The staff is helpful with anything I need. They are friendly and do anything they can to make things easier for us. I appreciate the cleaning they do, and how how they provide clean linens. They have been very proactive in protecting us from COVID 19. I thoroughly enjoy the exercise classes and other activities. They also arrange for small concerts and entertainers to lighten our outlook. Hopefully, when the staff shortage is resolved, we will get back to better food service. COVID disrupted everything. Altogether I am extremely happy with Crescent Park.

They are going through some changes in management so the activities right now are very limited, however the management has always been quick to resolve any issues or concerns that come up. They are accessible anytime we need them, and the staff members really seem to care about their residents.

Too big, and not the right fit for my loved one.

It is a wonderful place, we are very pleased with this community. We like how it is a smaller scaled community and how they keep the residents engaged.

I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a place for their parent. The staff is always friendly, lots of activities to enjoy, and fantastic meals three times a day. No need to look anywhere else.

Our family had an in person tour scheduled but when we arrived we were told they had to lockdown due to covid. However, the lady we met with on their management team was so friendly. She explained everything to us, she described all the different levels they have from independent living apartments, assisted living and memory care. They also showed us different floor plans. They really gave us a lot of information, but it was just to expensive for us.

Our family had an in person tour and the community is well kept and pretty modern, the rooms we saw were small but well decorated.

Always friendly and helpful staff and clean with many good features

I have lived here for 3 years now and this is my home and family! I could not ask for anything better, the staff are friendly and help me with anything I need, the food is delicious and the place is always c lean. i have many friends here any we keep busy and have lots of fun! I would not want to live anywhere else.

I thought Grand Villa of largo was nice. It was a lot cleaner than some of the other places we looked at. It's a smaller community, which Initially we were pleased with. But once we saw a larger place, we preferred the diversity we saw in that larger community, and we thought it would be a better opportunity for growth for our loved one. It all depends on your what your personal preference is.

If the individual going in there needs assisted service, the nurses are exemplary. There are three nurses, and they are absolutely top notch. Also, the entire staff at Fairwinds - Brighton Court works as a team, each one doing the very highest quality work that has been assigned to them. It is a well-run facility in all respects. Overall, I give them 5+ stars. They bent over backwards for me for my friend's respite stay there.

I think overall they provide excellent care. It's a beautiful place and kept up nicely. The staff are great. He loves the food. It's been a great place for him.

Our family had an in person tour and at the time we were just looking for adult day care services which they did not offer at the time, but now they are. The people we spoke with and met with were extremely friendly and helpful.

Our family had an in person tour and on the tour we could see the residents and they would come up to us and say hi, they even showed us some of their apartments. The staff knew them all by name, no one had favorites .We could see all the residents participating in the activities which was nice. They made us feel very welcomed.

The staff is amazing. They are so loving. I feel my mom is always safe. She loves it there. So do I. In my opinion, the executive director is crucial in making an assisted living facility work. [Name removed] is an amazing executive director. She is always present, always pleasant & always professional. [Name removed] is the head nurse and she is the best. Always on top of things making sure mom gets quality medical care. Plus she keeps the families informed. We are lucky to have mom at grand Villa.

We chose Fairwinds because the inside atmosphere was great, [name removed] who gave the tour was awesome with all of her information, and it was in a good location for family. The facility itself is beautiful and they have tons of activities provided for the residents. I would definitely recommend to others looking

Fairwinds community has been the best, they are undergoing some construction but on a normal day they community is kept very clean. The staff members are always very friendly and the meals are great. The food is better than some restaurants we have been to. They have had some trouble getting people hired post pandemic, but we understand that and they are still providing god service. The activities director has done a great job getting things set up, we recently just went to an opera.

Staff and gresidents are friendly and attentive. Everyone says good morning. Cocktail parties with music and dancing and cocktails are the best, Food selection is outstanding. [Name removed] is wonderful and [name removed] is well organized with the variety of activities offered.
