Definitely not a secure facility for residents with exit seeking behavior. My mom exited on 5 different occasions. We had to move her into a secure facility. Very understaffed. It also lacked engaging activities.

I’m so disappointed in the Memory Care section at Silver square. The staff is friendly but either overworked or lazy. I’m shocked at the lack of overseeing, engagement and management. This is an expensive place that doesn’t seem able to provide basic standard care. It’s very disturbing to see someone you love in this inept facility.

We found Atria Cherry Hill to be a very difficult facility to deal with. Their office staff was unprofessional and hard to work with. My mother in law was approved to move into the Assisted Living section on [date removed]. We paid the month in full at the beginning of March. The management met my mother in law at the time we gave them her check. We filled out piles of required paperwork and submitted all required documentation from her PCP, insurance company, bank. However, the facilty had to send their nurse out to my mother in law's home to evaluate her. They admittedly forgot to do this, and the nurse didn't arrive until mid afternoon the day prior, [date removed], to my mother in law moving in. After completion of the evaluation the nurse told us, as a family, that the facilty could not take my mother in law into their Assisted living section because she needed Memory Care. However, they did not have a vacancy in their memory care. She was completely moved out of her house, her belongings had to be put into rented storage until we could decide where she was going to go. Atria never reached out to us. Atria never offered to return her money. We had to fight with them, getting their corporate office in another state involved. It took over 6 weeks for them to give our money back. My mother in law has been living in another Assisted Living, for 2 months now and she is flourishing. She is not at a stage where she ever needed memory care. We would not recommend Atria!

If you have a loved one do NOT put them in this facility.. our family made that mistake. The care of your loved one does not exit here. Cleanliness does not exit and management tells you what you want hear. We were disgusted that we were paying to clean our loved one, clean their room. The staff was friendly but they yes you to death. I would rate it a Negative number if I could. Do not get talked into moving your loved one into this pathetic non caring place. Absolutely pathetic. I wouldn’t put my dog there.

As a current resident I do not recommend Wingate. We have been promised renovations for almost a year. The place is falling apart. The chairs in the dining room aren’t even safe. The common areas have dirty, out of date furniture. Wingate doesn’t seem to care about anything but the bottom line.

When we moved our grandmother in, we were astonished by the facility. The building was new and bright with lots of friendly families. As time went on, the community grew sour. We were highly suggested to move our grandmother to the "Reflections" part of the facility by the staff. The staff in the Reflections community did not care for the residents. One time, a staff member grew impatient with a resident during lunchtime, so she went to the kitchen and forced the resident to eat what she brought back. There have also been numerous reports of the staff stealing from residents. Whatever you do, do not go to The Residence.

If you care about whoever you are thinking of placing there, DON'T. Please taking this as a warning, they are nothing but a business, and what do businesses thrive on, MONEY . They are NOT a patient care facility. Do not be fooled as we were about how much they care about the resident. My father spent more time at the emergency room with unsupervised or unwitessed falls in 2 months than he ever has in 3 lifetimes!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO THEIR FACILITY. There is not a rating low enough to post.

I cannot give this facility a rating. I speak from first hand experience, no measure are taken to correct issues. The degree of uncaring is overwhelming. I am planning to move my mother out as soon as possible.

If I could give to zero stars I would. The residents of this community do not receive proper care from the nursing aides. Staff is extremely rude especially the management team. I moved my mom out immediately after two months of hell. The facility has a major bedbug issue and the food is terrible. Mom is now in a new facility! I do not recommend this place. Think twice before sending your love ones to live at the hearth.

I don’t recommend this place. The residents don’t get the proper care for the amount of money they charge. Major bedbug issues, and the employees are very disrespectful especially the management team. I moved mom out after two months. Picking this place was My worst decision ever.

Traditions of Wayland used to be a great place to live for my Mother. She has lived there for several years. The Staff and Management used to be really great. Now the staff is very unpleasant and never smile. Things have changed drastically in the past month. The new staff are not experienced. The home my mother used to enjoy, she nolonger enjoys. The place is messy and unorganized. All the new changes in staff past few months have not been great. The food is bland and does not taste well anymore. The Activities Director that my mom loved quit recently. The dining department just recently lost two of the best people who made the overall dining service pleasurable for my mom and the other residents. The dining service has been awful lately and the dining staff have been unpleasant. The housekeeping staff used to be great and now noone keeps areas clean anymore. Considering moving my mother to a different location if things do not improve.

Please do not bring your parents here. When it was Longwood Place it was the best place in the state. The employees and management at Longwood place was there for ever and always cared for the residents. All of Longwood Place team has left in one year time, what does that tell you. No one in there right mine would ever bring there parents there.This is a company that keeps buying places up. They are in it just for the money. It is sad that Longwood Place is gone. These chains are going around buying all these small assisted livings and sooner or later they sell out or fold.

Any positive review is done by LCB, this place is so cold to the residents. Management and all the help from Longwood Place is gone is less than a year. Do not bring your parents here. There are so many places that are more caring. This company is in it just for the money. STAY AWAY
