I liked this place, especially the apartments. Would like to visit again to sample the food.

So far, things seem to be going well at Richmond Place. We are still getting adjusted to the situation and getting settled in. The staff has been very accommodating and professional. We do not have any complaints.

Most of the nurses and the aides they have working there are very good. We had some little problems during the holidays with missed baths and not knowing about some of the activities, but we are still getting use to it.

My loved one wishes he didn't feel as if they were keeping an eye on him, so maybe if they were a little more discreet he would feel more comfortable. As far as my experience goes, they are very kind and as helpful as they can be, so I think that they do a good job. I don't have anything in mind that they can improve on.

Things have turned out very well at Bellingham Retirement Community, everything is going great! We have no complaints!

The facility looks great, but mom is catholic and would be better served in non-denominational setting.

She has not been there for a very long time, but they have been very accommodating. She seems to be very comfortable there and I really like the place and she seems to also.

So far things have gone very well with Bellingham Retirement Community! The people here are friendly, and the community is well kept and clean. It's been a bit of an adjustment for my loved ones, but they seem to have settled in well and are enjoying themselves! However, I do think that the community could provide a little more assistance during the on-boarding process.

They could be more connected with family. We are no longer with them, we moved my dad out. Access to the room was really difficult, sometimes we had to wait 20 minutes and that did not make me feel good. It's a locked unit, but I think there response time could be better. It seems like they really care about the residents though, so I have to give them kudos for that.

I was not at South Port Square very long. While I was there I was impressed that there was a library in every building. The dining area was also really quite nice. Overall it was a good experience.

I think they have to upgrade some of the facilities, like the bathroom and such, but it's a nice location where it is at. It is quiet. The staff seems, so far, pretty good. I like the people. My mom complains about the food, but she orders out of the room and does not go down to the dining room. All in all I have been okay with it. They check on her more than the other facility she was at.

A lovely quiet setting close to medical facilities. Friendly staff and residents. There are a range of living options within the same geographical area. The Independent/Assisted Living buildings have outside entrances, a central gazebo and one elevator per building. Walkways between the buildings are covered.

It is a very nice place, seems well run, and Reasonable. The people there seem happy. I am considering it. A move like this takes much DownSizing. I was interviewed and taken round by Bill Eason, Sales Director.

Our loved one stayed here briefly, and while it was a nice place overall it was not the best fit for us. Shortly after moving our loved one in we discovered that she was in need of a more memory care focused community. Although our experience with Bellingham was a brief one it did seem like a nice place, and I'm sure they would have done a fine job if all we needed was assisted living.

This review is long overdue. My mother was at Park Lane skilled rehab a while back and I just want to write this review and let people know that the care and service my mother received was excellent. There is no words to describe how caring and friendly the staff at Park Lane have been to my mother and my family. I have met with the Administrator with any concern or issue I had at the time and let me tell you her and her team get on it to address the issue without hesitation. Her and her team took the time out of their busy schedule to listen to me and that is rare to find. Park Lane is clean, the building is beautiful.! The rehab staff are wonderful and thank you for taking of my mom. Thank you for your compassion and your care.

So far they seem to be doing fine. I haven't gotten any complaints about the food or the staff or anything. So far I would give them a 3.5 or a 4, until I hear otherwise.

So far so good. I cannot rate the activities because my loved one does not participate in them. Parkwood Retirement is a friendly and clean community. The value is also great. The care services are 5 stars as well. I would highly recommend this place.

We were at a loss as to where to place my mother, until we found A Place for Mom. They were very helpful and we found the perfect place.

My Mother has only been in Bellingham for 2 weeks but so far our experience has been good. The staff is very nice and caring and do get the residents involved in activities.

Very updated main area's. All three levels of care are available. Each unit is bright and roomy. Large closets. Storage in the basement. Underground parking available. Pet's are OK. Laundry facilities in each wing for use by all residents (no charge). Apartments are heated with electric and cooled with window air. Definitely worth a look.
