I had the chance to tour with my friend and her son. Everything was pleasant and clean. Residents and staff were friendly and welcoming. I have attended programs and they have been interesting. The food and drinks are delicious.

I came here to Regent Park in [date removed]. I was on oxygen full time and was carrying lots of weight and other issues. All treated and health improved dramatically.

I feel fortunate that I am able to spend my final years in a facility like Regent Park. I can peruse my own interests or take part in the many activities offered. I have health care supervisors, three meals planned by a certified chef, room cleaning and laundry services by skilled staff and many opportunities for an active social life. What more could you want?

I would say it is an excellent place for my mom to live. All the people are so friendly and attentive. It is very welcoming.

The staff cares for the residents well and cares about them. The housekeeping is good. The move in process was easy. The meals are better than other places. I do not see much on the daily activities to occupy the residents. I would recommend this facility to others.

I would tell a friend that the community is very accommodating and works to really get to know the resident and the family and work together to meet everyone's needs. We picked this community because of its location, the amenities, its new and beautiful. The overall vibe of the community is lively. Meals need some help, but they recently changed dinning services.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sunrise of North Wales and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The move in process was smooth. The facility is clean. The friendliness, care services and value for cost are great. I would definitely recommend Sunrise of North Wales to others who are looking for Assisted Living care for themselves or their loved ones.

I found the Windsor of Gainesville in a time of crisis. My mother's sudden physical decline (her cardiologist didn't think she had even 6 months left); my father's sudden mental decline made it clear they couldn't live on their own, and I didn't have the skills or knowledge to care for them well. I took them to visit a couple of places. Only the Windsor felt like home. It was a terrifying time. As we settled mom and dad into their apartment, the staff was there to meet them, take over administering their meds, and begin their care. My parents' health improved and they enjoyed another 3.5 years at the Windsor. Even through Covid. I am convinced that the care of the staff extended their lives. They were family. When my father was in hospice 45 minutes away, staff visited him. When my mother was in hospice care at the Windsor, there was always someone with her. When she passed, Windsor staff was at her memorial to share memorial. They were there for all of us. We are forever grateful.

My parents moved into the Windsor about 5 years ago and the experience has been wonderful. My parents moved from a large commercial assisted living facility where the management seemed more interested in money than their residents. Windsor is totally different. My father was a "difficult" resident but the Windsor staff were so sensitive to his reality and made him feel really welcome. Mom has been living in the memory care unit and has received wonderful care and she has thrived. I feel sure that she would not still be with us without the great attention and caring support she receives at Windsor. The staff are great. If you are considering placing your parents in an assisted living facility, you should visit Windsor before making a decision.

What our family likes the most about the Legend at Tulsa Hills is that our loved one is safe, comfortable and most of all happy. The staff is very kind to the folks. They're very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility.

I have nothing but praises to say about [name removed] and her team, who successfully moved my dad into memory care while I was out of town for the holidays. They put up pictures on the walls, made his bed perfectly, and made his new room look so cozy for him when he arrived back from the hospital. I’m so grateful for all she does, and the ways that she cares for her residents as if they were her family!

The care staff are so caring and friendly. The health director, [name removed], is amazing. I know she will take good care of my mom. Everyone made my mom feel so welcomed. She talks about they take such good care of her. The facility is always clean. The dining room is beautiful and welcoming. As far as the food goes, I think more variety and the quality could be better. I hear a lot about dry chicken or pork and mushy vegetables.

I recently have been in search of a new home for my grandfather. My grandfather is no longer capable of doing it all on his own. So I googled some places and your facility came up. My partner and I came in and toured The Windsor in Ortega. Wow! The community is amazing. Everyone we encountered was so helpful and kind. The sales-team was extremely knowledgeable about my grandfathers condition and what his needs will be moving forward. I actually left with more knowledge about the entire process. This is not an easy thing to deal with and its nothing I've had to do before. They understood my worries and fears and helped ease my mind. I have been dreading taking this next step and they just made me feel at home and at ease. We have not chosen a community yet...but out of all the spots we stopped and visited...this by far was the most inviting, clean and knowledgable.

The team and associates greet you with a smile and are eager to help. I enjoyed my visit and meeting the team. I would have peace of mind placing my mom here with the team in place. You can tell they really care.

I came in for a tour to check it out for my grandpa. The grounds are beautiful, the common spaces are well kept and the rooms are inviting. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. This community is definitely high on my list.
