We had the pleasure of visiting with [name removed] During our dinner, we observed the staff’s deep care and attention toward the residents. Seeing dementia on a daily basis can be difficult, and we truly appreciated the compassion we witnessed. Every staff member we encountered was warm and friendly, not just with me, but with the residents as well. The environment was beautiful and warm. Thank you, [name removed]

We picked them because it was close to our house and they said they could handle my family situation!

Treeo is a vibrant, energetic and supportive community -- great slate of weekly and special occasion activities, clean and modern interior, well lit and well kept apartments, access to safe walking around the complex, excellent food and most importantly, superior staff who are excellent at their jobs and care deeply about the residents & community.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful! The dining room staff is excellent! The food is very good! Place is modern, clean, decorated nicely! Very nice place and would recommend. Only Disappointment, the rent was raised 10% last year and 7% this year. Had to downsize to studio due to high cost.

I highly recommend this assisted living facility. The staff and nurses are exceptional, and the facility feels "homey". The rooms are well-maintained. There are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged, and the home-cooked meals are always a treat. The attention to detail is remarkable. I feel confident that my mother is in good hands, and seeing her with a smile on her face brought me great peace of mind, knowing she is happy and content.

Overall it was a very good experience. However someone took [name removed] motorized scooter and it was practically brand new. We were NOT happy with how it was handled and that no compensation was even offered to us!

Review of [name removed]: this facility has turned out to be a good match for [name removed]. She is happy there and FAIRVIEW has met all her needs. They have done a marvelous job of making her welcome there.

My husband and I have lived in this community for about 3 years now. It used to be good, but since the new executive director and financial director has started it has become even better. We enjoy living here and have made many new friends over the years. The food is good as well.

Very pleased with his care. They check with us for everything. They are very accommodating. If he wants something else, they will find it for him. They have plenty of activities but at 97 if you don't go get him, he won't engage. I've noticed that the Director of activities sometimes doesn't have the patience with my father-in-law. He's been grinding his teeth and it's annoying. I know that and I continually ask him to stop. I bought lollipops so that seems to help so she needs to make sure she brings them with him and have him please do the activities. I don't want him sitting in his room alone. When I'm there, I'll make sure he's there and I joined them. It's extremely expensive. He had to go in memory care and he needs help with bathroom issues. That added to the cost [fee removed] and now we play over [fee removed]. He definitely is running out of money and I'm so afraid he will not have enough until he passes. I pray every day that we don't have to take him out of there. He is finally settled and it's a great place for him to be. I hope we can make arrangements for him to stay. I love everything about Mill Landing.

The staff is AMAZING!!! It is very apparent that the company values their staff and that in turn makes a happy employee that takes pride in their work and ownership/care in the place they work and the residents who live there. There is a strong feeling of "Family".

Overall Experience 5 a. Was a 2.5 b. They let go of the finance director. A new executive director was hired. He's done a very good job so far. New social director. New finance director. Pharm techs are very good as well as the new nursing/resident care director. Now it's a 5. Meals/Dining 4 Note: my father rarely complains. Value of Cost 5 ( key for our father is that Medicaid was finally approved by the state. Otherwise fees, as other AL's are high)

I entrusted my parents to volante of largo. During the last storm they had to evacuate to keep everyone safe. What a great job everyone did. The executive director and his team kept everyone safe and comfortable. I definitely chose the right community

I have found Fairwinds to be a five on all categories. This community feels like is built on family style. The size of the community makes it nice and cozy and the ambience of surroundings make it a cheerful warming home. The apartment sizes of rather good. They're not as large as Northridge Village, but they are a good size. I have a two bedroom which is just lovely with two bathrooms. And the amenities are quite nice.

I have been there 6 weeks and am very happy with my decision. For 6 months I looked at many retirement places and came back to the 1st place I looked. Very happy.

It was the most cheerful experience we had meaning the tour. I would recommend it to them based upon n friendliness and mainly an employee named {name removed] She is the best, and very helpful to me.

When he first visited Fairwinds they were very welcoming and didn't try to push a sales pitch. Other residents were very nice and he felt like he would be part of a community.

This is a one year old facility and is very clean( and kept that way) with a Family like atmosphere , always a pleasant attitude with staff and other residents. It feels like home.

It’s fun and safe place. The staff does everything they possibly can to make your living conditions comfortable. Lots of activities, never a dull moments. Quiet apartments, lots of rest. Variety of apartments to chose from. Easy to get around.

It's not home and has been an adjustment but for what it is it's fine. I chose Fairwinds mainly for 2 reasons. Because of my eyesight I had to give up my license. They have transportation for medical appointments. There are rules which I have found easy to work with. The second is that meal times are flexible within two hours. It was an adjustment to the hours and food. Like I said before, it's not home. Any move from years of independence to depending on others for almost everything is an adjustment no matter where you go. I'm satisfied here

My mom fell and broke her hip earlier this year. The staff and nurses have been such a big help, especially over the past several weeks! The men who drive the van are wonderful and most helpful to go out of their way to take residents most places they’d like/need to go! Everyone is very friendly and the staff truly care for the residents! She has lived there for four years now.
