I've never been happier. I think it's the best staff I've ever run into. Everyone from the dining room to housekeeping to reception. IT's not a big place, about 65-70 residents, and we're like one big family. You get to know people when it's a smaller place like that. I promote a lot of activities, I'm teaching an art class. We play cards every night. I'm really happy there. The food is excellent, and we have a wonderful cook. I have no complaints at all. We have probably the best general manager there is. He greets everyone at all three meals, he's such a nice man and a real gentleman. If you need something, or you want something, you just tell him, and he says "You got it." We asked for nametags, and we got them within a few weeks. He brought in a ton of board games for us to help get us out of rooms. We have exercise every morning, and they're getting ready to start aquacize. There's a nice pool. It's in a great location, close to lots of places. Soon we'll be able to do bus tours around the city. I's a wonderful place nd I would recommend it to anybody.

The attention to detail was amazing and the staff really took great care of us. The community was very good with communication and kept us informed and was also quick to return calls and texts. I would recommend this community to others. This is such a loving environment and they took great care of my parents.

We do know they have activities for the residents, like book clubs, puzzles and board games. They may also take them out on small outings, they may never get off the bus but they do drive them around/ When it comes to the value you do pay more, but we believe you get more and we would recommend this community to others.

The interior of the community as well as the exterior was very clean, and the care services were absolutely wonderful. Our loved one never complained about the food, and she really loved the activities that was her favorite part of the day. She enjoyed that they would let them go outside and visit in the courtyard with their families and the other residents. She just loved all the people there.

[name removed] was absolutely amazing. She was so caring, genuine, understanding and responsive. This facility seems to meet my needs in every way. Every staff member I have met so far has been very friendly. I am looking forward to partnering with them to provide the best care possible for my dad! Thank you thank you thank you!

This facility is beautiful with the staff being very helpful and courteous. Our reason for not choosing was really due to the fact that this facility is large and we worry about our Father, at this stage in his illness, adapting as he is coming from a much smaller location. I would highly recommend Renaissance to anyone who asked.

We have been very pleased with Rivermont Independent Living. We chose this facility because I was looking during the pandemic to move my parents to a secure place that could tend to their needs. Their protocols here for covid visitation and end of life situations were to me a mixture of being extremely safe but also taking into consideration that if it came down to end of life, our family would be able to go through that with them. They also still provide plenty of activities so that the residents can keep busy. The staff members from the top down have been extremely kind and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

During the week our loved one was there, they were very accommodating and graceful. It is a beautiful place and I would move there if i had the choice.

We had a great experience with Legend at Capital Ridge. We chose this facility because when we were looking it was the middle of covid and they were one of the few taking new residents. From the day we first contacted them it was a pleasant surprise, things were always getting better. The quality of care was exemplary and so was the value for the money based on research we did on other facilities. If I had a need, they would be the first call I would make.

Windsor of Venice is a lovely community- tastefully decorated with many caring and compassionate staff members. I am grateful for the excellent care my loved ones receives.

I like the facility setting. Able to allocate patients easily. Staffs care, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this facility to a friend or family.

This is a definitely a community to go look at. The staff is really concerned about the residents. The community is a single level, and the staff knows all the residents.

The staff is good at keeping me informed of my loved one. I think they are really concerned for residents. If I've not spoken to a staff member before, they know who my loved one is and they have interacted well with them.

The staff keep us updated with COVID and their regulations. We would refer friends to this community. We've had two family members at The Windsor. They have been proactive in keeping COVID out of the community. The food is great.

We had a good experience with The Windsor of Lakewood Ranch. The location is great, it is also very close to a hospital which is nice. The office staff was a little unprofessional, but all of the nurses, chefs, cleaning were excellent. It is a nice facility and I would recommend them.

The staff is very aware of the safety of the residence. I would definitely recommend this community to others

It is never easy to move ones parents into anursing home until one meets the friendly staff at Legend of Allentown. They are attentive, professional and become like family. When one parents passes one knows the care continues and they do special things to assist in the couple to individual transition. Food options are plentiful, activities multiple to meet the many interests and the fellowship between residents positive. Definitely was a good find.
