I have lived here 5 years and just love it, Mostly because of the excellent staff and friendships made with other residents.Going to cocktail parties with live music, great food and drinks. I love having a brand new gym to work out in. Grand Villa is the place to be. Great activities, beautiful grounds and feels like home.

Fairwinds Spokane felt like a grand hotel. It was absolutely gorgeous. It was just way too big for our loved one's needs. The person who led our tour was really hospitable and nice though, and she took us and showed us around everywhere.

Grand Villa of Largo was the first community we looked at. It was also the one I chose after looking around. From the warm feel to the caring staff and awesome floor plans, it was the right fit. I enjoy the live entertainment, cooking in the cafe, Friday night movies and our beautiful courtyard. Hands down…….. I live in a five star community……..with a five star chef!

From the day I saw the Grand Villa of Largo and met [name removed], the Executive Director, I knew I had found exactly what I was looking for. He doesn’t hesitate to work right along side of the servers in our wonderful dining room. The housekeepers are fantastic as well as the maintenance team. As for the Med Techs and doctors they bring in, I can’t say enough good things about them either. When I walked through the front doors, I knew I was home.

I have been here for almost three years. I would not choose to live anywhere else. From the Executive Director to the care staff, I could not be any happier. During the pandemic, their concern for me was so great, that I didn't’’t have to worry about myself at all. There are always activities to enjoy and I’ve made a lot of good friends. I would highly recommend this community.

I am a new resident here and enjoy the community a lot. The staff is pleasant and very patient. I am enjoying live musicians a couple of times a week as well as crafts and Bingo. The food is very good and the service excellent. I will be playing the piano in an upcoming talent showcase all of the Grand Villas are having. Wish me luck!

Grand Villa of Largo has been my home for almost four years. I would not want to be anywhere else. The staff is phenomenal and go above and beyond to ensure I get the care and assistance that I need. Our Chef is outstanding and serves meals with an emphasis on fresh ingredients. As for our community, we enjoy live entertainment 3-4 times a week, auctions, celebrations and games! I highly recommend our community and love to welcome our new residents.

It's a beautiful facility. The grounds and pool and everything are beautiful. It's like a resort. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and they pay attention to what you say. I do miss living in a big house, so it has been an adjustment. But it's a very good apartment, and they have a sliding scale on pricing. My apartment has two bedrooms and still has good storage. I have a washer/dryer, which is wonderful. I'm on the second floor, and I like the views from my apartment. There are lots of trees, and it's just really beautiful. It's easy to maintain with maid service once a week, and they change the beds for you. The maintenance people are very accommodating when you aske for help putting up pictures, and anything that needs fixing they fix, which is wonderful. Overall the food is is good as well, except for little personal preference things here and there.

My mom was a memory care resident at Grand Villa until she had to receive the next level of care due to her declining health and the team there held my hand through the processes as I knew no one could compare to the level of care they gave my Mom. They went above and beyond ensuring my Mom found the perfect rehab skilled facility that had a fabulous memory care unit. I do not live full time in Florida, but I knew my Mom was being cared for as if I was the one taking care of her during her time as Grand Villa. Rest assured you and your family will be happy if you chose Grand Villa of Pinellas Park.
