Volante is a nice facility. Their staff that is kind and accommodating, The food is good, and the place is clean! The activities on the calendar don't always happen, but they are always friendly and have gone above and beyond for my mother.

When I first moved in it was great but when Volante bought it every thing went down hill

My mom only stayed at this facility for about 5days or so. She was in and out of the hospital. A few of the people when I went to collect my Moms belongings, were very curt and not very helpful. The director was very helpful and super nice! I paid for the 30 days, but like I said my mom was only there for about 5 days. I recommend this facility. Mainly due to the director, April. She was very nice and super helpful. Any facility can always have room for improvement

Continuous staffing shortages need to be corrected. Better support from Corporate management. Better leadership from dining room management, including ordering food from suppliers. Local management struggles, in my opinion. Site CEO supports waiter staffing with occasional appearance to help in dining room. Bus transport adequate. Driver is competent and friendly.

Since the place is small, the staff seems to know everyone by name! That is reassuring to residents and their families. Menus have two entree choices for each meal and much appears to be from scratch . Activities daily, weekly laundry and light housekeeping and weekly shopping trips. They manage meds and deliver them to residents. All in all, I am comfortable with the choice. This company has several sites in the state.

Do to an unexpected health event we could no longer stay in our home. We had intended to move later this year. We like living here. Staff is very professional, go out of their way to be helpful, the food is good. For those who like to walk 6 miles of hiking trails are five minutes away. South Hillsboro is being developed and access to a grocery store restaurants general shopping will be available later this year.

My mom is receiving excellent care. It is expensive, they all are, but her needs are being met and she seems to be happy. The nurses and aides are attentive and caring. She does say that the meals are very repetitive.

I would recommend The Villages at Unity to others. They have an ambassador resident to help acclimate new residents. However, I'd suggest that they also have a few "new resident" events to meet each other and know who the new residents are so they can look to each other for meals, outings etc. There are cliques that make it hard for someone new. They reduced the restaurant hours shortly after she moved in and that has not gone over well with all of the residents. The staff is very friendly, calling everyone by name. The food is good, except holiday meals are horrible! Maintenance, housekeeping and front desk staff have all been great. While mom is still adjusting and wants to "go home "...this should prove to be a good decision.

It's a tough situation at best .....any facility is only as good as the people working there, those folks helping the clients & their day to day care. Yes, good help is always hard to find. The place was sold to new owners &, of course, new owners upped the rent on everybody (fee removed/ mo. on Mom). Food is just so-so & they seem to be trying to correct/improve the serving process as mealtime is the "highlight" of the clients day & could be more enjoyable. Hopefully, things are improving. I think the new owners of the facility are "trying" to work the kinks & problems out & some of the food served

Friendly staff and easy to work with. The move-in, etc. was very easy.

Staff is friendly, but turnover has been consistent. Housekeeping is definitely LIGHT cleaning. The move in process was excellent. Maintenance can help with hanging pictures and moving furniture for a small charge. They had plans to build an outdoor patio with a gazebo. I'm not sure if that is still happening. It would be nice to have because there is limited seating on front porch. The activities are good and very nice, there is an exercise room with a trainer available.

My mother is currently a resident at Fairwinds Ivey Ranch and everything has been very good for her so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The activities are also great. I would definitely recommend Fairwinds to others.

They are very friendly and care about the clients. We recently moved her into memory care . Not quite as much to do. Receptive to requests. Rooms are private. Some have a shared bathroom. They are great size.

I have no negative comments to make regarding Fairwinds Woodward Park. Friendly, competent staff. Clean, up-to-date accommodations. I feel the meals are just fine - not gourmet of course - but just fine!

Simple clean facillty Friendly , helpful staff. It is not a new place , but the rooms and hallways are keep clean . No smells. Meals and dining area are acceptable No pool , but not needed. Nice garden area to sit outdoors

It's a great place.

I would recommend Harborside. My mom made friends quickly and easily, and all the staff are attentive and friendly. The nurses do regular checkups and call if there's an issue. Mom gets her clothes washed, and everything is neatly folded or hung on a hanger. Housekeeping is once a week, but she can request additional cleanup if needed. Plenty of food and nicely presented. There are scenic trips, trips to stores and library, and even doctors. All holidays are celebrated, great crafts room and everyone loves bingo. Move in was a breeze. Harborside is not new, but well kept. My mom's small world has opened up since moving to Harborside at Melbourne

Community was much better prior to the sale to Volente. Cleaner, friendlier, and a more caring environment. Services decreased and rates increased. Picked this community at the time (1year ago) for the caring staff, clean, and affordability.
