We have no complaints and really enjoyed our short time there. The staff was so sweet and caring, things were always clean, and we really felt like they care for their residents.

We would truly rate everything a 5. Unfortunately, we were only there for five days before she passed. Even so, it felt like it would have been her perfect final resting place, and we were all so excited for her to be there. The staff was exceptional—especially the dining room team, who welcomed [name removed] as if they had known her forever. We miss her so much. Hemsley House felt far more like a home than a retirement facility. Her room was absolutely perfect for her, and it was a warm, welcoming place for our entire family. One evening around 7:30, we even brought ice cream to make cones and wheeled her into the cozy common area, where she was surrounded by five of her great-grandkids. That memory means everything to us.

Legend is wonderful! Don't refer anyone to [community removed]! It's gone to hell in every way! It was great when it was [community removed] years ago!

Smaller facility has both pros and cons, and one of the pluses was that it had a welcoming vibe - facility/staff. Services seemed to be better than some other places but not all

My mother-in-law has shared that her experience with the dining/food has been positive. The quality of the meals is very good. The portions are typically appropriate. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The common areas are clean and well maintained. The apartment cleaning has been inconsistent.

There have been some issues trying to get certain things set up or arranged that I think the staff should have initiated or been more involved in. It's clean, welcoming, has a community feel. The employees are nice and know the residents by name. The food is good and the menu changes with a wide variety of options.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Interactions between staff and residents were warm and respectful. The residents were participating in activities planned and carried out by the staff. There is ample opportunity for residents to interact with each other. The residents seemed quite content in their environment.

I rate the overall experience a 5. My mother has done very well at The Windsor and is well cared for. I recommend The Windsor of Lakewood Ranch. It's a very nice assisted living facility, well run and the staff is great.

Very clean facility and the staff is extremely professional and friendly I would highly recommend this anyone’s looking for a place for their loved one. They seem to be extremely caring and super concerned that the residents have a good experience.

The safety and consideration of the staff to the people that live there and the visitors. We would definitely recommend Rivermont Independent Living to other families, it is a wonderful place. Food is very good also and presented so nicely.

They were fantastic. Love the whole team there. Ultimately my father wanted my mom home so she didn't stay long but she thrived there from day one. The team was communicative. I got pictures from [name removed] who helped me feel at ease. They were patient with her and my dad through the adjustment. They worked with us on the finance part of it too. I'm trying to remember everyone's name because they were all so kind. It was clean and had good energy too. Yes, we would recommend The Gables of Gainesville to other families based on the experience.

Our tour of Windsor place was warm and welcoming! The home felt clean, safe, friendly and well managed! [name removed] and [name removed] are very professional and answered our questions to complete satisfaction!

Legends of Ft.worth is clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff is attentive and takes care of the residents. There are daily activities and various off site planned activities throughout the month.

Very comfortable, yet updated. Art really nice throughout. People all friendly. Activities are good. Rooms are smaller for indep living,but good for assisted living . Will consider gfor future living . Go see this place!

It was great experience. The person giving the tour was very informative. The tour was great, saw everything. People were very friendly. Definitely a great place to retire needing extra assistance for living.

The staff were super friendly and engaging. The facility was spotless and the residents of memory care all looked engaged and happy. I cannot say enough good things about the way were treated and we were also able to follow up with the staff.

I would give all of them a 5. The staff has been wonderful in helping to get every thing taken care of and the facility is beautiful. The staff walked me through all the steps needed to get my husband into their facility. They were very patient with both of us which was very important since we had no experience at all with this situation.

The staff is always friendly and easy to approach, which makes a big difference. From the moment you walk in, they are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions, offer assistance when needed, and make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Their positive attitude and willingness to help really stand out and create a great overall experience.

What we like the most about the community is that the entrance with the amenities looks like a resort hotel, the apartment is super nice and accessible, all the staff are really nice. The pub happy hour and movies every night is great for my dad to socialize
