In visiting the facility, we found the sales associate, [name removed] to be extremely informative, patient, and caring. There was absolutely no pressure to make any type of commitment. He was very sincere and honest. The facility itself is clean and attractive. The employees are helpful, friendly, polite, and caring. My mom is in independent living at this time but does have the assistance of an outside caregiver. The facility is very good about working with the outside caregivers. It allows residents to have the option of staying in the independent living apartments if they need some help but do not need to be in assisted living yet. My mom enjoys the food and the activities offered.

Staff is always available & helps asap. Very friendly. Visited almost all senior living places from woodland to Bellevue & everything was much better here except the food. It's just ok. Brittany Park also has lots of fun places they drive us to in there 12 seat Van. Last couple of months some of the places we've gone to see New Waterfront including Pike Market, Crystal mountain for gondola ride & lunch, Waterways boat cruise on Lake Washington & lunch, Mariners day game, etc. A very good fitness program.

From the beginning meeting the leasing director [name removed] to the dining room staff I can tell you I highly recommend this community! I am so relieved and pleased with the entire staff and my experience. I know my father is in the best care with compassionate people. The dining room Director as "[name removed]" and her entire dining room staff.

Staff recommend move in service was good and fairly priced. Many in-house activities. Landscaped grounds with frequent events in the village green, nice planning for holiday events. Great communication with families.

We were doing our visit virtual and Korey was amazing. She did a FaceTime with us and walked through the whole place for a tour- she introduced us to staff and residents. She went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and confident in our decision.

Volante Assisted Living of Lake Orion has exceeded all my expectations as a son seeking the best for my elderly mom. Volante of Largo is a very clean place and everyone is so friendly and caring. The residents all seem so happy. I love to go and visit. It's a fun place. They have apartments with two rooms and studio apartments. The rooms are all very nice. They have a little kitchenette, bathroom and huge closet. The price includes laundry, three meals a day and housekeeping. They have a lot of activities for the residents. It's a really nice place.

Keep guest engaged and active and yes we would recommend the community to other families.

Fun activities, friendly atmosphere, fantastic staff!! They all have genuine care for each other and all the residents. they have great retention of staff. That says a lot!

would rate all of them at a five except possibly six. I have no idea about the food as my dad was on a diet where they had to make sure his food was mashed up a lot. They were very good about that for him. My dad was in that facility only about two and a half months before he passed and during the time that he was there he also spent a couple weeks in rehab at a different place and was in the hospital twice. Our experience with them was very limited, but they were always very attentive and very friendly. Their price point is probably one of the better ones that we looked at and/or were involved with before he was placed there. One of the things that was very important to me last year was to be in a place that did not have to be evacuated. He had been an another place before and every time he had to evacuate he came here which was fine except I'm in an evacuation area. Once he was in a wheelchair I needed him to be safe where he was as I would not be able to take him where I was going to have to evacuate. They had a good plan for evacuation if they had to and it wasn't going somewhere in the middle of the state.

My most important concern is the staff. They are all so concerned about the residence there. I go over twice a day so I spend a lot of time there and I see what's going on. I go at different times of the day so they don't know that I'm coming. I am super, super, happy with the entire staff

5 for them all We are extremely happy Mom is at Volante and so is she. Staff is caring and attentive without being intrusive. My Mother says the food is delicious and it is like going to a good restaurant for every meal. They offer a wide variety of activities and she has met other residents with similar interests. They have a lovely courtyard that Mom likes to sit and read in. The facility is very clean and well maintained.
