This seems to be a safe environment for my loved one and gives the family comfort knowing our loved one is here. The staff communication with the family is excellent. They are responsive to our questions, and concerns about our loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and they have choices to choose from.

This is a very nice place for our loved one to be. Legend is up-to-date in furnishings and is in convenient location for family to visit. The staff is good at communicating with the family and answering our questions. There are three meals a day served and there are choices for the residents to choose from. It would nice to see larger print on the menus in the dining room for the residents to read.

They are so apprachable and there for us. My loved one likes the food. The food is really good. The staff is really great. They have a lot of good activites. They work so hard. The value for the money is good. We picked this place, because it's a smaller community, and much easier for my loved one to get around. The layout makes it easier for the elderly. Overall, we are very happy. They are very dedicated to the residents. They are welcoming, remind them of things and listen when there are any concerns. Overall, it's a great place.

I love this facility, it's wonderful. Our experience here was great. The staff was so kind and caring here. The meals were outstanding. They have a great variety of activities. The rooms are spacious and the living/bedroom areas are separated nicely. My mom's unit had an outside door that led to the outdoor atrium, which was wonderful and helped make it feel like home. Some of the residents even had plants in the atrium that they cared for. I think that was special, especially for those who enjoyed gardening and still wanted to be able to do that. This facility was just outstanding and mom really enjoyed her time here. Communication with the family was very good. I can't think of a single thing they could improve. I certainly would recommend them to family and friends.

It was a wonderful experience! I feel very comfortable in leaving [name removed] there because all she has to do is ring a bell for anything !!! Wonderful food..!! Caring people!

They had smaller rooms, and I did not really care for the set-up of the rooms. It was more for, highly functioning elderly people, or those who were very independent. It was a very beautiful facility.

The people are so wonderful. It feels like family. My loved one, sure does likes the food. They offer lots of activities, and they try to get my loved one to interact. It is well worth the money. We picked this community because, they were fabulous, we loved it and it felt like home.

I toured this community and it was really nice. It was clean and staff was friendly. We didn't like that the rooms were smaller and bathrooms were shared.

The community is clean. Everyone is great. We love it there. The food is great, it's really good. My loved one has not particpated in the activities, but they have a lot of things going on. We picked this community because it was the nicest, and offered the most for my loved one.

Sunrise of Upper St. Clair was very nice but the only hard thing for us was that it was during Covid and there wasn't much activity at the places that we were touring. It seemed like there was more activity and protection at the facility we went with.

This facility is great. My loved one lived here for awhile. The staff is friendly, food is good, it's clean, and care is good.

I am thankful to live here with my sweet cat, Molly. I never thought I would have to live in a studio apartment, but I enjoy it here because I do not have to disturb my children living with them. The Windsor also has a great chef!

I love the Windsor because it feels like home. The staff cares about my wellbeing and food is great!

Very cost excellent. The people who work here are wonderful. Everyone tries her best every day to provide the best service and treat us well. We have good food portions and a well-balanced diet provided by the Chef.

Highly recommended! Wonderful environment. Very clean. Friendly residents. Nutritious meals with homestyle cooking. I find the employees to be attentive and caring towards the residents. The Windsor has always felt warm and inviting. They have always had great family nights and include us in the fun as well.

Legend of Hutch is a wonderful place. My parents have lived there four months, and it's been a TOUGH transition moving from their home. The nursing staff, all the aides, acivity coord, and administration TRULY want the residents to be happy. They know how to 'handle' the changes the elderly go thru, and we've experienced it first hand. They've also gotten to know ME, and I feel like they are my FRIENDS, as well as the caregivers watching over my parents. The remodeling is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and has improved the community greatly! I am really glad they live there ... its a great peace of mind for me!

From the moment we walked in we knew this was the community for our loved one, it is very clean and the people there are very friendly. It feels like home, we felt at ease, she was comfortable and we were comfortable leaving her there - we knew she would be safe and well looked after. Our loved one has not complained about the meals and dining service so we assume they are good. The activities are wonderful - they do have this University of Friends come from the local school almost to do like a group discussion/therapy with the residents and we would love it if they kept it around, we find it very beneficial for the residents.

The community is wonderful. The cleanliness, the care, the staff all make this a great experience for us. As soon as you walk in, it gives you a good feeling. The staff are caring and willing to assist the residents. The community is really good at keeping my loved one's room and it's important to us. It would be nice to see more specialized diets and accommodations for the meals for the residents that have these needs. The staff communication with the family is wonderful!

This is a good and safe place for the residents. The staff have been helpful to our loved one and family. Some of the activities include are crafts, gardening, dominions, and more for the residents to participate in. This is a community I would recommend to other for their loved ones.

We have not personally been to the community, but when we speak to our loved one we have heard no complaints. The big deciding factor for us was the women in charge of recruitment [name removed]. She has been very personable and would get on zoom chats with us so we could see the facility since we live out of town. She has been nothing but helpful. Also when anything comes up no matter how small it is, we can call the resident director and he is more then willing to help and be accommodating.
