I always get greeted so politely, always willing to help assist.

Staff interaction is always positive. Facility is cleaner than any other place I've been. Food is top notch. Residents appear well cared for, and when asked, confirm the atmosphere of the facility is positive.

My mom lived there for 3 years. It is the best place. I would recommend to everyone Great food great activities. They really care about their staff and residents. All the department. The executive director [name removed] is the best

My mom went to rehab at GVS. She was scared and can be very needy and had trouble adjusting to any change. GVS treated her with such respect, was attentive, served great food, and her environment was very clean. She felt comfortable and cared for!

Soup and salads are terrific. Everyone is so friendly. Overall this was a very good for more.

People that come to visit are always amazed how clean Clarendale is and how friendly the staff is and how friendly the staff is. There are so many activities to do here. Staff are so friendly.

All of my interactions with nursing care, administrators and staff show a dedicated and responsible/responsive team that works diligently to provide the best care to their patients/residents and communicate openly and often with family and caretakers. that is not to say that everything is perfect, but in comparison to other experiences we had at different facilities over the past 18 months, the experiences with the staff and care givers has consistently met our expectations or corrections were swiftly made when addressed to all involved.

While my brother was at Richmond Place for only a short time, I was very impressed with this facility. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Because I don’t live in Lexington I was constantly calling to check on my brother. They were always cheerful and willing to help. A big thanks to them! I wish my brother’s health would have allowed him to stay there longer as Richmond Place, in my opinion, is the best facility in Lexington.

A few things I like most about the community - Friendliness, activities, security, accessibility. There are several floorplans available, and I am pleased with the amount of space I have in the one I chose. The location near JTB makes it accessible to town and the beaches easily. There is also transportation available.

A 10 out of 10 experience my husband said the food was great a place was immaculate, clean and free of odors. The workers were very pleasant husband got a daily reminder for breakfast lunch and dinner housekeeping was fantastic.

Rose senior living is a wonderful place to live. The entire staff is very welcoming and warm. The establishment is very clean and inviting. [name removed] is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have. There are events and holiday activities that are a lot of fun. My mother-in-law has enjoyed being at Rose’s Assisted living. The grounds are beautiful. I am very impressed with the place!

I recently visited my uncle who moved into this community in the Independent Living about 8 months ago, and I was genuinely amazed of how comfortable and happy he is. He kept praising the community! Even though there's a bit of remodeling going on, he kept talking about how beautiful everything will be once it's finished. Like many people, I don't usually notice the small details, but after hearing all the great things he had to say, I got to thinking that from the moment I walked in, I felt the warmth and happiness of the staff. I was greeted promptly and with a smile, and I saw many residents enjoying the live music. Seeing my uncle so happy, I couldn't resist giving this community a 5 start review. Thanks.

So beautiful and well maintained! Everyone seems really happy to be there. The staff was very welcoming and always makes sure my mom's needs are met and exceeded. I trust that when I'm gone she is being well taken care of.

They work hard to make the place feel very welcoming. The staff seems to take this very seriously. The only down side that I observed is that the rooms haven't been updated recently, meaning they don't have some modern innovations like no-threshold showers or wheelchair accessible sinks.

Overall, I could not have been happier with The Delaney at Parkwood Lakes! My mom needed a place for 30-day respite care after falling ill visiting family in the area. Being from out of town she was worried and a bit scared about being in a place where she didn't know anyone. The aides in AL were so nice and took great care of her. She loved the activities and exercise classes and her room decor and furnishings were like new. The facility was spotless and the she enjoyed having coffee on the veranda in the mornings. They even stocked her bathroom with lemon verbena bath products. We did not expect her sudden illness and she had only one suitcase - and were not prepared for a long stay! Even the dishes they supplied were cheerful and fun. Overall, we thank everyone for literally rolling out an actual red carpet for her when she arrived and keeping that level of service for her stay. They got her back to health and she was able to return home and is continuing on the PT and OT recommendations they helped coordinate after leaving Katy Memorial. They made me feel so much better about having my mom in respite care - I knew she would be well taken care of the moment I met the staff.
