I haven't been living at Park Plaza long, so far so good. Food is delicious. Beef tends to be hard to chew. Fruit & veg always fresh. Staff is friendly & helpful. Many activities to keep busy.

Staff are great -- caring, friendly and skilled. The facility is very clean, light and free of odors. Room housekeeping is good, though thorough bathroom cleaning requires a special request. Communication with family is excellent at all levels, from staff to administration to doctor's and dental providers. Move-in was a breeze, and the food is very good, with a broad selection at every meal. The dining room is light and appealing. I would recommend Balfour Retirement Community to others.

When it comes to the activities - we are awaiting new Memory Support Director, hoping to see more activities and more varied activities. For the value for cost, expensive, care varies depending on staffing of the day, lucky to be very close by to visit daily and support. We do appreciate the fact that MS patients have access to many of the activities in AL and access to multiple outdoor spaces, including one they can access on their own. Also appreciate that the staff takes them out for walks around the neighborhood. We would recommend Balfour Central Park!

We are overall very pleased and love living here. The facilities are beautiful. However, access to PGA National needs to be improved so that more than 2 people from LaPosada can gain access to golf, tennis and other sports on a single day

Excellent choice ... my loved one is not the easiest to deal with and they are very patient with her. We picked this community because my loved one, has extremely low vision. The lighting was good and they had a low vision group that meets monthly. Plus Assisted Living residents can participate in any activities including in the Independent Living Community.

August 2023 my wife and I (both 83 years old) have lived at Woodland Terrace Independent Living 2 years. We were very pleased with the layout of the apartment. The kitchen had the necessary appliances including a clothes washer. Clothes dryers were convenient just down the hall. The bedroom was very adequate for our two adjustable beds(mine being a hospital bed). Our challenge has been Food Service. My wife requires a Gluten Free diet and I a Sugar Free diet. Because Food Service cannot provide consistently our dietary needs we have to visit a local food store to supplement our dietary needs. Housekeeping and Engineering are very responsive to any needs we have. The Administrative Staff keeps us informed of current and future activities. Opportunities for Residents to participate in educational, physical, or recreational activities are available. Participation on various Operational Committees are available.

We picked this community, because of the location and price also they had memory care units that my loved one could transition to when needed. It was good, there were some changes in management that were not great. They also changed the chefs and meal offerings which the residents did not like. I would also say that security was not great, people could come and go without checking in. Overall, the facility was great until it wasn't. Kind of a drastic change.

It is a great community with really good stuff. It is a little on the pricey side and communication between the staff and family could be improved. Food is fairly decent Lots of activities and outings. We picked this community because it was available.

I would tell others looking that Heritage Greens is a great place for those looking to transition from living independently to living somewhere that takes care of some of the day to day responsibilities. It is a facility that I would definitely recommend to others.

I really liked Cedarwood at Sandy based on the tour I was given. The downfall for my loved one and family, was this community was too far away from my home.

I wanted to move from my two story 4 bedroom lonely house 4 years after my wife of 51 years died. We had lived in that house for our entire married life. I made an advance list of my retirement facility requirements and considered every community n the general valley area.. BridgePoint met all the points important to be. I find the general visual design and upkeep of the interior and exterior to be excellent. The weekly cleaning of my room and my laundry is as perfect as one can imagine. Seasonal decorations are just wonderful. A vast majority of the residents are using walkers and they seem dull and disinterested.. Currently update of the dining and food prep areas is underway and the food is grim for the most part. Most of the staff at every level are kind and attentive. Several are so perfect and wonderful. Several don’t seem to really like their job and that harms the impact of those that excel.. Overall I am happy here at BridgePoint.

Valencia Terrace is a top-notch community thats sits in the middle of a very vibrant city with alot to offer. The activities offered to all residents along with transportation is such a great feature. They have lLve Entertainment, Exercise classes, Happy hour, and so much more that is enjoyed. My family has really been happy with the care received by the staff at Valencia Terrace.

I am very happy with our experience with the staff and lengths they have gone to make our mother feel comfortable and adjust to her new home. Mom is very happy and comfortable with activities, new friendships. Staff address any concerns we have in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier with our choice of community

Theft in our apts is a current concern. Items missing from jewelry and closed boxes. We lock our doors. We have trust in our worker but they have keys to perform their duties perhaps sercurity cameras in our living bedrooms is the answer

Our experience with the Fountains of Melbourne was not positive, through no fault if theirs. Mom was too close to end of life, so she never was able to get any benefit from living there. The place is very nice, but also very expensive. I'm not sure many people could afford it. We do recommend it when it comes up.

The staff is excellent. I would like to see some of the common areas spruced up like the outside breeze way needs to be pressure washed. Hallway paint colors and décor is out dated.

My mom has been at Woodland Terrace for 14 mos. and overall we have been very pleased. We have experienced 3 other memory care places and Woodland Terrace is by far the best! The minute you walk in you feel the warmth. Everyone is so friendly and the facility feels so cozy. I love the way the individual rooms surround the common area instead of off of a hall that looks like a hospital corridor. There is a new chef and everyone has noticed that the residents are eating more as there's more flavor. My mom's plate is so clean that it barely needs washing! In the past we haven't been completely satisfied with some of the caregivers, but it seems like there is more staff now and everyone is really caring and approachable. Lots more activities on the weekends, too! Laundry is our only trouble spot. Mom puts her clothes away dirty (dementia) and it's been hard to get someone to check behind her. Overall, we are very satisfied and happy mom is where she is!

I think it is a cozy, friendly atmosphere,. Not to stiff and formal, very great . The nurses and doctors are all fantastic especially with communication. If I ever have any question or concern they are very quick and prompt to get back with answer to me. Overall the facility is very clean and very nice we are very happy with our choice.
