Outstanding staff

The staff has been so wonderful during my stay here for rehab, from housekeeping to the therapists and nurses, to the managers. They all made my recovery go smoothly. If not for all of them, my recovery would have felt slower and more difficult. I truly value and appreciate the quality care I received here.

Great rehab center. Entire staff is exceptional and I received the best of care. Highly recommend! Great activity schedules.

The staff at Assisi are like no other! Nurses are accurate with medication, very knowledgeable in their field. Call lights are answered very promptly. Therapists are professional and well-educated. Had me up and going much sooner than I thought possible!

I am a resident of [removed] and recently had a short stay at Clare Oaks for rehab. The CNAs and nurses are definitely NOT here for a paycheck. Did not meet one person who did not go out of their way to help me. Therapists are very kind and patient, knowledgeable as well.

Staff exceptional, particularly charge nurses. I am a retired nurse and have high standards about nursing care. I would definitely return to Clare Oaks if needed in the future.

This was my second time at Clare Oaks - received great care during my first visit so naturally chose to come back after this post-hospitalization. The care here is outstanding, from certified nursing assistants to therapists, nurses and administrative staff, they are very knowledgeable and caring.

My father stayed at Clare Oaks for short-term rehabilitation and based on the care he received there, I would highly recommend it for anyone searching for a skilled nursing facility. The nurses are very thorough in their explanations of medications and procedures, also the therapists are extremely knowledgeable and he had therapy at the same time each day. Also, he enjoyed many activities that were scheduled.

This community is a very clean and friendly community. My mother was treated with love and respect during her stay.

When we found out my mom had to go to rehab, I prayed I would be here. My dad was here a few years prior and we were so pleased with his care and the staff. We knew my mom would get the best care she needed from Clare Oaks in order to get her well enough to come home. Love the staff...They genuinely care!

I live in Bartlett and this is my first visit to Clare Oaks. I was amazed at the kindness and empathy of the staff here - they genuinely care for the patients. Call lights were answered promptly and nurses were able to answer any/all questions I had regarding my care and medications. I would return if the need arises.

Beautiful place. Very clean and welcoming. Lots of different activities and activity areas in this facility.

Facility was very nice with many great amenities. All staff does receive memory impairment training and are cognizant of the residents needs and they are housed in a separate wing of the facility, but there is no mechanism in place to prevent wandering.

Couldn't be happier. They're not only wonderful to my loved one, they're like family to me as well. I had the misfortune of breaking my leg a few weeks ago, and they actually called to check up on me. Simply amazing

Wonderful facility very friendly staff we loved the patio area with each room. Only draw back a little far for me to visit daily but it still in the running.

This senior living community is rated five star in my book! The staff, care services, activities and location are by far better than any senior community I have toured. Rose Senior Living Avon is known for their caring staff and customer service to each and every resident. If anyone wants peace of mind, educational activities, musical performances, thoughtful and caring staff - this is the place to live! Thank you for all you provide for seniors so they can live vibrant, full lives in your beautiful community!

Despite being priced on the higher end of our family's budget, this place made a *fantastic* impression. The lady I toured with was very careful to make certain all of my questions were answered and really spent time listening to me describe my elderly relative's situation. I like that an easy transition from independent to assisted is possible, should the need arise (with the community fee covering both locations), and I especially like that there is no lease as such, one only needs to give 30 day notice to leave so there's no "being locked in" to arrangements that may not work for whatever reason down the line (with folks of variable health, that can be important). The seniors we met in the hallways were of various health ranges, but everyone seemed to recognize my tour guide, and they were wishing her happy birthday and such - as opposed to other locations I'd viewed where the folks didn't seem to recognize or have a relationship with the staff really. I admit it's a tad pricey, but I at least feel like I'd be getting my money's worth.

Attended their open house in April - was so impressed with the staff and delicious food. Had a wonderful tour of the building. Beautiful apartments and common areas.
