The environment is clean and beautiful, the staff are caring and friendly, and there are always activities.

We had a great experience. Unfortunately, my father was only there for a very short amount of time because he died about 2 weeks after he moved in. The nursing staff was amazing. They did everything to make my dad and our family extremely comfortable. I moved a lot of things from my dad's home into his room, so it was familiar to him. The staff helped me with setting up his TV. I just can't give them enough praise. They treated my father and my family with dignity and respect until his last breath.

Organizational skills of admin staff be improved. This may (or may not) be related to workload. Care staff is excellent.

The Sales Director, [name removed] was great. He provided very open and informative information about Hemsley House and gave us a comprehensive tour of the facility. Hemsley House itself was very clean and vibrant and the rooms and amenities were very nice.

We loved [name removed] who told us all about Renaissance! She was fantastic! We liked so many things about Renaissance but my mom liked another place better (Discovery Village at Tampa Palms). The apartments were a little larger and the building was newer. Renaissance was a close second though!

[name removed] was very informative, even though she was filling in for [name removed] who was out that day. She was very customer friendly, and she answered all questions we had at the time.

We toured 6 places in OKCY Norman and Moore area and this was our choice. Very helpful staff. Clean facility and residents were well attended.

The place looks really great and the location would of worked but the price was just a little to high for us.

Many of the staff went out of their way to help mom ( who had dementia) feel safe and happy. [name removed] especially was loved by mom and she treated her with amazing respect and helpfulness.

Very nice facility. Was really impressed. [name removed] explained everything very well. Cost is what is the problem.

Lovely place and people were friendly. If I were picking a place for myself I would pick them. Family is looking for assisted living connected to skilled nursing.

It is a beautiful facility and very clean. Everyone was very welcoming. The rooms that I saw were very clean and functional for my mom's needs. I will definitely be considering this facility for her future needs.

We have no complaints and really enjoyed our short time there. The staff was so sweet and caring, things were always clean, and we really felt like they care for their residents.

We would truly rate everything a 5. Unfortunately, we were only there for five days before she passed. Even so, it felt like it would have been her perfect final resting place, and we were all so excited for her to be there. The staff was exceptional—especially the dining room team, who welcomed [name removed] as if they had known her forever. We miss her so much. Hemsley House felt far more like a home than a retirement facility. Her room was absolutely perfect for her, and it was a warm, welcoming place for our entire family. One evening around 7:30, we even brought ice cream to make cones and wheeled her into the cozy common area, where she was surrounded by five of her great-grandkids. That memory means everything to us.

Legend is wonderful! Don't refer anyone to [community removed]! It's gone to hell in every way! It was great when it was [community removed] years ago!

Smaller facility has both pros and cons, and one of the pluses was that it had a welcoming vibe - facility/staff. Services seemed to be better than some other places but not all

My mother-in-law has shared that her experience with the dining/food has been positive. The quality of the meals is very good. The portions are typically appropriate. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The common areas are clean and well maintained. The apartment cleaning has been inconsistent.

There have been some issues trying to get certain things set up or arranged that I think the staff should have initiated or been more involved in. It's clean, welcoming, has a community feel. The employees are nice and know the residents by name. The food is good and the menu changes with a wide variety of options.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Interactions between staff and residents were warm and respectful. The residents were participating in activities planned and carried out by the staff. There is ample opportunity for residents to interact with each other. The residents seemed quite content in their environment.

I rate the overall experience a 5. My mother has done very well at The Windsor and is well cared for. I recommend The Windsor of Lakewood Ranch. It's a very nice assisted living facility, well run and the staff is great.
