What really stuck out to us about Wickshire Ft. Meyers was the value for the money and the overall newness and cleanliness of the facility itself. The room sizes here are really nice and spacious. The staff do laundry once a week for the residents, they have been great. It has been a good experience so far and we would recommend them to others.

We're thrilled with Fairwinds - West Hills. They've ben fantastic and have taken great care to make sure our loved one is acclimated and socializing. The facility is clean. Everyone who works there is super friendly. We've been especially happy with the amount and type of activities they have to offer - that really sets them apart form other places.

Our family had an in person tour and everything about this community was super nice. All the staff we met with were very friendly, but the community itself was just to large and the apartments were pretty small.

This is a nice place. The staff are good to work with if we have any questions or concerns. The food is good. There is a menu for the residents to order off of. It feels more like a restaurant when ordering. The room, and a set value for the food is included in the monthly fee. There is transportation for the residents to use for doctor appointments, shopping, or banking appointments if needed.

The best compliment that I can give them is that when the FIRST case of COVID-19 in America showed up at the Hospital 3 blocks away, the Washington Oakes staff was up to the challenge. While other facilities were struggling, this one was keeping its residents safe. Thank you! It's not the most affordable, but you pay for what you get and the staff is amazing. I wish I was old enough to move in! My mother loved it there, especially as it was her old elementary school. She lived in her 5th grade classroom! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

Overall Grace was a nice fit for my elderly Mother Fran. However, the experience was taken to the next level due to the compassion and concern given by the caregivers, especially [name removed]. She seemed to take a special interest in mom, always checked on her regularly, and was able to communicate with mom when sometimes others couldn’t. [name removed] went above and beyond her normal duties. She is a great asset at Grace. Thank you [name removed]

If you can get your loved one into Treeo, I would recommend you place them here. The people here are good. My loved one actually likes it here. The staff are very responsive to any questions or concerns I have and they try to help as best as they can. My loved one has enjoyed every meal they have had. They have a lot of activities to choose from for the activities. There are movie nights, outside entertainers, and more as some of the activities offered. Light cleaning, changing of linens, breakfast and dinner and the room are included in the monthly rate. Each apartment has a full kitchen in it. There are laundry facilities right down the hallway. If you have a one or two bedroom then washer and dryer are included.

The apartments are spacious and the cost was actually better then other places we had toured. The kitchen staff was so friendly and helpful with our loved one her first week of moving there, they really helped her adjust and make her feel comfortable. They have church services and outings once a week to a grocery store. They have movie nights and holiday themed parties and activities. They really try to encourage everyone to interact with one another. We would absolutely recommend this community to others.

It is a beautiful facility right near the expressway and easy to get to. They had a lot of amenities and activities and would recommend it to anyone.

I went on a tour of this community, and I must say it was beautiful. It is smaller and 1 floor which was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and kind. I felt very welcomed. Even the people who lived there greeted me kindly and spoke nice words about Grace. I will be scheduling a 2nd tour with my mother and hoping we can move her in soon. It is a very homey atmosphere.

This community was very nice the only problem I had is that my loved one did not want to move here and wanted to stay in the state that she was in. Other than that I would for sure have considered this community for my loved one.

Our family had an in person tour and this would of been our top choice but they did not have any rooms available at the time. The facility was clean, and the rooms were a little bit bigger. The residents all seemed engaged in different activities and the staff were friendly and helpful.

If you need a community like this, this is the place to be. The staff, overall community is beautiful, dining room, and the residents all make it a great place. The motto is like home, and it sure feels like home and family here. There is assisted living and memory care available. In assisted living they are to assist with medication distribution. The house keeping is very good. They will take care of any laundry including linens once a week and will deliver back to the door. They fold it very nicely for you. They will make the bed if you want them to, clean the kitchen, vacuum, and dust. They also provide hand soaps, bath soaps, and toilet paper. If you want to do your own laundry they have it on the same floor and provide the laundry soap for the residents. There is a bus available along with a car and they do provide transpiration to doctor appointments and any field trips via the community. They will also take the residents shopping to get groceries. They will also do scenic drives for the residents. Some of the activities available include exercise, billiards, bingo, poker, arts and crafts, karaoke, happy hour, and more for the residents to choose from. They have a pool and putting green available. All the staff are fantastic to work with. The administrator is wonderful to work with as well.

I would recommend Wickshire Ft. Myers to others for their loved ones. The staff is very nice and [Name removed], is available if the family has questions or concerns. They are good about responding to questions or concerns via text or phone calls. Walking, outside seating area, helping with projects in the community and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from. The food is good and there is a variety of selections. If a residents wants to eat at a different time or misses a meal the community will make sure the resident gets a chance to eat.

The Fairwinds facility itself is very nice, we were able to tour of our loved ones apartment before moving it and we were very taken away by it. The value for the money is completely worth it. The staff are also very friendly.

What an improvement over our previous residence. Management is fantastic. Of course, there is room for improvement, but the residents are great and friendly and staff is great. Food could be improved a little, but has a good variety and always hot! Dining room staff is always wanting to please,

They always have some type of activity going on for the residents. My mom loves it at this community. Everyone is nice and this is the best place that I found in town after looking around at other communities. They have activities like bingo, drives up to the mountains when the weather was nice before the snow started and more for the residents to do to stay busy. They have movies and more for the residents and even if she only shows up they will still show the movie.

My mom liked Fairwinds the best out of the facilities that we went and toured. What really stuck out to her was the shuttle service provided, she really liked the gym that was on site, the fact that it is all one facility, and just the whole overall feel of the place. She has been very happy here and we would recommend them to others who are looking.

Each time I travel here from Los Angeles to visit with my Sister, the Staff is very helpful and take the time to speak with me. Clean and professional.
