Staff for the most part is very friendly, the facility very nice and clean! People for the most part are friendly to each other. Activities for the most part are run well! Food is good and if u do not like what is being served, there are always other options. For the most part i have to say mom is happy and i feel she is in safe place and being well cared for, which is all that matters.

The one thing that makes Fairwinds really stand out is the residents are all so friendly. They are like family and the staff are also friendly and helpful. The other thing that makes Fairwinds stand out from the rest is their food. They do an excellent job serving restaurants style with many options for breakfast, lunch & dinner to a particularly difficult clientele.

I’ve toured many places, but this one truly made my mom feel welcomed and cared for. She’s been living here for two months now, and she still loves it! A special thank you to [name removed] and [name removed] for making her feel at ease and comfortable during such a big transition in her life.

The housekeeping staff are terrific individuals and keep this place spotless. They even came in and cleaned a spot on the carpet where I spilled and I can't get down on the floor. No charge. The food is wonderful! I've gained 12 pounds since coming in. ??. The administrative staff are great. I haven’t had any dealings with [name removed], the administrator. Her assistant [name removed]handled an issue with a guy parking in my space. First and foremost was the financial requirements. There is no buy-in here. Other places were $[fee removed] to $[fee removed]. That's for the privilege of living in a place and there's still monthly rent and fees. The maintenance crew here is top notch and very pleasant to deal with. I would have liked to have laundry appliances in my apartment but that drives the rent up. There is a laundry room on each floor and rarely a problem having access to a machine. The staff checks on residents twice a day. The biggest adjustment for me has been to leave a 6 bedroom, 3 bath home of 3,400 sq. ft and a huge landscaped (by me) yard to live in 678 sq feet. However, I've done it and am enjoying the simpler lifestyle. The residents are friendly and speak every time you pass them in the halls or enter a group. Staff learn names immediately and address residents by name. Although I am independent, there are four levels of assistance available that are administered in the resident's apartment. No moving required. There are activities galore and if you can't find something you like, you can start a new group. All in all, this is the perfect place for me!

I would say 5 for everything except I don't know about the food. Everyone there was always friendly and helpful while I was visiting.

The entire staff is kind, caring and professional. Relative to some other recent experiences VOLANTE is in a class by itself. We could not be happier with the personal attention and care provided to my mom.

My grandmother has been a resident here since 2021, and it really feels like a 'home' environment. The food is great and well-balanced, focusing on health rather than junk food, ensuring that each resident gets the food they need. They offer various activities and work to keep everyone engaged. The facility also hosts events and include families, such as Thanksgiving meals, holiday dinners, and a Mother's Day tea. The care is personalized, making residents feel like more than just a number. They’re truly part of a caring community and family.

The staff has worked closely with my mom to ensure her comfort. They assisted with every part of the move and made sure it was the right fit.

Our tour was great! Very informative and really knowledgeable about the unit and property. Answered all questions with patience. The grounds we're well maintained. Clean surroundings. Friendly staff! Would recommend.

Food is excellent! 1 bedroom units have a washer and dryer and all units have a full kitchen! I love that their locks are opened by a fob and not a metal key. Staff is always friendly and they have two buses and a car for resident transportation which is extremely important for those who cannot or do not drive. They could improve on activities but what they offer is adequate. They give every resident an iPad that has all daily activities, meals and upcoming events. The location is excellent, too, as the grocery store is not a block away and on the same side of the street. I honestly have no complaints except they need elevators at the ends of the hallways and not in the middle of the building. It is a long distance of a resident lives in the furthest room, which my father does.

This is the friendliest place. Everyone is so nice, both the staff and residents. There are many different activities and a calendar of events is put in your mailbox every week. This is just a very comfortable, supportive place to live.

A wonderful community for seniors. Beautiful, small community run very beautifully by [name removed], Executive Director. [name removed] not only runs a wonderful Activities department but makes sure everyone attends as well. Everyone is raving about how delicious the meals are. Overall a great community with wonderful and compassionate staff.

A very nice, friendly community. My aunt is very social, and it is easy for her to find activities to get involved in, people to eat with, and friends to visit. The food is excellent (as good as a restaurant). The common areas are beautiful and nicely maintained. Her room is perfect for her.

We just felt like she got the very best care & was happy to be with "friends" at the end of her life. Everyone there that we were in contact with was so kind.

Unity’s sale staff was so helpful and never showed any frustration as some of our questions were asked multiple times. We were shown every courtesy in viewing all areas of the site. Staff that we passed in the hall always made sure they greeted my mom. The facility services all my mom’s needs, from podiatry to a salon. She loves the food and the endless activities offered. I would highly recommend the Village at Unity

As the newly appointed POA for my mother, I found myself feeling completely overwhelmed and in urgent need of finding a safe and reliable place for her care. When I stepped into Volante of Largo, I was immediately impressed by how welcoming the facility was. After visiting several other places that felt gloomy and unkempt, I knew right away this was where I wanted her to be. What truly convinced me was the tour with [name removed]. She was incredibly calming and helpful, answering all of my questions in person and following up with quick responses to any additional inquiries I had after I left. I was so confident that this was the right place that I made the deposit the same day and arranged for her to move in right away. [name removed] went above and beyond in helping me navigate the difficult situation. She worked tirelessly to get everything set up quickly—even during a short holiday week—and made the transition smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful for her support and the wonderful team.

Volante of Largo has truly given my mother a second chance at life. When she first moved there, she was underweight and in poor health. Thanks to the structured routines, support from the wellness department, and excellent food, she has made an incredible recovery and is now healthier than she has been in years. I'm excited to see her continue to improve and enjoy a better quality of life. It has definitely been the right place for her.

The management company changed last year, and all for the better! They have been very quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns.

I am so glad that my family found Springfield Place for my dad. I highly recommend it. My dad has lived at Springfield Place for two years now. The staff here is outstanding. They are caring, friendly, hard-working, committed, and professional. There are many social activities to keep residents engaged socially, physically, and mentally. The common areas (great room, dining area, activity room, gym and hallways) are very light and cheerful.

What we like the most about Volante is how friendly the staff members are and the staff visibility when tenants are out and about. Everyone was generally happy. The person making this facility the best is [name removed]. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families!
