Pleasant building facade. Private rooms for patients with a private bath. Large windows with views of trees and grass. Kind workers who are very patient with us. So Far. If you have to live ina home, this is a good one.

Staff is friendly. Community is always clean. Residents always seem happy and are well cared for.

They were the greatest at Legend at Council Road Oklahoma, I could not have asked for a better place. We chose this facility because when we walked in, I just knew that this was the one. It gave us a great feeling that I didn't get anywhere else that we looked. The best part about the facility was the staff members, they were wonderful. I would absolutely recommend.

My favorite part of staying here has to be the excitement of getting together and participating in so many fun activities with my friends I have made. I'm very glad to be here and I am thankful to have some nice friends.

Even in an uncertain situation, we are still given good care and our needs are always met. This facility has showed good values and I really enjoy seeing the workers so happy to help me.

Rock Ridge values residents and helps us to stay confident while maintaining our freedom and ability to do whatever it is we want to do. I always have help when i need it, but when I want to do something independently, I can be confident knowing they are always available.

We never had any issues whatsoever with this community. It was very clean and everyone that worked here was nice and polite. We chose Harbor Chase because of a recommendation. I called and went for a tour and it was a beautiful facility, we were sold. The location and price also worked for our family. I would absolutely recommend.

It's fantastic! Each person is an individual and Park West acknowledges that. I like everything about Park West Plaza.

Very comfortable place to live. I feel like I'm well taken care of. I am very pleased as well as my family.

In general- pretty good. The care and concern from staff. Park West is good at the protection of residents during covid. I'm thankful for no outbreaks of the virus in AL. I enjoy the activities. Staff also does a great job. I plan on staying at Park West.

My 91-year-old resident said, " I like it here. My room is lovely and comfortable and they have great food." Due to Covid 19, the facility is closed to visitors. They have had no infections. I am an RN who has worked in longterm care, based on observation, I have complete confidence in the staff's quality of care. The activity staff does an outstanding job creating diversion/stimulation daily.

Willow Bend ALF and Memory Care is the top-notch ALF in the metroplex. The staff is exceptional and it is great to see the same faces working there year after year. If anyone was looking for a loving home I would definitely recommend Willow Bend.

Excellent! From management, maintenance, dining (food and service), housekeeping, transportation and life enrichment, it's "all good"! PS apts are really nice s are buildings and lancscape! Area is peaceful- SAFE- quiet! And my family has absolute confidence in Legends!

Our Mother moved “home” to The Windsor of Lawrence in November 2019. She had been residing in another assisted living facility in Lawrence since 2016 and we finally determined she needed more assistance with the advancement of her dementia. The staff of The Windsor of Lawrence have been a blessing for our loved one, as well as offering her family peace of mind. Mother is finally receiving the social integration we believe she deserves and the staff is very helpful at cueing her to keep her involved. She requires assistance with hygiene, dressing and undressing. With every visit, I ask my Mother if she feels safe. I ask if everyone around her is kind. I ask her if she has any wants or needs that we can offer her. She always tells me these people here are so nice. They do everything for me. She asks me, what else could a person want for? She also tells me with every single visit, I know you worry about me. I don’t want you to put yourself through that. I am content. EVERY SINGLE VISIT, I am content. She no longer knows where she lives, where her family lives and why we can’t all be together. But, she is at peace and she feels safe where she is. The professionals who work at The Windsor of Lawrence are caring, loving and extremely hard working. I can’t imagine the challenges they all face on a daily basis during the pandemic with residents who mostly have memory care issues. I feel nothing but GRATITUDE for The Windsor of Lawrence Community.

Apartment and bathroom are nice. Really enjoy the activities department 7 stars!! Community offers services for laundry, housekeeping, and dining room.

Mom is so happy here. She loves the staff. They are her family. Whenever i visit, she looks well cared for - clean clothes, hair done and nails.

Willow Bend is a wonderful community. They take exceptional care of my mom. The staff is very thoughtful and makes sure she is active and involved in activities. She has thrived at Willow Bend. My mom said "she has no complaints and is very well taken care of", she loves it here.

From day one of my wife's residence in her assisted care room at the Windsor of Lawrence I have been impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the superb care provided to my wife and all the residents, the open welcome received by me during my many visits, the high quality of the meals, the fun activities enjoyed by both residents and their visitors. My wife has enjoyed a new loving family dedicated to her care and wellness.

Both of my parents were at one point living at the Windsor, the staff have always gone above and beyond to try to get my questions answered and to help out the folks with the challenges they face with dementia and memory issues. The facility has always been very clean and well maintained whenever we visit and the staff responsive to special requests or new challenges.
