7 year's..

My parents have been at South Port Square for several years. I'm so pleased with the attention and care they have been given. It is a lovely multi-level facility. In in the health care field and I've seen all of the area facility and South Port Square is by far the best in the area.

My parents have been at Southport Square for over 20 years. We are so thankful that they selected this facility and especially thankful for all the support staff. Everyone has be so helpful for us over the transitions both my parents have had from Gables West, to assisted living, to memory care and now my dad is in rehab. I totally recommend Southport for anyone considering a full service facility. Great facility, great staff. What more can I say?

We chose Danberry at Inverness because my mother really liked the grounds, she loves to be outdoors and walk so that was important. They have a 2 bedroom apartment and it is generous size. I do know that they are short staffed but that is a temporary problem. Overall it has been a positive experience and I would recommend them.

A place for mom were great at finding us places to visit. [Name removed] with S. Port has been beyond helpful. My siblings and I had been visiting communities and while other salespeople were nice, [name removed] exceeded expectations! Was able to give us resources and helped us every step of the way. The nurses and activities at S. Port are amazing! We are so happy with S. Port! We could not have done this without [name removed's] support and knowledge. S. Port is very lucky to have her on their Sales team. [Name removed] is a doll as well, my mother loves her and looks forward to her visits every day.

This community was really good there was just another community at the time that I was more interested in.

This campus and staff put the work in and you can count on them to do right by their families. A lot of heart on this campus. That’s what makes them great.
