I would tell others looking that Heritage Greens is a great place for those looking to transition from living independently to living somewhere that takes care of some of the day to day responsibilities. It is a facility that I would definitely recommend to others.

I really liked Cedarwood at Sandy based on the tour I was given. The downfall for my loved one and family, was this community was too far away from my home.

I wanted to move from my two story 4 bedroom lonely house 4 years after my wife of 51 years died. We had lived in that house for our entire married life. I made an advance list of my retirement facility requirements and considered every community n the general valley area.. BridgePoint met all the points important to be. I find the general visual design and upkeep of the interior and exterior to be excellent. The weekly cleaning of my room and my laundry is as perfect as one can imagine. Seasonal decorations are just wonderful. A vast majority of the residents are using walkers and they seem dull and disinterested.. Currently update of the dining and food prep areas is underway and the food is grim for the most part. Most of the staff at every level are kind and attentive. Several are so perfect and wonderful. Several don’t seem to really like their job and that harms the impact of those that excel.. Overall I am happy here at BridgePoint.

Valencia Terrace is a top-notch community thats sits in the middle of a very vibrant city with alot to offer. The activities offered to all residents along with transportation is such a great feature. They have lLve Entertainment, Exercise classes, Happy hour, and so much more that is enjoyed. My family has really been happy with the care received by the staff at Valencia Terrace.

I am very happy with our experience with the staff and lengths they have gone to make our mother feel comfortable and adjust to her new home. Mom is very happy and comfortable with activities, new friendships. Staff address any concerns we have in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier with our choice of community

Theft in our apts is a current concern. Items missing from jewelry and closed boxes. We lock our doors. We have trust in our worker but they have keys to perform their duties perhaps sercurity cameras in our living bedrooms is the answer

Our experience with the Fountains of Melbourne was not positive, through no fault if theirs. Mom was too close to end of life, so she never was able to get any benefit from living there. The place is very nice, but also very expensive. I'm not sure many people could afford it. We do recommend it when it comes up.

The staff is excellent. I would like to see some of the common areas spruced up like the outside breeze way needs to be pressure washed. Hallway paint colors and décor is out dated.

My mom has been at Woodland Terrace for 14 mos. and overall we have been very pleased. We have experienced 3 other memory care places and Woodland Terrace is by far the best! The minute you walk in you feel the warmth. Everyone is so friendly and the facility feels so cozy. I love the way the individual rooms surround the common area instead of off of a hall that looks like a hospital corridor. There is a new chef and everyone has noticed that the residents are eating more as there's more flavor. My mom's plate is so clean that it barely needs washing! In the past we haven't been completely satisfied with some of the caregivers, but it seems like there is more staff now and everyone is really caring and approachable. Lots more activities on the weekends, too! Laundry is our only trouble spot. Mom puts her clothes away dirty (dementia) and it's been hard to get someone to check behind her. Overall, we are very satisfied and happy mom is where she is!

I think it is a cozy, friendly atmosphere,. Not to stiff and formal, very great . The nurses and doctors are all fantastic especially with communication. If I ever have any question or concern they are very quick and prompt to get back with answer to me. Overall the facility is very clean and very nice we are very happy with our choice.

We had a really good tour experience with Bridgepoint at Los Altos. There was nothing wrong with the facility at all, my mom just ended up clicking with another facility's environment a little bit better.

The care seems pretty good. And the staff have been good with responding to questions and concerns.

The main reason we picked Cedarwood for our loved one was their friendliness of their staff team, they have just been wonderful from the beginning. The food is amazing, we would actually prefer to eat our meals there than at any other restaurant. The quality and the different variety is amazing - they have their main dining hall but the recently opened up a lunch bistro where they have about 15 different menu options to pick from like pizzas, hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, sandwiches and tacos. The activities that are offered seem to be really good.

This community is a good value but the staff are not as responsive as they should be. The med techs also seem to be very robotic and get very confused about what they should be doing. They have activities at this community like games, music, birthday parties and more for the residents to stay busy in the community. The tour was nice and they gave me all of the information that I needed. They also have activities like outings and more for the residents.

Woodland Terrace is a very pleasant environment and all around the staff member are wonderful. We really like the view from the cottage and based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend them to other families.

I'm glad that my loved ones moved in here. My loved ones really like the community. There is a health provider that comes on site and this is a big plus that the doctor can see my loved ones on site in their apartment. There has been quite a bit of staff turnover. My loved ones have loved the food. It seems to be a rotating menu, but a lot of diversity of food, and feel it is the healthiest they have eaten in years. Some of the weekend menu items have included steak, salmon, rack of lamb, and more. The apartment, housekeeping, all the meals, utilities, changing of linens, laundry of linens, and 1 bag each of clothing laundered for each of my loved ones, internet, and phone is included in the monthly fee. The community will also include a land line if your loved ones would like one. My loved ones have enjoyed the sight seeing tour on Sundays the community provides. The community has transportation to take the residents to nearby shopping centers and near a clinic.

Heritage Greens was a nice place and all of the residents and staff I spoke with were friendly. The reason I did not choose this facility was because there was no full kitchen in the apartments and no washer and dryer either. Those were two of the things I really needed to have.

Valencia Terrace has been the perfect place for us. My mom got really lucky and got a good room, which is a rarity. She has an excellent space that not everyone can get. It's also just a really convenient community. The only thing that could use some improvement are the activities. They're really geared towards the assisted living and not the independent. It's not active enough for those who are still in good health. For example: my mom went to an event that was labeled as an "art experience", she thought it was going to be a talk about art or its history. Instead, they just gave them coloring books and crayons. Aside from that, I would recommend Valencia and I actually have already and that persons loved one has moved in.
