Lots of great activities for people of all interests, staff has been friendly and warm. Definitely can tell they care greatly for the residents and work to make it a wonderful home for all. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for care for themselves or loved ones

I stopped into the Residence at South Windsor Farms to look for memory care options for my mother-in law. I’ve seen many options in the area today and what resonated the most with me when making this difficult decision was the friendliness of the staff, the feel of the neighborhood, the residents were clean, well taken care of and out and about. [name removed] the sales director was so kind, caring, and listened to my concerns. I also met the nurse [name removed] who made me feel safe, and that she would be well cared for when we’re ready to make a decision in the next month or two on placing my mother-in-law.

I think this is a great option for senior living. Every time I visit this community the staff is so friendly and the residents are always smiling. They make a point to know your name and everyone feels welcome!

I would not hesitate to recommend this community to anyone interested in its services. We chose this community because of the communication with the Sales Manager , [name removed] and the way she tirelessly answered all of our questions and concerns. They also have a great system for transition from rehab to permanent residence.

My parents were undecided about staying in their house or finding someplace that would be safer as they age. After over a year of looking, they decided on Residence at Ferry Park. They love it. Good food, useful activities, friendly residents. They have the ability to go out when they want to, but they can get most everything they need without leaving the building. Best, there is always someone to help, whether it’s help using the cell phone or hanging photos or just being safe in the shower. We are very happy with it.

My husband and I recently moved in the ferry park and it feels like home!!! Everyone is so friendly but also gives us of space too. I was very anxious leading up to the move and felt overwhelmed and everything has fallen into place! I feel this move has given our family peace of mind.

Really friendly community and genuine staff. From walking in you can tell this community is well connected and likes working together. They just have a unique feeling. From what I have seen, many of their caregivers have been there a while, and with a new chef, the food has gotten even better. Great job Ferry Park!

The wellness director and her team are phenomenal. If you’re looking for an assisted living facility for your loved one, I recommend you check this facility out.

Our family searched for many months, looking for a community that was safe, beautiful and active for our parents. We could not be happier with our choice. The Residence at Brookside has exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff is extremely helpful, kind and compassionate. They have a fabulous menu and lots of activities and events to keep the guests entertained & social. We couldn’t be happier!

When you walk into Suffield by the River you automatically feel like your at home. The receptionist is very welcoming. All the associates and residents greet you when you walk by. One of the residents, named [name removed], will stop and talk to you and tell you all the wonderful things that she does in community. It's just the type of place you want to have your loved ones.

Our family has just begun a search for independent living for our parents. One of the most impressive things I noted while visiting this community was the number of attentive staff and people who went out of their way to make sure my family felt special while they were there. We met several people who worked at the community from the receptionist to the nurses and people who worked with activities and each one of them took the time to introduce themselves and talk to us about what role they would play in helping my parents feel welcome.
