Woodland Terrace is a very well organize facility. All staffing groups (business, kitchen, wait staff, cleaning, maintenance, activities staff) are efficient, helpful and friendly. Everyone has an excellent rapport with each other and with residents. We feel very blessed to have chosen this facility.

We toured seven different properties, hoping to find the one where Mom would walk in and immediately feel, “This is it.” From the moment we met [name removed], we knew we were in good hands. Her sincere passion for caring for seniors showed through every step of the way. She, along with every staff member we encountered, took the time to answer our questions with warmth and thoroughness. The residents we spoke with were genuinely happy, sharing how much they enjoy living there and how excited they were at the thought of Mom joining their community. We were especially impressed when the Executive Director personally introduced himself and shared why he loves being part of such a dedicated team and vibrant community. As if it were meant to be, the perfect room had just become available, so we didn’t hesitate. Now, Mom is eagerly counting down the days until move-in.

My mom was in memory care and all of the the staff were absolutely wonderful. She settled in quickly, they took wonderful care of her and she was quite happy there.

The staff in the memory care unit are exemplary. They care, really care. The director of the unit goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Volante.

My overall experience with them. It's very good. They have activities and are very close to the hospital. Restaurants nearby and central locations for us.

My family and I recently moved my parents into Volante Senior Living in Largo, and the entire experience has been wonderful. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free, and everyone was so helpful and kind. Both of my parents have dementia, and the care they’re receiving has truly been amazing. The condition of the facility, very clean & new. Staff is quick to respond, nurse is very helpful in medicine management.

The staff is super friendly. Each staff member addresses each resident by name and gets to know each one individually. From our tour to our move in and current living our experience has been wonderful. My mom's experience transitioning over to this living community has been effortlessly. Residents have welcomed her and she has been actively enjoying all the community events and excursions. We would highly recommend Fairwinds to others.

What we like the most about Volante of Delray Beach is the friendly staff and residents. The location. Lots to do. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

Both staff and residents are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Admin staff- some are available and responsive some not as much. Food - varies from day to day and meal to meal. Lots of activities, always something to do if you choose. Value for cost - a little hard to say as we moved from a more expensive area. I strongly recommend investigating Volante of Eugene before making a choice.

We are thrilled with the care that our mother has received at Volante of Lake Orion. We trusted the leadership team immediately and have not been disappointed. The building is very nice and clean but the most important thing is the caregivers and they are such gems. My MIL is so happy and we wish we would have made the decision sooner.

They have been very helpful with getting Bobby comfortable with the facility. We like this facility very much. The activities are ok but could be better. This is probably their weakest point.

Washington Oakes is great! The staff is wonderful, always helpful and very pleasant. Food is good, with a nice variety of options. All of the staff are extremely helpful and responsive to resident needs or requests. Meal servers are consistently pleasant. Menus are varied with several choices.. I have no complaints. Value for money is hard to rate, due to my lack of experience with senior living. You get what you pay for.

My parents are in Independent living. The place is (Volante) is very clean and the entire staff is friendly and professional. You can feel the caring nature of all employees. Food is ok and improving every day. I highly recommend it to all either Independent living, assisted living, and Memory care. My only concern is the expense. It isn’t cheap.

Wonderful experience getting my mom in to empress Senior living, thank goodness they had space . it is a very new facility great and the staff is intelligent and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for memory care or just a nice neighborhood to live in.

Our experience with Volante has been amazingly good. My mother used to beg us not to put her in a residential home and we attempted to keep her independent in her home for 5 years. We had all kinds of things in place which allowed her to remain independent until she fell and broke her hip. After surgery and rehab we determined that she needed more care that we could provide. I went to five different homes and we chose Volante because of its size and the level of staff interaction with the residents. The facility is very clean, the residents are known to the staff on a very personal level and the residents lead a busy and engaged life there. Recently my mother asked me if she was going to remain at Volante for the rest of her life. I replied “yes” and she looked around and said, “well it’s very nice and I’m happy here.” I would recommend Volante highly and that is a big deal because everyone of the places recommended by A Place For Mom were exemplary.

Having had 30 years experience working in Senior Communities. I went searching for the perfect place for my very independent 102 year old Dad. I was heading on vacation for a month and needed the perfect assisted living place. I knew what he liked… and I found it in Volante of Chesterfield. I brought his table to play cards, his own bed of 75 years of sleeping, pictures from home, his recliner to watch the birds on the patio. He was invited to eat with a table of social men in which they shared Guy stories. He attended a Veterans Club run by a very experienced Activity Director. She always came by his room to invite him to card games, church services, music programs, exercise programs. The nurses and care team made sure his pills, room, and laundry needs were met. I probably was one of their hardest clients to please. I knew what I wanted for my Dad. They gave my Dad the independence he needed. I was given the gift of knowing my Dad was in the best place for him. Thank-you!

Everyone at Volante of Hamilton in New Jersey has been very helpful and understanding oc our needs. It was great to get out of the responsibilities of home ownership and find a place where Mom can flourish.

We interviewed many facilities and opted for Volante because of the activities and staff. After the hurricane and removal of most of the guests for renovation, we were not as impressed. Would recommend if the renovations are done, the kitchen back in operation, and the rest of those in transition are safely back. They helped bring more vitality to the facility.

The food is absolutely fabulous. They work one on one with residents on exercises to help memory. Many different activities. Every month they "visit" a different country with food, decorations pictures cultural information on the regions. Families invited.
