I chose this community because it is a good value. it is a very nice facility, and the staff are very friendly. There are no unpleasant odors in the community. The food is reasonably good pre-COVID. I would recommend this community to other families. It is in a really good location close to shopping, restaurants and medical offices. The staff are helpful and friendly. We are at ease having our mother live there.

I have been here one month. Very nice accommodations, my apartment is very nice, meals are good, too much sometimes. Because of the virus, all activities are closed. I am sure I will find activities to get into when this is over. I am familiar with Corona as my daughter and husband have lived here over 20 years.

We looked at 9 other places. Quarantine has been hard, we are not able to go outside of the community. They really do care for the residents. A lot of the other residents have much higher care needs then my wife and I do. Other places seem to have residents that are more active. We were looking to move quickly and they were able to work well with our timeline. They are a good value for the cost. We have a two bedroom one bath unit.

Modern, well-maintained facility. Friendly, attentive staff. The lobby bathroom was very clean. Viewed studios and one bedroom apartments. Upgraded kitchenettes. Dining open from 7am-7pm. Food available all day. Selection good; Presentation/taste, okay.

I have lived here at Valencia Terrace since [date removed]. There is always something to do. You can participate as much or as little as you want in the different activities here. We have lectures, music, exercise classes, games or just visit with friends. The people who work here are always very kind and helpful. My 10 years tay here at V.T. have been wonderful.

One of my favorite things about living at Valencia Terrace are the friendships I've made and the camaraderie among all residents. The many programs offered for our health and well being have enriched my senior years.

In this area it is the best! The staff are very kind and friendly.

The community of Valencia Terrace is wonderful. Everyone is thoughtful and helpful. I would give a great rating, but the food is often distasteful. The food combinations sometimes make no sense e.g., a pasta entree and a pasta salad, a recent combination, isn't good.

Re-thread the mind, body, and spirit.

I have a one bedroom unit which is comfortable and safe. Staff and aids from every department are compassionate and pleasant. This is my home.

My husband and I have lived at Ilima for 4 months, we have found the staff always helpful and kind. Everyone is cheerful and always ready to help. We have a pleasant apartment. Would highly recommend that you come and take a tour when you are ready to move.

Very convenient since most of the restaurants, business office and retail stores are here.

Very beautiful and clean. Everyone seemed nice and polite along with the Associates. There are a lot of Activities for everyone to enjoy and a wide variety along with a pool to enjoy. They offer Assisted Living and Indep. living with food, transportation, fitness center, and hair salon onsite. Great place to live.

I have been at Cedarwood at Sandy just a few months have been pleased with my decision. The facilities are lovely as are the other residents. At 68 I am one of the younger residents, but my health needs are such that I can not longer live alone and manage a house and yard. This has been a difficult transition for me but the staff and residents couldn't have been more supportive. My apartment is small but I have an outside door that I appreciate and lovely landscaping that makes me feel at peace. Dining services are very good. There are many choices. we can eat from a full menu any time of the day. Activities are exceptional! The are many opportunities to exercise, shop, attend cultural events , see the sites, and play bingo if one chooses to. The residents are wonderful and when I meet new people they assure me that I will love it here. Some of the residents have been here for several years and a very happy.

I haven't lived here long enough to give a rating of great (approx 6 mo), but it is far beyond my expectations.

Great - The Magnolia Glen has a new way of living for me. Everything that I need is here - a guest apartment, my physical needs are met - PT etc. Good friends, good needs met, enjoy every moment

My mom loved Magnolia Glen. [Name removed] is very approachable and continues to strive to have a first class facility and staff. My mom, however, has a dietary restriction that requires adjustments to the menu. While she's always able to find something, we feel the staff could be a little more accommodating without sacrificing for everyone else.

[Name removed] was personable and showed me around Sagewood. It is beautiful place. If my mom was looking for independent care, I'd definitely consider Sagewood for her.

Well maintained buildings, good for aging in place.
