I never saw myself living in a retirement community, but I am glad this is the one we chose. The people here are nice, and I always enjoy talking with them and doing the activities with them as well. The staff is friendly, I have always gotten along with them. The night security lead, [name removed], is especially friendly. He leads our Sunday Service, which is also very important to me. I have attended Church every Sunday since I was two years old, and living here allows me to keep that going.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Delaney at Parkway Lakes. The staff is fantastic.....very attentive and kind. The facility is amazing with great care and great people. I would absolutely recommend The Delaney at Parkway Lakes to others.

The facility/staff are amazing. They treat each resident like they are the only one that matters. They know everyone by name and get to know family too. My mom has a studio apartment and it is perfect for her!

A well-maintained and lovely residential environment! This seems like a wonderful place to live for those who need assistance with daily living. It would be the perfect place for my loved one to reside in a safe, comfortable and engaging environment.

Overall my mom is pretty happy there. It is expensive, but based on the experience we have had so far, I would recommend them to other families. There is a decent amount of activities that is resident driven

My wife Sherry and I have lived at Monarch Landing for six years, and we love the place! It's not just the wonderful facilities and beautiful places, but also the great activities for relaxation, friendships and much more. (think: regular concerts, religious services, celebration of holidays, a wonderful pool and fitness center, yoga classes, jazzercise and aquacise, balance and strength building classes, all sorts of clubs, etc...) It's all about the great staff (The most helpful and friendly we've ever met), support, emergency services so freely and quickly available. The beautiful Millstone restaurant and the casual, airy RIverwalk cafe provide excellent food as well as great places to bring family and friends. We are proud to have visitors! Sherry and I greatly enjoy the wonderful landscaping and year-round gardens, and we spend hours each week enjoying the shady and flowery courtyard, which is a great place for concerts and parties. My loved one is currently a resident at Clarendale of Addison and the overall experience has been great for her so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The food is very good, changes have been made. Just being there has helped my loved one's mental health.

After thinking about moving to an independent living complex for a few years, my son and I decided to explore the market to see if there was a fit. We visited 8 different places with definite criteria and Monarch Landing fit the "bill". The apartments were well designed with modern new appliances, the activities were many that I would enjoy, the people were friendly, food was good, and costs were within reason for what was being purchased. With a lot of discussion and thought, my mind was made up! I am moving to Monarch Landing which I did 3 months later. Staff was very helpful with moving arrangements to start my new life.

My mom is a resident at Rose Senior Living Avon and everything, except for the food and the value for cost, has been great. The food is okay. As for the value for cost, after being there for a year the rent went up a lot. My mom now only has a couple hundred dollars left for the month. With the amount of rent, she should never run out of money for food. My mom really loves The Rose at the end of the day.

A great visit starts in the Lobby! We walked in for a quick inquiry for a relative that lives out of state, my wife and I had a very nice talk with the lady at the Concierge desk and we received a call from the marketing representative within hours! The community is welcoming, a couple of employees asked us if we need anything, and a resident even shared about her delicious birthday dinner! Highly recommending this community!

All of the memory care staff are wonderful. There are two care staff that I enjoy the most.

What our family likes the most about Clarendale at Bellevue Place is that our loved one is happy there after meeting a lot of people and some that she knew from her Jewish community. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My loved one is currently a resident at Richmond Place. The housekeeping and maintenance are well maintained. The staff is friendly and gives a small town feeling, everyone speaks and smiles. I would recommend Richmond Place to others.

I would recommend Cottage Grove Place. The housekeeping could be quite a bit better. The staff was overall great. The move-in process was superb. Their communication was great. The meals seemed to be very good. The supervisor of the Memory Care unit, [name removed], was wonderful, helpful, friendly and sympathetic. She actually became a friend in the seven months that my mom was at Cottage Grove Place.

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. What our family likes the most about Havenwood of Maple Grove is the staff accessibility, knowledgeable, and friendliness. They feel like family. We would definitely recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones!!!
