The community of Valencia Terrace is wonderful. Everyone is thoughtful and helpful. I would give a great rating, but the food is often distasteful. The food combinations sometimes make no sense e.g., a pasta entree and a pasta salad, a recent combination, isn't good.

Re-thread the mind, body, and spirit.

I have a one bedroom unit which is comfortable and safe. Staff and aids from every department are compassionate and pleasant. This is my home.

My husband and I have lived at Ilima for 4 months, we have found the staff always helpful and kind. Everyone is cheerful and always ready to help. We have a pleasant apartment. Would highly recommend that you come and take a tour when you are ready to move.

Very convenient since most of the restaurants, business office and retail stores are here.

Very beautiful and clean. Everyone seemed nice and polite along with the Associates. There are a lot of Activities for everyone to enjoy and a wide variety along with a pool to enjoy. They offer Assisted Living and Indep. living with food, transportation, fitness center, and hair salon onsite. Great place to live.

I have been at Cedarwood at Sandy just a few months have been pleased with my decision. The facilities are lovely as are the other residents. At 68 I am one of the younger residents, but my health needs are such that I can not longer live alone and manage a house and yard. This has been a difficult transition for me but the staff and residents couldn't have been more supportive. My apartment is small but I have an outside door that I appreciate and lovely landscaping that makes me feel at peace. Dining services are very good. There are many choices. we can eat from a full menu any time of the day. Activities are exceptional! The are many opportunities to exercise, shop, attend cultural events , see the sites, and play bingo if one chooses to. The residents are wonderful and when I meet new people they assure me that I will love it here. Some of the residents have been here for several years and a very happy.

I haven't lived here long enough to give a rating of great (approx 6 mo), but it is far beyond my expectations.

Great - The Magnolia Glen has a new way of living for me. Everything that I need is here - a guest apartment, my physical needs are met - PT etc. Good friends, good needs met, enjoy every moment

My mom loved Magnolia Glen. [Name removed] is very approachable and continues to strive to have a first class facility and staff. My mom, however, has a dietary restriction that requires adjustments to the menu. While she's always able to find something, we feel the staff could be a little more accommodating without sacrificing for everyone else.

[Name removed] was personable and showed me around Sagewood. It is beautiful place. If my mom was looking for independent care, I'd definitely consider Sagewood for her.

Well maintained buildings, good for aging in place.

At first, when everything is confusing and you are concerned about whether you made the right choice for your loved one, communications seem to be minimal. The care staff is great right from the beginning. Later on, after you and your loved one have adjusted to the new normal, you learn where to go and who to talk to when you have questions. Now it seems like an extended family.

My sister and I met with [name removed] last Friday to learn more about the care/service offered and toured the grounds and an apartment. I loved the raised gardenting beds and the rabbit hutches they had on the grounds. My only concern is that my folks may find the apartment too small. This is likely to be one of their biggest mindsets needing to be changed. We loved the facility and the caring staff. I received a follow up call on Saturday regarding my visit from [name removed]

My loved one has moved into the new wing at Emerald Court.[Removed], and the rest of the staff have been great to work with. They are all very friendly, generous, and careful. They check in regularly with my loved one, and I feel she is in good hands with them. However, the new wing has had some trouble getting things really going. The food is good, but they are cooking it in the old wing dining room and running it over to the new wing. Some residents feel it's not hot enough by the time it gets to them. The bistro is also still not open, and some small things like internet and cable TV have taken longer than expected to get taken care of. The location of the community is very good for my loved one though, and I am hopeful that once they get everything functioning the way it should , it will be a great community.

Looks good, but a bit expensive.

We chose this community because it was nice and the staff is friendly and answered all our questions. It is kept up and clean and they are under construction right now so making the outside look better. The food is tasty but understaffed so she has to wait for her food along time. The caregivers are caring and helpful. Mom has gone out on drives and enjoyed that. I would recommend this community. She is active and it has lots of active independent people.

The community was a whole was very nice. It was very bright and cheerful however the memory care side felt a little too institutionalized. They had vinyl flooring and the floor plan was in a circle. The community as a whole was quite large and I was told that if I wanted him to have more activities and he was able to do them he could go to the assisted living side but I thought that might be a little too much for him and he would get more confused. The price was the same as other communities we looked at.

From what I know everything is going fine for my mother since she has made the move into this community. The staff have been helpful with the transition and have accommodated her needs to the best of there ability. Overall it has been a great fit for her and we have no complaints about the facility.

I met with [Removed]a today at Sagewood. WOW - WOW! What a beautiful place.set up fee is 2500 but will give 1000 credit of 2nd month. This helps pay for moving mom into their place but the studio rooms are furnished and moving moms clothing and personal items really do not cost that much. Meet with the activity director - great person - very engaged with residents during the activity I viewed, baking cookies while I was there. sun room and a very nice large courtyard. When asked she even offered to see if she could lower the fee but one big NO - they do not take Medicaid.
