My husband and I found our home here at Sandhill Cove 15 years ago. Our villa overlooks "Serendipity Pond", to the footbridge and gazebo which leads to our beautiful clubhouse.....There have been many positive updates over the years - improvements to the Dining Room, exercise facilities, and social activities....The Best Part of being here are our wonderful friends and neighbors.

I was a snowbird for 30 years. Life was great until my husband passed away. My neighbors and friends passed away or moved. I realized I was handling more than I was comfortable with.. After attending a luncheon at Sandhill Cove I had such a marvelous experience and thought this could be the right choice for me.....I was impressed with the food, the choices of residential living, the grounds, and ammenities. What caught my eye was the 24 hour emergency response program that made me feel safe..... I participate in aerobics, yoga-chairside, balance, corn toss, WII Bowling, bridge, mahjong, hand and foot, rummikub.and I like that the water aerobics has music from my era......I played golf until I fell and broke my shoulder. That is when I learned the value of Sandhill Cove's Healthcare Program.which includes at home nursing care, therapists, caregivers, conveirce services to Drs and meal deliveries....All my needs were met and will be in the future. .

Everything overall was great, it's just a bit pricy. My dad resort liked it there. Thank you very much. The friendliness of all staff couldn't not have been better- from the front desk, kitchen staff, and upper management. Clarendale of Saint Peters really makes and effort for everyone to feel like family and we would recommend them to others

We moved from one CCRC, non- profit to another , Regency Oaks which is for profit. We feel much more comfortable with the governing body than before. We rate it a 4.5 due to all CCRC'S having similar problems now and then. However, we find the food and dining experiences a 5 in comparison to others and the many different locations to eat , welcoming. The type of people who choose to live this type of life are compatible and amazing . It is a community ready to be supportive when needed and appreciative of opportunities to make the best end of life fun together! A gift for children who don't have the burdens of care giving but can enjoy the end of life experiences through visits and love.

I said I'd never move from my home but I am so glad I decided to move to Sandhill Cove.... I Just love my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment home....The people are so interesting.and the staff is outstanding.....You can be as busy as you would like with an extensive life enrichment program and activites... I teach and play hand and foot and I love the convenience of the beauty salon....The grounds are beautiful and the view of the river is enjoyed everyday...You pick and choose what you want to do every day....There are many choices for the dining menus and the foods delicious... I have full access to healthcare that offers many services including home visits for lab work, a nurse practioner and more...It makes my life so much easier and keeps me independent....The Captains Club Wait List Program is a nice introduction to Sandhill Cove.....It was the Best Decision I made for myself and I am enjoying life without the worries of home maintenance...

I’m very happy that I came here when I sold my home and went into retirement. I’ve been happy with everything I’ve encountered here. I love the grounds there is beautiful space to walk around the river. It offers everything to enjoy. I’m glad they provide health coverage. I haven’t used that but it is available. I don’t have to go out looking for that and the food is very good. I’m happy with the activities they provide and I don’t have to go out looking for any of them they’re all right here. They have yoga, croquettes, billiards, Ti-Chi and much more . I’m very happy that I came here.

My husband and I have been very happy here over the last 8 years. We enjoy the resident sand the staff the most..My husband and I enjoy Bridge, billiards, WII Bowling, Croquet and the dining experience......We have a 2 bedroom apartment home and are comfortable with the size. We are so well taken care of and have our needs met when we need them.....I highly recommend Sandhill Cove....

We have resided here at SHC for 18 months. We are pleased with our apartment that looks out over the waterfall and the mermaid pond. We enjoy corn toss, putting, horseshoes, and shuffle board, We enjoy aqua blast Mon Wed Fri and croquet Tues, Thurs, Sat. Wed and occasionally Thurs bridge are competitive. Dinning in the Cove or Waterside is always enjoyable. We are both happy with the on-site clinic. After spinal surgery last year Rick spent 3 weeks rehab in Waters Edge. It was very convient having him nearby. The guest rooms are perfect when family visits. Our overall experience has been very positive.

I would recommend this facility for independent living, not familiar with other levels of services offered,ie, Memory care, Skilled nursing etc. to offer an opinion

I have always liked Richmond Place. I have been here at least 8 years. All the people that I met here have been nice, as well as all the people who work here. And when I talk to residents who are here, they have the same responses. Very nice folks, very helpful. They have quite a bit of patience too, always willing to help me with my cell phone!

