We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The community was wonderful. The staff were wonderful, caring, and really cared for my loved one. I would highly, highly, highly recommend the community to others. The place is immaculate. It feels like a resort and felt like home.

HarborChase is a beautiful community, it is just gorgeous we were so impressed by it that we wanted to move in ourselves. The cleanliness is perfect, and the resident are kept so busy with the activities. They bring in a singer everyday for the residents to listen to, its just a really nice place.

The staff there was great. They're very caring people, and they took excellent care of my loved one. They took an interest in the family as well. They were great with me and knew who I was when I walked in the door. They called periodically to check in with me and give updates. There was always someone around if I needed something or had a question. The care was excellent there, a lot better than another community he was at previously. It cost more, but it was definitely worth it. I wish I had found them years ago.

I would tell others that the community is an amazing place for a loved one who needs to go into memory care. The staff is very caring. The nurses and doctors are available to talk to you at anytime. I believe there could offer more activities in the memory care unit. During the pandemic they made visits available for families.

It's a great place. The building is brand new and beautiful. They didn't spare any costs in setting things up - they have a theater, barber shop, gym, and courtyards. The dining has been fantastic. The people have been really nice. The staff are great, just a lot of nice people who are working hard. I think once it gets more filled with residents, it will be even better. Currently there are only about 22 people there so far, out of a potential 98 or so. We're hoping more people will come soon! They're just getting activities going, and they need more people involved, residents and staff alike. But that should be improving. My loved one tells me she really likes the food and is eating very well, three meals a day. The chef has even talked with her to see what things she likes so he can make them for her, which has been excellent.

We have 2 loved ones here and they have been amazing and I am happy with this community. The communication is very good and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The community is very nice and the food is great. They have lots of options for dinner and it all tastes great. They have lots of fun activities for the residents to participate in. the apts. are very roomy. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose WIllow Bend because when you walk in it is beautiful, it is like a luxury hotel rather than assisted living. Also the staff were amazing and very welcoming. The room sizes here are great, her room is perfect for her needs. She raves about the food and really enjoys it. She comments constantly about how quiet and private it is in her apartment so that is a big plus. I would absolutely recommend.

Love the staff and their compassion ad concern for my mom! I wish I could live here. Such an awesome facility!

If you want a good place to go and become a big part of a family, and a better quality of life, this is the place to be. My loved one has said nothing but praise on the food. It is five star style meals. The activities are enjoyed and residents highly participate in them..

The staff is engaged, and they are very pleasant. They keep the community neat and clean, and they have activities available for the residents. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The price point was a little better than our other main contender, but the facility was not as new. Our tour was very good. Everybody we met was lovely and super sweet. We got a chance to eat and meet the chef. No complaints. They were In the final cut, and if things don’t work out where we ended up placing our loved one, we would definitely come here.

We chose River Oaks because it was cleaner, nicer, friendlier, and closer. The room sizes at the facility could be a little bit bigger. I think the staff members are very caring and professional. It has been a good experience and I would recommend to others looking.

Parkwest seemed great. The facility was very clean and all of the people we interacted with were very nice. I had the same feelings about them that I had about the facility we ended up choosing, it all just came down to location for us.
