I thought Windsor Reflections was a nice place. I didn’t have any problem with the tour. That was the case with the several tours I went on, so I had a hard decision to make. I would have been satisfied with any of the ones I saw. I just found better pricing elsewhere.

Mom moved into The Windsor of Lakewood Ranch at age 90- now age 98. She has thrived in their loving environment- even with the covid restrictions. She has especially enjoyed the multiple activities offered each day and evening as well as dining. The Residence Director [name removed] sets high standards and I have been quite impressed with their handling of the covid pandemic/ immunizations/ social distancing and cleaning protocols. Every employee gets to know the residents and cheerfully greet them- always lending a hand if needed. The Windsor is just the right size- not too big and not too small- that has kept my mom very ambulatory rather than sitting in her apartment all day. And as a daughter, I love receiving [name removed] daily email newsletters keeping me up to date as to the happenings there!

We liked the facility but the reason we did not go with it is because my loved one thought that it was too big. The facility that we are at now is smaller and she would feel more at home at a smaller facility. The person who did the tour with us was very professional and answered all of our questions. She did not rush us and made sure we knew everything we needed to know.