First off, I have always been a person who enjoys interacting with other people, so I get plenty of that here. Secondly, I like it because I tend to enjoy food. I eat in the dining room everyday. There's a lot of reasons I like it here, I'm just a positive person. I have family around here too, which is always important.

I have a nice apartment, the people are friendly, and the staff is friendly too. I am 97 years old and I'm sort of getting close to the end of my days, so I appreciate how nice this place is and how nice they are to me.

You will quickly come to feel comfortable around here. It's a wonderful thing that people are encouraged to talk to each other and introduce themselves. The employees are like this as well. Not all days are perfect, but the lovable people makes up for it.

The staff is absolutely wonderful at the Clarendale of Addison, very clean facility and bright faces all the time. Extremely pleased with the 24/7 care they provide. They even have an overnight person at the desk, [name removed], that checked on my aunt in the middle of the night when I was worried about her. Such a huge relief to have her there overnight in case something happens. Exceptional services here at Clarendale of Addison. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

I think it's great, there's so much to do. I love getting out with my dog, she enjoys getting out when it's not too hot. Sometimes we'll do a shorter walk and come indoors, [name removed] at the front desk is always so kind and gives her a treat. I love all the activities that are planned, especially on the courtyard. The food is great, some days I come and eat it and some days I make my own food. Wednesday night is always the [name removed], so I never miss it. Tonight, we're having Supreme Pizza and Chicken Fajitas, so I won't miss it. The housekeepers are great and always willing to come and clean up after me. [name removed] is always very kind. I've been here living a while now and I still have boxes and items to get arranged, and housekeeping is always patient with me. I have an old neighbor moving here soon, so it's almost like I never left that street at all. I'm happy to be living here.

I feel very safe and secure. I feel like there's more to offer than I'm taking advantage of, simply because I've been on a road to recovery since arriving. I hope to become more involved soon as I am feeling much better recently. It's a nice clean environment and everybody has been so nice too, everyone has been lovely.

WE ARE APPROACHING ONE YEAR OF MOM LIVING HERE. WE REALLY APPRECIATE THE CARE AND DEDICATION OF ALL THE STAFF. THE BUILDING & GROUNDS ARE AWESOME.

[date removed] will mark my 3rd anniversary living here at Richmond Place. It's a nice place to live and everybody is friendly so that helps a lot. The food has improved a lot in the last three years, I must say. Everything has been convenient for me, and I haven't had a problem with anything. As a person with macular degeneration, I haven't had a problem getting anywhere either. It's a very friendly environment to move around in, even with visual impairments. You can be as busy as you want or as lazy as you want and do nothing, but I recommend getting engaged and involved with activities. I really enjoy the regular farmer's markets they do; I was able to get fresh peaches and strawberries last week which was very nice. The last thing I'll speak on is the staff. They are more than nice, they are very nice, and always willing to go out of their way to help you out every time.

Moving to Wyndemere was the kindest gift that we could give our children. It relieved them of having to assume caretaker responsibilities for us and it relieved us from not wanting to obligate our children in the future for unpredictable care. For us, the LifeCare plan solved that problem. Would we recommend Wyndemere to others? Emphatically yes, but recognizing that this decision may be the last major life choice that you have to make, must be carefully considered and one that you can commit to. If you ask the right questions of yourselves and reach the right answers, I would not only recommend Wyndemere, but I will guarantee it will be a choice that in retrospect you may wonder why you didn’t make it sooner.

[name removed] and I moved into Wyndemere one day before New Year’s Eve of 2019. Right after that Covid forced us to stay home, but the isolation made us feel safe, rather than going out for dining or socializing. About half a year later the south building construction was completed and the heated indoor swimming pool, which I was looking forward to using is now a good amenity at this facility. In addition, we have a gym so that the residents can conduct daily workout. Various group exercise like Thai Chi, men’s and women’s exercise classes are scheduled and we attend them as often as we can, as being active is essential for health regardless of age. Above the pool is the “Wright Place” where residents can get together. We often go to Tuesday and Thursday light dinner gatherings to enjoy the food and conversation. Like the activities at Wright Place, there are various parties and bus trips for dining out as well as visiting interesting places. These make good opportunities to get
