I rate everything about The Delaney a 5-- or a 10, if it were possible! It's a beautiful, beautifully kept place; everyone, even the the cleaning staff, is friendly and are concerned with the well-being of the residents and their guests. I have only good things to say about the Delaney.

I like all the activities that are offered, the 24 hour EMT service (which my mom had to use once), and all the food options. The only thing I would point out for improvement is better training for the restaurant and grill staff. There are rules that need to be followed for carry out and general store purchases. The staff apply the rules inconsistently which causes confusion and frustration for my parents.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of activities available. No problems with cleanliness. Food is fine.

I would rate them a 5 for everything, my mom spent her last year of life there and everyone from the maintenance guys, nurses to the administrators were very special. Can't say enough about them.

The facility is being renovated and being done very nice. The room is perfect for my mom and they were very accommodating on setting things up for her arrival. My mom was set up for OT and speech therapy very quickly and has made a lot of progress with these services. There are many activities my mom just chooses not to do much. Hair and nails on site which is extremely helpful

Havenwood if Burnsville has been exceptional. From our first meeting until the present the staff are professional and caring. The facility is clean and inviting. We are very comfortable having our loved one staying at Havenwood of Burnsville.

They are excellent in everything. Director for the Dementia/Alzheimer's which is [name removed] she is amazing! She is a 10 plus! She is doing a fantastic job with her residents! Plus they keep their residents busy and they are very caring and loving toward them. They are the only facility out of 5 different ones that I had my mother in that takes their Dementia/Alzheimer's out in a bus once a week to do something different. They have 3 choices on meals and know one does that with their residents that have Dementia/Alzheimer's! Their pricing is very low compared to other facilities that offer so much less. The place is bright, airy and super clean and not once did I smell a urine odor. Other places out of 5 different ones I did and these places were higher priced and offered so little to their residents. I wish I would have known about Delaney when my dad was a live, he would have loved it there.

It is a wonderful facility. The apartments, and the food and staff could not be better. The grounds are magnificent.

Beautiful facility. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. [name removed] was simply wonderful and so caring to work with. The amenities are everything you could need or want. The location is within the best hospitals and restaurants that anyone local would recognize and be comfortable with. I would highly recommend Clarendale for loved ones.

[name removed] in the sales area is absolutely amazing. She has helped above and beyond getting my mom settled in after the death of her husband and a knee surgery

My mom has been at Rose now for over a year. The staff does a great job making the residents feel at home and loved. Lots of activities are planned for socialization relationship building and fun. The meals are above average and the residence really seem to enjoy the options and the environment in the dining room.. The staff ensures the residence go to the dining room and encourage them, but if not ensure that a meal is delivered to their room. The med tech do a great job not just ensuring medication is delivered, but the well-being of the resident is being managed.

We are very happy with Wyndemere. Very clean facility. Staff is professional and helpful. Always an activity available if the resident wants to stay active. The food is good.

The Avalon was fabulous...unfortunately my sister took my mom out after 10 days. The staff is kind and always goes the extra mile.

I love it here. I lived in a different place before Clarendale. I feel I'm at the Ritz. The servers are wonderful. I enjoy ALL the activities we Ave movies to go to & if you like crafts this is the place. One of my favorites is Happy Hour sometimes we have guitar players, different fun drinks and get togethers. The food is wonderful especially the desserts that's why I'm on a diet. All I can say is if you want to have fun this is the place! Meet lots of people

What we like the most about the Marquette is their Religiously diverse and supportive of different religions. Strong activity personnel. Good Director. I feel like the back office could be a bit stronger. Good dining room personnel. Very adaptive to special needs even with last minute changes.

The facility is beautiful and clean. Very up to date and modern. Every inch has been recently renovated and looks like a copy try club. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My mom feels known and taken care of.

We are very satisfied living here. We appreciate the activities provided and love that we can participate as the choose. Like the exercise class to like all of them but having the choice of extra meals on the bed of the menu helps.

I am extremely grateful to make my home in this beautiful place. The staff aide, and residents are very kind, friendly and caring. The food is excellent! The facility is well-run and well-organized. Art work in the halls reminds me of an art gallery. The atrium reminds me of fine hotel. I'm on permanent vacation!

I am a resident of Harbour Village I love it here everyone is very friendly. The food is very good. The place is very well decorated and very clean. It is just a very nice place to live.
