La Posada was our second choice of all the places we looked at in Florida. I liked the layout of the facility, and I thought they had really nice walkways and picturesque gardens. But we ended up moving to a different state.

The people as in the staff are the best. They are friendly and interested in anything you're doing and just all-around nice. I enjoy my room, my privacy, my friends. Everything is very good because and it's close to my church.

It is a nice option for assisted living. The family is following up with the staff for care needs for your loved one. Some of the food options don't accommodate all the dietary restrictions for low sodium diets.

My biggest concern is there can be a lot of additional expenses added to services. It would be ncie if they included three meals a day instead of just two. But I like that it's well secured and well staffed. The people there are very friendly. They've been responsive and helfpul. The food I tried was very good, and they Have a lot of activities.

It is a good option for your loved one. The friendliness, cleanliness, and care services are amazing. The food could be healthier for the residents in the community. The residents have their choice of food options for meals and snacks.

The meals are not really catered to our loved one due to their health state, but for other residents we think they would be good. However, we do think they should have more southern breakfast variety, they get eggs and bacon everyday. We wish they would throw in some biscuits and gravy or even pancakes. The activities are still somewhat limited especially the church services. They have the Catholic services back up but we are still waiting on the Presbyterian services. The staff really stood out to us in the beginning, they seemed to really take a personal interest in our loved one.

Yes smoking location must be confirmed by executive director. Our tour was fantastic! The courtyard and walking spaces won mom. [name removed] advocate-style helped mom focus on her specific benefits. This tour was mom’s first positive response to moving.

Excellent dining room service. Good aides service.

We do know there are a lot of activities to be offered, however our loved one is just not able to participate in some of them. The people that work with our loved one really do care about her, and we would recommend this community to others.

This year, in the middle of a pandemic, is not a good time for a review. With imposed quarantine, most of us have been kept safe from the virus. I have felt lucky to be at Emerald Court.

The staff is wonderful and there are still many activities to participate in. The food is outstanding. Warm and friendly atmosphere!!

I enjoy living in the community. I've been here for over 5 years. The associates protect us from Covid-19. They are doing a great job. Food could be better in some areas. Being there in the dining room is great!!

Nice community. Friendly staff. Upkeep seemed a bit lacking in both the building and grounds.

I've lived here for 5 years and am pleased with all aspects. But with Covid-19, things aren't as they used to be. We are confined to our apartment and meals are delivered to our rooms.

We chose Heritage Greens because they had availability at the time. The room sizes were just fine. My only complaint was that the level of care they provided did not match the level of care my mother needed. I would not blame them for this though. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

I feel that they overcharge for some items. The have refused to reduce their fees-I've asked them to do this. I have paid for another outside group to come in and help my loved one. This group is helping her with daily living activities and they are not part of Woodland Terrace. These items are not being taken care of by the staff at Woodland Terrace. I believe if the staff at Woodland Terrace were in charge of my loved one's care she would be cooped up in her room. There are a lot of excuses being provided to me by the upper level staff. There are some good workers and intermediate staff along with the floor (worker bees) that are very good. I had to fill out an eight page survey about what my wife liked. I feel I wasted my time as they have been feeding my loved one canned fruit, instead of using fresh fruit. I feel that the community could improve on how the food looks for my loved one. This I've seen in more the memory unit, I believe the right diet helps slow the disease down for my loved one. My loved one is used to eating fresh food, as we had a large garden in our yard. My mother was a dietitian, and I'm used to eating fresh fruit and vegetables and the more you could eat the better.

I chose this community because it is a good value. it is a very nice facility, and the staff are very friendly. There are no unpleasant odors in the community. The food is reasonably good pre-COVID. I would recommend this community to other families. It is in a really good location close to shopping, restaurants and medical offices. The staff are helpful and friendly. We are at ease having our mother live there.
