The main concern we have with this community is that the caregivers service quality is not the best. They are not quick to respond and they do not seem kind. The food is good and they keep the community clean. They offer daily activities.

We toured the Sagewood at Daybreak when we were looking for respite care for my mother in law. The place was nice, but it was not easy to get into. Also, it was twice the price as the other place I was looking at.

I have my Mother living here. They do a pretty good job but like lots of places make promises to do things that are very slow to happen. It would be helpful if they reinforced programs,activities,tours,activities etc with residents regularly. Older people forget and need to be reminded. Food is good. Staff could spend a little more time with new and difficult tenants. There are pluses and minisuses on most senior living places. Atria would score higher if they paid a little closer attention to the needs of tenants.

My mother lived in this community before moving out of state and we where pleased with her experience. Like every place this place has its problems but they where always solved rather quickly and the good always out weighed the bad. The staff where always so friendly to her and really got to know my mom on a personal level. I would recommend this place to anyone looking into retirement.

This is a nice community and my mom seems happy here.They had a nice variety when it comes to the food that is served. The staff is very nice and helpful with everything needed. It is a clean community inside and out. I would recommend this for good care for a loved one.

It has been an awesome experience for my uncle here at this community. The community looks great, they do a very good job with the cleanliness. They have a good staff here, they have been helpful and responsive to my concerns. There are many activities offered for him to participate in. The meals are very nice, but is a bit expensive to eat a meals with him. Overall I know he is safe and being cared for well. I would highly recommend this community.

It's nice that you can be on the waiting list, and you can go and have a meal or do some activities, and just get acquainted before a move in. What I liked about it is, it's really affordable for what they offer. There don't seem to be a lot of hidden costs. It really seemed to be a good deal.

My mother is doing well, it has been a hard adjustment, but Atria is a wonderful community. Everybody has been great to work with. There are wonderful activities offered. The food is amazing. I really feel very blessed to have found this community, Our experiences has been outstanding.

I liked the atmosphere and the people both on staff and the residents. I fear however, that my mother is at the edge of their care level and would be recommended for skilled nursing too soon. Though the marketing person had a list of callback items, I never rec’d a callback.

The staff is nice and friendly. They were accommodating to us when we first arrived. The food is good and they offer different activities. We love this facility and are very pleased to be apart of them

The Atria Woodbridge was really good. They were very accommodating to what my loved one needed. All of the staff members were fine and real friendly, so there is not much to complain about with this place.

They assisted us in the transformation with my mother from her house to the facility and it was all top notch service and help from people that i felt cared about this as much as we did.

This facility is in a nice location. It is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, and it is well maintained. The staff is helpful and they really care. This facility has a rather large community and I am not sure why they don't have more staff.

This seems like a nice place to for elderly people. It is clean and clean smelling, the entire staff including the administration is nice, and the food is very good. I was surprised. Overall, very pleased.

Atria Sandy is a nice facility, though I think a bigger variety of activities would be better, and I would like for there to be better communication between families and the people working there. Other than that, the food has been really good, and it's within walking distance from my home so it's definitely in a good location.

Things seem to be going well overall at Atria Sandy. My loved ones are settling in well. The staff are all very friendly, and it took them no time at all to get to know my loved ones and the sorts of activities and events that they enjoy. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they just seem to do a great job overall looking after the people who live here!

There is a bigger variety of apt sizes here than in Golden Creek. They have not gone through that recent remodel so they are more generic and plan. The common areas here, though, were all very beautiful and well-kept. Very nice surroundings and very nice people.

They staff there is really great. The rooms are really nice. It's just a very nice facility. Everything is high quality, very clean and a great location. Everyone seems really nice.

The place at Atria Woodbridge is incredibly clean, very immaculate. The staff is incredibly friendly as well. There are a couple of things I would improve. For one, I think that when someone comes in, they need more of an introduction to get them oriented to how things operate. It took mom a while to figure how when and how to do certain things. Second, mom is really struggling right now with the food. They are old people. They complain that the vegetables are too hard, the food is not always hot, etc. They also are getting a little fancy with the food, where as I think they would prefer simple classics done right. Despite a couple of small areas for improvement, overall we are very happy and impressed with Atria Woodbridge, especially the friendliness of everyone there.
