I’ve lived here for two years. I love my view at my apartment, they gave me peace of mind to me here and be safe. They take care of me and Im happy that I’ve made friends!! Thank you to this wonderful team!

I’ve lived here and wanted to tell everyone about how I have loved living here! I’ve made friends and love that I can get a lot of care and connivence. I’ve just enjoyed being here and living life as a retired person!

I love living here because it’s spacious and I love my apartment ! I love eating in the dining room! It’s like eating out every day!! I’ve made friends with the residents here and love that! Sooo happy that I’m here!!

My sister has had great experience. Hope was so helpful in explaining things and getting us started! My sister says this....all of the staff are so helpful and professional...and at the same time respect her privacy. She just had a foot surgery...she left her bedding on the bed...when she came back...all the bedding had been washed and the bed made. She was so grateful...because she wasn't sure how she could get the bed made herself after this surgery.

We truly loved Rivermont for my mom and she did too. She had a cute little apartment. It was clean and neat all of the time. The staff were wonderful and caring. The meals were very good and she was meeting people and enjoying activities. Unfortunately my mother's fall risk made it necessary to move her to assisted living. The only negative thing I could say is that there's not enough parking there but definitely worth the inconvenience. I highly recommend Rivermont.

For an assisted living facility the food selection is varied and the quality is good. Lots of activities are featured every week including live music and movies. The helping staff and the administrative staff are friendly and engaging with the residents and visitors. There is also plenty of space for the residents to sit outside on a porch or on a deck. I have not yet found a walking path around the facility for the residents to enjoy but my Mom has only been there since January so perhaps we'll find a place for walking with the spring and summer coming up.

The staff/ administration very helpful. When I needed assistance with a wheelchair, monitoring her snacking, washing a blanket when it was not her scheduled day they were there.

Very positive and pleasant atmosphere. Staff friendly. Staff helpful.

The facility is not close to many places to shop or eat or concerts or museums. Only Publix and Walmart. But it is attractive and well run. The only major problem is that they cannot seem to keep wait staff in the dining room. It can take 45 minutes to get a glass of water. It can take 1 1/2 hours from sitting down to getting a meal. I know they are working on this problem. They have good activities, a tiny pool for water aerobics and a gym.

My brother loved the staff. All were very friendly and always found time to talk/visit. Facilities were a bit dated but great for the price

I (and my mom) like the friendliness of the staff and how everyone knows her by name. They have an excellent PT staff and she really enjoys most of the art activities.

I would rate all them a 5. Found it to be clean, friendly and have taken good care of my dad. Every staff member is friendly from the greeting I get upon entering and everyone I pass on the way to my dad's room. This includes the nursing staff, therapists and cafeteria staff.

Absolutely fabulous. My mom is so happy here. Thanks. After living in one place for 53 years, this move was very easy. Thanks for all your daily tips for working with elderly parents. These are helpful.

I would also like to add that there are numerous activities and special events to keep residents socially active. The dining area is large and clean, like dining in a restaurant. We have been very impressed with the Med Techs. They do a great job of managing my parents' medications and are concerned about their well-being.

Staff has a desire to see the residents enjoy their stay at the Windsor. When there are concerns, it's important to raise them to the staff. They are so good about responding. Our situation was a hard one. My mom was advancing so quickly in her dementia that it was nearly impossible for the staff to keep her safe and secure in her room, but they worked with her and did the best they could. The facility was well maintained and the staff was quick to respond to situations where there were facility issues in the room.

My dad is happier there. He has a caregiver's that he likes and they take care of him. He also has a favorite caregiver whose name is [name removed] and he always says "She's the best " When I go there his room is always clean and he's clean also.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Place was very clean. Staff was personal and caring. The staff was very helpful and compassionate when my mom passed.

I personally looked at several facilities. This was the last one I checked out because it was up the street from where I Lived. But as soon as I walked in for a tour I thought this is the place for my Mom. Friendly staff, and the administration was as though they knew us. They really went out of their way to make sure my Mother was comfortable. Mom is in the assistant part of the building, where I cannot say enough about the Nursing Staff wellness director, [name removed], she answered all my concerns and questions. The aids are caring and very loving with all the residents. There is so much there to do if u are interested. And I have to personally say the food at all the restaurants is really well. You need to visit yourself to get that wonderful comfortable feeling that I felt when I placed my Mother in Azalia.
