Very nice and very clean place

They have a very good reputation in the area. It's very clean overall. Sometimes there's a slight smell of urine, but I can understand how that can happen with a senior population. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and willing to cater to the residents' needs. They ask lots of questions and do their own evaluations to determine the needs of your family member. And they're also involved in medical personnel's need to provide information to family members. They will reach out and call with any questions or concerns. There's a pretty busy activities schedule, although nothing outside of the building during Covid. I think it's a wonderful value here. All senior living can be a little expensive, but Grand Villa is better than other ones in the area for what you get.

The food is great. The service is good. It's a homey experience. The cost is pretty up there. But it's a good place for my loved one, and he is well taken care of here.

The gal who gave us the tour was friendly and helpful. From what I saw, it looked to be a very nice facility. I was not able to try the food, but it looked good and seems to be a fancier menu than some others we saw. The only reason we did not choose them was because they did not have the continuous care that we were looking for.

What an incredible building. It’s beautifully. Everyone is so friendly from the receptionist at the front to all the caregivers.

This is definitely worth looking into for your family member. We are trying to get adjusted but things have been going well. They have activities like bingo, and music activities to keep the residents engaged.

Grand Villa West (GVW) is a wonderful place. About 5 years ago dad’s dementia was too difficult to handle. alone Luckily we choose GVW’s Memory Care. Dad passed 3 years ago, but we still have fond memories of his stay. Dad participated in almost every activity & liked singing the best. One of dad’s caregivers was [name removed]. She is a delight and still tells me how much she loved dad. I still can vision her hugging and kissing dad (pre-covid) on many occasions. Mom moved to the assisted living side of GVW when she had a hip injury. Mom is an introvert and was a recent widower. The staff at GVW encouraged mom to meet people and soon mom had card games, lunch buddies & friends to gossip with. My in laws moved to the independent section of GVW. & took advantage of the many social activities offered. Even though my father in law passed, my mother in law appreciates all of the loving support she received from every staff member to ease her transition. GVW has been such an amazing place.

This is an awesome community for your loved one and I would recommend it to anyone. They do have activities however, covid is limiting things and the residents are not able to do as much.

This facility is definitely like being home. It’s always neat and clean and the staff is so helpful and kind. Our Aunt is very happy there and we are glad we chose this particular location.

I am very happy with the staff's knowledge on memory care needs of the residents. There are alternatives to meals if the resident doesn't like the food. The staff are willing to learn the residents behaviors and assist them when needed.

I am a current residents at Grand Villa of Pinellas Park and I would not want to live any other places but here. The staff are caring. the food is great. [name removed] the ED loves us and cares for us. Her door is always open if you want to be loved and cared for. Move to Grand Villa of Pinellas Park.

I currently live at Grand Villa of Pinellas Park, the staff are very caring and friendly. We all have a good time everyday with other residents and staff. The food is good and I really love my room. I would recommend Grand Villa to anyone looking for Assisted living.

This community did not have as much care as we needed for our loved one but was still a nice location. Our loved one just needed more care.

This community was not in the best area so we were not to comfortable picking this location.

My loved one loves the meals. My loved one has not participated in all the activities but has participated in some and it seems like there are a lot of activities offered and a good variety. The staff were friendly and are always good with returning messages and being open with communication. They even gave my whole family food when we were getting my loved one moved in.

Grace Senior Living was exceptional, everything about this community is a 5+. They went way way out their way to take extreme care of our loved one and the time we spent with her was priceless. During the pandemic they did everything to let us see her, the staff were very accommodating. They did everything for us financially, they let us see her morning, day and night. We still had to follow all the precautions but they were amazing. I would go there in a heartbeat.

This community was good but not as good as my top choices. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and willing to show me around.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the community but it was not what we were looking for at the time. Our loved one needed independent living, they were not ready for assisted living.

The staff and management are excellent, friendly and helpful. A plus Dining Services; the activities program is just great ?? They make me feel like home.

The activities program is excellent, they address several hobbies which allow the residents to pursuit their own interests. The staff is interested in all the residents and encourage their participation in all areas of the activity .
